Employee's very cold upon your arrival into store, you're lucky if you get an hello. It used to carry a little more chic clothes,but now more sporty and Price's are still expensive for the quality. I do like the store but not the service, unfortunately they have the wrong staff for this store.

Felt discriminated on my last visit by one of the staff. Paul told me that bags should be left at the counter. Maybe just to pacify me about what his colleague said to me. And started to ask every man with bags to leave it on the counter

Use to be good but they changed owner and things are still expensive but for cheap quality....if you have a problem they just won't take their responsibility . personally i told my partner since last october that the place is going down

Management is incompetent and you are better off buying the brands from the original distributors at least if there is a problem you are sure to have the warranty honored. With Alton it is sure that they will escape.
