Avoid this company at all cost! Here my traumatic incident with All Star Taxi License plate CJNH786: Last week at South Common Mall parking lot, as i walk toward my Tesla, my driver door automatically opens leaving a reason gap between the minivan taxi beside mine. (All Tesla cars have sensors therefore the door will never touch the car next to it.) I got in my car and the taxi driver started swearing and screaming at me from his window, next thing i know he opened his driver door and slammed it hard into my passenger door. He then kicked out his 2 passengers which were in the car, they were very frightened. I got out of my car called 911 and started video recording. He seemed very aggressive and unstable. As i try to take a picture of his license plate, he tried to personally attack me, luckily it was stopped by a gentleman which is my witness of this incident. All Star Taxi headoffice general manager did not respond and resolve my concern respectfully when i contacted them via phone. He said because I am not a customer sitting in their taxi, they are not responsible?!? As a mother of a baby, I am very traumatized and frightened from this, this particular taxi driver should not be allowed on the road due to his aggressive and shocking behaviours, yet the head office will do nothing about it. Better off booking another company that is more reliable and mostly importantly safe and respectful to everyone not just their customers. Everything i wrote above can be proven by pictures, video, and my witness. The police has advised my to pursue legal action regarding this driver. I will be contacting my lawyer.

I recently had a super positive experience with All Star Taxi Co-Op. They're one of the largest taxi fleets in Mississauga and they use a really advanced Dispatch System, which is pretty impressive. The driver who picked me up was super nice, acted professionally and arrived on time (The driver arrived 15 minutes before the pick up time). The taxi itself was really clean and comfortable, which made the ride all the more enjoyable. Plus, the fare was fair and they were upfront about what I was going to pay. Overall, I would definitely recommend All Star Taxi Co-Op to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient taxi service in Mississauga.

When I had gotten into the van the Wi-Fi would not work (the main reason she I called this service) I had asked the driver to either refresh it or help me get onto the Wi-Fi for I needed it to get a hold of the other party to where I was going. All he did was say call them, and the whole reason why I called co-op was because they did not have a phone for me to call them. Next time fix the wi-fi!

don't use this company! almost got into an accident, driver drove 20 over the limit, was on his phone and i had to tell him that the light was green because he wasn't paying attention!

Dispatcher hung up on me after deciding pickup location was out of the taxi company’s area. How is this company still around with uber as an option? Days are numbered.
