I never thought I'd be writing this after trying to support the members of my own community. However, Amaana auto services does not deserve business from anyone. I dropped off my vehicle with them so that they could help me figure out what was wrong with it. They literally took over a week to give me an answer. After repeatedly calling and being told sorry were busy they called me to tell me that the onboard computer was no longer functional and that the car was worthless and they wanted it off their lot. Being an out of town worker I had limited time to resolve this so I asked the owner if I could at least remove the tires and he said I'll sell you some for $200 so that it could be towed once I retrieved my tires. I agreed as I had no other options. The next time I speak with the owner he's calling me to tell me that my car was towed by the city that morning, mind you this call is taking place several hours since my car was towed. After speaking with another worker I find out that they had been warned a week earlier to not park any cars on the street. I was forced to pay the impound fees as well as a $300 ticket for my vehicle being parked on the street with no valid sticker. The sticker was due to the fact that the car was not moved and I needed help to determine whether to get rid of it or not. I had the vehicle towed to Amaana via AMA. Oh and the owners response in all this "What do you want me to do" . If the owner or any of his colleagues has issue with this review you should be ashamed of yourselves for your underhanded way of doing business and making other Somali business owners look bad. I was the owner of the 2010 Chevrolet Impala incase you are wondering.

Extremely Disappointing Amaana Auto Services Experience: Ineffective Repairs and Refusal to Issue Refund I feel compelled to tell you about my dreadfully miserable experience with Amaana Auto Services. I brought my car in because of a recurring noise problem, and the repairs cost a whopping $450. The noise, however, persisted after I got my car back, showing that nothing had been corrected at all. When I spoke with the staff at Amaana Auto Services, they adamantly refused to give me a refund and dismissively asserted that the problem was unconnected to their repairs. Disappointingly, Amaana Auto Services lacks professionalism, responsibility, and customer service. I urge potential clients to look into other options because this business was unable to provide me with dependable and efficient repairs, leaving me with no choice but to leave.

Don't suggest these guys at all. took my vehicle to them because it was running rough originally they basically put a bandaid on a major problem. I was told "any problems return and we can fix". Went back two months later and was told i have a vacuum leak which isn't correct either. The car was also dropped off running and then when I went to go pick the vehicle up it wouldn't start even after boosting. Was then later told my engine and spark plugs which Amaana replaced were completely flooded with fuel. My vehicle now needs close to 1000$ in work after giving these guys close to 1300$ in total repairs. STAY AWAY

Ahmed and Mohammed are both honest and genuine, friendly people. Their rates are very reasonable compared to other places. If there are any small things, they will just do it for free as a courtesy. I had a transmission coolant leak, which they fixed, and it broke again. They fixed it for free and refilled the coolant and did not charge me!

If you want to waste your time and money then come here. These guys put the wrong size of rims on my tires and want to charge me more money to fix their mistake. Sick of these auto shop scams - this place included!! 0 stars.

Great fast n friendly service everytime. And they get the job done at a very affordable rate. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay the canadian tire or other retail tires stores that charge an arm and leg.

Bought 3 sets of tires for my vehicles through them very friendly. Got a flat tired unexpectedly from getting a oil change and he got me in and fixed it right away.

These guys are the best they will let you know honest what is wrong with your car and their pricing is fair, my car is always ready on time
