DO NOT SIGN UP. Why? After canceling my subscriptions, I was STILL charged. I signed up hoping for more and shortly realized it was not worth it. A full reimbursement is warranted and what I'm owed, as I had followed protocol during tne trial period. Which is to cancel the subscription before the trial is experied. Doing the following. I canceled my account followed with a complete deletion of my account, DID NOT HELP! I have tried to contact the help desk directly and kept receiving an automated response. I expect a full reimbursement, DO NOT SIGN UP.

They do not make cancelling easy, you have to know their website as the cancellation option is very hidden. They then will take your money and then send you pre-set messages when you request a refund and they refuse to give you a refund even if you never used the service. They say things like "we are doing you a favor so you can access books!" no, I want my money back. So now I am forced to blast them all over social media and contact my lawyer.

I almost signed up but read your reviews. People, there are options so they dont take any more money: Close your account and open new one, freeze your card, get a replacement card with a brand new card number. Why arena you doing that? If it was me these are the steps i would take so no more money is taken!!! Yes, it's inconvenient but better than them taking months of charges from your account. Just saying!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! Do not be fooled ! I have emailed to cancel my membership various times to receive an automated email on how to cancel which does not work, the link is invalid. I cannot find a way to cancel from my account and there is no number to call. I cannot even access my payment option to remove my card.

This site is rubbish. I wish I'd read the reviews. What they offer is rubbish, they don't reply except to quote corporate speak (rubbish). I lost interest soon after signing up and didn't once use the site. If this is an example of American good business then it stinks.

Stay away from this company! They will continue to steal your money and claim you have no accounts when you call, then magically find an account with an email you haven’t had since 2001! Adam and Renee are awful customer service reps! BUYER BEWARE

Awful awful site. User platform is terrible online and on the app. Very limited and poor selection with nothing modern available. Can’t believe the negative reviews aren’t the first thing you see when you Google this company.

I'd give this less than 1 star if I could! I cancelled within the trial period and still got charged! I emailed and all I get is automated responses telling me how to cancel! Ridiculous! Don't get scammed!

Amazing selection of audiobooks. A much better service than audible. 10/10 recommend to all who are looking for good books to listen to.
