Okay first of all, the lady that did my massage seemed sincere and I believe she did her best. However, from start to finish this left alot to be desired. Even before arriving I received a notification that they had moved my appointment an hour earlier without consulting me. When I called, they said they had spoken to a different lady who had came to the spa who said I wanted to come earlier? But this wasn't the case? I'm not sure who they talked to but shouldn't you confirm with the person who made the appointment before changing anything? When I arrived at my originally scheduled time I was rushed to the room with no introductions and just told the standard "lay face down" etc. Now I have received a decent amount of massages in my life and this one was pretty disappointing. It felt more like someone was rubbing in lotion with flat hands than an actual massage and left me feeling more tense. I even began to wonder if the person giving me my massage was actually an RMT. I wasn't going to say anything, because despite this she was very, very kind and seemed surprised I wasn't able to relax more. I even thought maybe she was training? However, the thing that was very unprofessional was after my appointment my massage therapist tried to tell me I had nail fungus and should immediately see a doctor. When I explained that I did not have nail fungus but had recently had surgery on two of my toes which made the nails grow back slightly less smooth, she continued to pressure me to see a doctor insisting that it could only be nail fungus. Now I am not a RMT nor have I received training to be one, but it seems very unprofessional and irresponsible to try and diagnose a patients medical problems and then when told they are wrong, continue to insist what they believe. Even if this comes from a place of concern and kindness, which I whole-heartedly believe she was just doing what she thought best, it can lead to perhaps dangerous situations if diagnosed wrong like my case to someone who doesn't know better. Either way I did not enjoy my visit and heavily regret spending my money here as it left me more stressed than before I came. Please learn from my experience and do better.

Had a 7 hour wait for my flight and was pleased to see that there was a spa at the airport. I generally go for a massage every 2 weeks as i have problems with my neck and shoulders and after a week of meeting this was just what i needed. I generally go to a sports medicine facility as i find that in a lot of cases the massages at spas are mostly relaxation massages, but i thought i would give it a try . i must say that Ahlam provided the best deep tissue massage i have had in years. if i am ever in Montreal again and have a delay i will be certain to book again. Do yourself a favor if you have a delay and the time at Montreal airport to stop over to the Marriotand ask for Ahlam. Worth every dollar. Sitting here now having dinner at the Marriot lobby restaurant and my neck and shoulders are completely renewed and feeling great . Thank you Ahlam!!!

I received a gift certificate for Altispa and went for 2 treatments : their signature facial and the microdermabraison facial. Never was I so well received and treated by a beauty salon! Irina did an amazing job. She is so professional, soft and delicate! I went for many (expensive!) facials in my life but the ones received by Altispa are by far the most complete, long and effective I had so far. The products they use are all of great quality and the ambiance is soothing and relaxing. They will also massage your arms and feet. The spa is very well located with a free valet parking. You also have access to the gym if tou wish to. You surely won’t be disappointed by their services : they will treat you as a king/queen. My new beauty spot. I recommend without any hesitation.

I was gifted a massage by a friend. So I decided to go for it today! I was surprised to learn that this Marriott is connected to the actual airport. Literally up the stairs from the departures! Everything was smooth, as I would expect when going for a massage. I showed up early hoping that I could use the pool and exercise machines before-hand to get nice and loose for the treatment. That was not a problem, and the facilities are quite nice. The treatment itself was exquisite. Good enough that I wanted to go out of my way and leave a review! Enjoy!

Évidement, si vous préférez un massage plus doux pour relaxer, vous pouvez toujours lui demandé pour qu'elle s'ajuste. Le service était très excellent! Par contre, faire attention au parking puisque pour qu'il soit validé, ça doit être fait à l'intérieur des 4heures à partir du punch in, sinon les frais sont chargés. Sinon en général, très agréable comme expérience.

My husband and I both received a massage last week during a long layover at the airport, and were truly delighted by the quality of service and the friendliness that was shown to our family. The complimentary access to the swimming pool and hot tub was the cherry on top of the cake. We had our three children with us and were received with so much care and understanding. The owner really went out of his way to make our experience memorable, and we cannot wait to visit again!

I got the “back treatment” with Stefania during my layover, and honestly it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish (thanks to her!) She really went above and beyond to tailor my experience, and make sure I am relaxed before a really long flight. It really made my day and I want to say thanks so much.

I had a facial with Stephania at Altispa - it was an incredible experience that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I highly recommend going to see her for any esthetic treatments, especially if you're passing through the airport as Altispa is conveniently located in the Marriott Hotel connected to the terminal.

Knowledgeable and kind staff made my experience enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to see they used all CND products for the manicure. Their shellac selection was limited and quite old which seemed to have affected the gel’s longevity. Do note it’s located within a gym so noise level can be rather high when it’s busy.

Booked massage for relaxation for 60 minutes. I like the place, it’s clean, calm and very peaceful vibes. Services are top notch! Awesome experience with my therapist Ernestine (I hope I got her name right). Very professional and relaxing massage. Welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Is my second time visiting Altispa, I did 90 minutes deep tissue with Wizi she is amazing, if you are looking for strong or relaxing massage this place is perfect for you!! I highly recommend to try!! Altispa is located at Marriott YUL on departure entrance so it is best before take off!

My first time to Alti spa was a nice surprise- very clean and friendly environment- the staff was polite, gentle and very skilled- it is like an oasis of peace - I was totally relaxed after the massage- highly recommend if you are looking for a nice massage to relax yourself.

Love this place! Altispa is my go-to place for deep tissue massage. The spa is clean and brightly lit and the service is friendly. You can make use of the valet parking, so finding a parking spot is never an issue. I highly recommend it!

Excellent deep tissue massage by Wiji. She helped to remove knots from my shoulders and lower back and incorporated some stretching to relieve tension. Atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Staff was extremely friendly.
