The manager here is so rude. Tried to refund or even exchange some pjs i bought but she said pjs aren’t allowed to be refunded or exchanged where does it say that?? And then she said they have a 30 day refund and exchange policy anyway. Checked their policies online it says nothing about not being able to refund pjs and it says they have a 45 day refund policy not 30. Manager is clearly lying so she can keep my money. So rude and greedy she is will not be coming back. I recommend you hire better and competent staff

I'm just leaving a review to leave the correct hours: Mon-Wed 9-5.30pm. Thurs 9-9pm. Fri 9-5.30pm. Sat 9-5pm. Sun 10-4pm. Which I've tried to fix before but my edit either doesn't get reviewed or it gets messed up again by something or someone.

Went in today (1/7/23)to have a browse and there was one woman working. When i smiled, I got a straight face back. No greeting, nothing. Wouldn’t return :(
