Great service from the regular gentleman staff that have been there for years. I went in today , 4 people in front of me in the line outside the shop (Covid restrictions) & had to wait 35 mins for service when is says 5 mins per 2 people on the door are allowed in at a time. When i was finally served, it was by a female attendant that was very rude, arrogant & she would constantly interrupt me when i was trying to explain what i wanted. I was then served by the regular gentleman, great service again, as usual I will not recommend anyone to be served by her in future as i work in customer service & was very disappointed... 18/07/20 Went in again today as they are a great store. I was greeted very nicely. Started looking around & got jumped on by the previous attendant as above mentioned demanding i opolgise to her & the store owner. I tried to talk to her but was getting talked over, so i turned around, trying to avoid more confrontation, & walked towards the owner, hoping to talk further to him. Nope, i was accused of being rude & was told to leave the store & not come back. Not good customer service, i will be shopping elsewhere where friendly discussion is welcome. Such a shame as I have been a loyal customer for years, only to be ruined by one staff member.

So happy with our experience here. Shannon is amazing. He is an unbelievable brains trust. He was so helpful in educating me and helping to prepare for my purchase and the ongoing responsibilities of having an aquarium in my home. Realistic with what I am to expect and so helpful with anticipating what needs might come up for us and caring/managing our new aquarium. We went in quite a few times before we made our purchase, and he was patient and attentive each and every time. I’m so thankful for his kindness and patience with my kids being there also, and he even answered all their endless questions as they where so excited to be bringing an aquarium into our home. I even called into the shop asking some further questions after our purchase, and Shannon and the other staff continued with supporting us and troubleshooting my concerns and true to form Shannon came through. He is amazing at what he does there. Highly recommend the team and the store. Cheers

I decided to go the long distance to this store for the second time, only cause they have the fish I wanted. When I arrived, I was blown away of how much this store has changed. There is more room and such a wide range of fish. The place has a better and more functional design. You can now have an even larger range of fish to choose fro. Either saltwater or freshwater and also a variety of plant and corals for sale. All the tanks are clean and most fish are well and healthy. All products are at very reasonable prices. If you can I would recommend you drop in and come look around. This is definitely one of the best aquarium stores in Sydney.

We have an outdoor pond and were wanting some fish to control mosquito larvae but ones that wouldn't eat tadpoles. So after doing a bit of online research, we visited Allfish2u today hoping to get some more guidance. Beth was awesome! She really knows her stuff obviously in regard to appropriate fish for a pond, but also about tadpoles, frogs, native plants (and where to get them from) and how to care for the pond and the fish. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store, and particularly Beth as she was incredibly helpful and genuine in her approach, she didn't try to sell more than what we were after.

I’m a new aquarium owner, and I just want to commend this store on being so friendly in answering my random/stupid questions. Special mention to Beth. I visited here last week to buy some new fish for my community tank. I was very pleasantly surprised at the variety of different fish, that they were so healthy and lively and thier tanks so clean. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the best new additions to my aquarium based on what I already had. You can tell the people that work here have a real love and passion for fish! Not once did I feel rushed, or that I was just trying to be sold something, and well priced. I will most certainly be coming back, thankyou.

These guys are hands down the best in the business we purchased axolotls from another pet shop with little to no knowledge of how they should be looked after we ran into trouble when one become a bit sick I went into this shop looking for advice and the guys here gave us so much info and advise on how to care for them and bring him back to health they are now thriving can not thank them enough

Really good, excellent selection of schooling fish, dwarf cichlids, good livestock range in general, have some good connections with Australian breeders by the sound of it and the staff I spoke to definitely had a good level of fish keeping experiance. Smaller selection of equipment and dry goods than some places ive been to but what they had was pretty good quality. Easy to recommend.

There is an amazing selection of fish. Especially those you don’t find in other shops. The fish are kept in very clean and well kept aquariums. I purchased 400 A$ worth of fish last week and was thoroughly advised about compatibility of the different species. The owner even suggested for me to wait until my new aquarium establishes itself. I can only rate this place highly.

Just stopped to pick up some plants, filter, grow soil substrate to set up a new tank. The reason I was setting up the new tank was I saw they had rice fish for sale for $3 dollars each, I was going to get 20 of them for a nice big school. Unfortunately today they are $9.95 each and you would not see 6 fish in my tank. lesson is get the fish when you see them!!!!!!

Store person/owner? extremely rude. Refused to serve us and asked us to leave. Happy to take my money to another LFS. I simply queried how it possible was that the prices online are less than in store especially considering the free shipping that is provided online. An extremely simple question regarding they pricing of a product that could not be answered.

My first time buying live fish online and this shop did not disappoint. Made 3 orders in the past 4 weeks because of my experience. When I had questions on fishes or orders, I always drop an email. Phil replies back on time and is very helpful. I always get expert advise from him. Looking forward to make transactions again. I highly recommend this shop.

Recently purchased some guppies, tetras, albino Cory Dora's and a "assorted" beta male which I let them pick. All arrived within a day of being shipped (about a week after ordering) alive and in great nick. They recovered quickly in their tanks and so far they have all been doing amazingly. I couldn't be happier with the beta that was selected too

Best fish shop in the western suburbs for all things freshwater, they have a great variety of fish and they really are the best for all aquarium plants. Fantastic prices and all the employees know what they're talking about. Also they are constantly getting in new stock of fish and plants so there is always something different.

Very helpful staff member, tested out a new air pump for me to make sure it would be strong enough to power my air stone and very good price. Recommended against purchasing more fish for my tank due to its size even though he could have just sold me more fish which would have been bad for all my fish. Highly recommend.

i purchased a fish the other day it had a couple white dots on fins the owner said it’s nothing to worry about I put it in my main tank and all my fish are now infected with white spot fish I have had for years there is way better aquarium shops 5 minutes down the road with honest people

I have been going to this aquarium for a few years now and it has never failed to impress me. They have a great variety of freshwater fish for a reasonable price and the staff are great as well. I would classify it as one of the best aquariums that I know of from the Sydney region.

Chris has done a fantastic job since taking over from Phil. Incredible variety, incredibly affordable and my go-to for rare and imported livestock. One of the best LFS in NSW hands down. Pics are of some of the most recent stock I bought, as soon as I popped them into my tank.

The place is well-maintained. No saltwater fish but probably has the widest range of freshwater fish and plants. The fish seem to be happy and healthy. One more thing as I came to the shop today @ 30 Nov 2019: lots of things on special; neon tetras are at 1 dollar each!!!
