We have called on Ben numerous times over the past few years to fix not only the small electrical issues within the common area, but also to offer and deliver creative solutions for more involved electrical problems. Ben has always been super responsive, helpful and respectful. He is ease to deal with, and has a strong work ethic with high quality output.
