Good value for money. They actually care about your health and fitness. Clean. For me that's important, the simple things. Trainers are good, innovative training programs, at least different from what I have done in the past.

I love Alpha fitness! The studio, the trainers and most of all the classes! The energy in the classes is contagious and you can’t help but to keep up and keep pushing! I always go for class when I’m in town!
