After being with the same insurance company for over 20 years, I recently switched to Allstate, AOG Group. AOG Group representative, and my Agent, Elizabeth Gubbins was extremely helpful in assisting me while I was making the decision to change. Elizabeth was available to answer any questions I had and was extremely patient as I navigated making the change. Allstate has a lot of coverage options and Elizabeth took the time to explain anything I needed help with, as well as taking the time to explain the advantages of having various coverages which I was not familiar with, as they were not available (or not presented to me) with the previous company. The price of the coverage was better than my previous company, and was competitive with other “popular” commercialized insurance companies. Even if the cost is more than other companies, I would strongly encourage someone to seriously consider the AOG Group, as the individual attention received from your personal agent is worth the expense, in my experience.

Recently, I purchased my first Auto Insurance policy and decided to work with the AOG Group, I was very nervous about this experience and had a ton of questions. I was able to speak with both the AOG Group owner, Denette, as well as a representative, Elizabeth. Both representatives (owner/rep) were amazing! They spent time going over everything with me, answering every question I had - it was clear they wanted me to fully understand everything before I officially signed up. I never felt pressure to add on something that I did not think was necessary for my personal situation, I was just given facts, options, and time to ask questions and make a decision I was happy with. If I could rate this group with more than 5 stars I would. They have been responsive via phone, text message, and email. I even had to file my first claim and Elizabeth called me directly to make sure I was comfortable with what I was doing – they are always happy to help.

This company is fantastic! The agents are all extremely professional, well-mannered, and always have your best interest in mind. As a young person with no insurance experience, Denette made it so easy and painless. She helped explain everything, took the time to find the best policy option for me, and got everything done in a time-appropriate manner. They are always there to help, give excellent advice, and work one-on-one with you for the best customer experience. 10/10 would recommend, I had such an amazing experience.

This place and staff at the 96th St. Allstate branch is amazing! It is not easy these days to find even good customer service. This customer service was excellent!!! Friendly, patient, professional service from Beth. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us figure out what was going on with our policy. This is not our normal agent, but she treated us like family and even gave us something to drink and a snack. The branch is beautiful and makes you feel at home. What a great experience!

Communication was outstanding! Elizabeth Riddle was very welcoming, offering me bottle water. Elizabeth was swift in retrieving my account information. She also provided me with ways of communicating with the AOG group via text message at anytime so that I can have my questions answered on any given day. The AOG agency is a pleasure to work with. My agent, Elizabeth, is always happy to review our coverages and answer questions and the same is true for the other team members! It is nice to receive this level of service. We have all had experiences where the level of attention and help is wonderful up to the sales transaction, but after the sale, you are no longer as valuable. However with AOG, that same level of attention continues any time you have a question or need to consult on coverages.

Super kind, responsive, and helpful staff! I was really blessed to have them walk me through my first accident and pleasantly surprised by the extent of the coverage.
