Would usually give 5 stars. New management guy tall skinny lad is a plank very rude and wasn't nice . I understand it is Christmas all I said was that you be ok if I came back in a half hour because you are out the door and there was no rush on my order ... All I got was jip and abuse from the new guy . I have spent a lot of money in this chipper over the years and I have gotten on with all the owners till now I'm disgusted by the way he talked and treated a local and long time customer ...

Never order from this place. Ordered from here, waiting over an hour for my delivery. They wouldn't answer their phone when I rang enquiring about my order. I had to drive around to see where my order was to be informed it wasn't even been processed. No apology from them, no manners from anyone working there. And not one of them wearing face masks. Some takeaways have lost sight or dont care that the customer is struggling with increasing fuel and insurance bills, businesses are struggling too but at least this business hasn't increased their prices by much. Won't be going back. Completely disorganised and rude staff. No respectable chipper closes a bag of chips before asking do I want salt and vinegar. No online service makes you call out the order for collection when you've arrived on time and have the name and order number. Not a mask on one of them. When I tried to complain, just got sneared at. I used to have a good review up here. Never again. Gone completely down hill.

Ordered and paid €5. Went to the newsagents and came back when I went to collect it they told me I hadn't paid. I tried nicely to explain that I did and found myself outnumbered with staff saying I didn't pay and holding the line up. Paid again,hopefully if they are €5 up on the float they will give to charity - burger was very nice all the same no issue with the quality

Hi guys I remember I was in Beoumont Hospital and I heard about ur chips was a not nice when years ago the chips were great so when I got out my family and me to try alpine grill I was very disappointed in your food I was told it was down to new management yous want to change your oil or management and I will not be telling people about ur shop regards marc

This place was once nice. After my order of a donor kebab,Southern fried breast of chicken and a garlic sauce I will never order from here again. The meat in the kebab was not proper donor meat and the whole kebab disintegrated when picked up to eat. The chicken was over cooked and as dry as the Sahara. The garlic sauce tasted off. Disgusting.

My first delivery was great, the guy was gentle and very polite. My other deliveries were awful. Among the 3 delivery guys, 2 of them are highly rude. The short middle age guy with black hair and the other middle age guy with grey hair. They aren’t nice at all. In regards of the food, the quality is deteriorating every month.

In store recently bought 3 meal deals food is excellent, but the curry sauce we got with out order was thick and very lumpy, made myself and wife stomach bugs the next day, we were waiting for our food for nearly 30 minutes, never go there anymore, bad experience

Horrible rotten looking low qaulity potatos used for chips here. Half the bag of chips atleast all had dodgy lookin dark bits not skin either ,these are potato blight disease looking potatos, cant get good qaulity chips anywhere nowadays.

Must have changed ownership. Was a really good chipper. Bought chips and batter burger today and could not eat them. Chips cooked fresh and they were greasy and soggy. Batter burger had very odd taste. Threw the lot out. Never again.

Never order again €20 a night i spend and they can't get the food right and again tonight paid for my dinner was not in the bag but charge me for it they said i will send it up half hour later all food went in the bin

The best takeaway food I had. The place is good, people are very nice and the food is great. The portions are are huge and the prices are very reasonable. So So So tasty

The food is delicious but they got my drink wrong I ordererd a diet coke instead I got a normal coke . How do they know if I am not allowed to have a normal coke.

Nice place & nice food but I find the taco sauce chips just a bit of a rip off. You get a small polyurethane tray of chips, very little chips in it for €4.70.

I have been going to this chipper for about 40 years, on and off. The staff and delivery drivers are friendly so give them a try and judge for yourself :)

Myself and my family use to love this place however it has gone downhill alot. Smaller portions and bigger price. I also find the staff quite unfriendly.

I love this place! Perfect pizza every single time so nice and crispy and saucy. Milkshakes are amazing.

We do order food from Alpine Takeaway almost every weekend and every time food is amazing :) Chips portions are huge, kids love the kids meals!
