Had no problems with the vehicle or the staff at the Sydney branch. They made pick up and drop off so easy but the call centre? absolute rubbish. I had such a stressful time dealing with them before flying out to Australia which could have been avoided if they were more thorough (they found out that I was right - on the 3rd call). The manager answered my calls the first 2 times. They must of been short staffed for her to be on the lines but please, for future - just keep her off. Her behaviour over the phone was disgusting. She's impatient, rude and unprofessional. She refused to admit she hung up on me even though the calls are recorded and was very defensive with her apology re the error they made on their end resulting in the back and forth calls I had to make with them and another 3rd party. Im definitely not using them again after that experience. If you're looking for a car, look elsewhere. These ladies will have you pulling your hair out before you even pick up your rental. The managers name is Jamie. She gave me an email to send my feedback to which I did, but no response.

The company that saved my whole Sydney trip after a disappointing service from another rental company in Sydney. By far the most convenient and reliable service anyone could ask for not to mention the amazing service provided by park on king customer service who recommended Alpha to me. Highly recommended! I rented a car from Sydney Airport for 8 days. The Alpha team offered me a variety of cars, and I chose the Haval H6, which was in excellent condition with great performance. The customer service was very responsive. The car return went smoothly, and the customer service team was helpful and efficient.

Didn't actually get to the stage of picking up the car. Booked weeks ago through a third party agent and got told less than 24 hours out by Alpha that my booking was invalid because they close at the time my flight lands.

Fast, friendly & efficient service. Car was clean and almost brand new. Easy directions given for shuttle pick up. Staff at the depot were friendly and within minutes I was in the car and on my way. Same with the drop off.
