I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Behnam Omrani twice, first when signing the contract and again during the cancellation process. Due to Mr. Omrani's outstanding service, I have chosen to continue my insurance coverage with Allstate. I am satisfied with Allstate Insurance, and a significant part of my positive experience is attributed to Mr. Omrani. Mr. Omrani is an excellent insurance agent who embodies qualities such as kindness, efficiency, patience, and professionalism. Both experiences were handled with utmost care and expertise. I was one year with them and unfortunately my car got stolen. They paid. Then they refused to renew and they cite :underwriting standards " . Because of this, other insurances refuse to insure me and don't understand how a car stolen can get me insurance denied and think I hide something else. I requested an official letter from all state with the detailed reason for denial, no answer. I feel they imply I got my own car stolen and put my integrity in doubt. I don't care they refuse to insure my car but that they refuse to explain with details in writing. This kind of thing damages my reputation. Bad and dishonest company.

Worst service Didn’t answer my call They are not repairing my car I’m waiting for last 4 months first of all they didn’t pick the call and by chance If they pick the call then there is always same answer I will transfer the call sir or you have to wait I can’t do nothing . If you can’t do nothing then we are paying you what is the benefit of your insurance One time I forget to pay my insurance on time then they charge me 50 $ more as a fine Now how much I will charge you for my wasted time

Ils m'ont dit d'attendre un retour d'appel même si je leurs ai dit que je ne pouvais pas conduire la voiture. 9:00 am le lendemain et j'attends toujours sur un coins de rue, un retour d'appel pour des instructions pour une voiture de location!!!!!

Our agent is not helpful at all after we get our apartment and car insurance last year, we asked our agent to provide us a list of garage who can fix our car (due to minor accident) that is accredited of AllState but he said they don't have a list. Not even a suggestion to where to go. Poor customer service.

Be careful in dealing with this office - they for 1st year undercharge me and later they came to ask for $105 as i cancel my renewal. They without any agreement reniewed my policy from 119 to 160 and were withdrawing $ 320 from my account which i called bank and asked to block them for further withdrawal.

After few years with Allstate their services getting so unprofessional, not responsive and directly they ask me to leave. Customer service ZERO. Untrained people from nowhere. ombudsman is fake. They call you to tell you WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. Good days passed with Allstate.

I highly recommend this agency for any insurance policy you may need. Abed Achji was very helpful with my new policies with Allstate. He saved me about $200 per month. The insurance company I was previously with was super expensive. Best thing I ever did was switch to Allstate Insurance Agency.

Two weeks ago, I wanted to buy my first car insurance in Canada. So, I talked to Mr. Behnam Omrani, one of the Allstate agents whom I did not know him before. It was one of my best experiences. He was very patient, responsible, kind, professional, collaborative, and helpful.

Worst company ever! Not recommended for anyone. Bad costumer service. I had an accident and they delayed me for more than three weeks and then they didn’t solve the problem. Increasing prices without your permission. If there is less than 1 star, I would give them that.

When you try to cancel your insurance with them they suddenly become THIEVES. They have very expensive prices compared to other insurance companies. Be careful they are there to steal your money !!!! Never taking insurance with them again !!
