I thought I had a really good deal for my car insurance with these ladies come to find these ladies change dates and times and things like that was kind of confusing for me so it was not good for me I don't know if it was fast talking deal to keep some of the deal money in here pocket but they wanted me to pay almost 498.00 for one month of car insurance.Tricking me with these deals until my insurance collapsed and one lady there she was trying to fuss with me over the phone about that she told me she need my pass insurance in 2 week of my new insurance policy with them and she didn't so I could keep the deal I'm not going to fuss with no one about the mistakes they made because I had 78.buck to pay my car insurance 50 something years they were saying this business have been there serving who seems like their kind only go and check it out yourself it was insane sad sad sad and I won't go back Sad sad day

I have one thing to say about this company. I reported them to the Texas Board of Insurance. They know what they did. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with any insurance related business. They deserve to have their license revoked. I would not recommend anyone use their services. Their huge negligence back in August coupled with their bullying/ retaliatory tactics this month of December make them a horrible company. If I read any response from them on here I will detail what they did for the public to see.

None of the staff there is even a licensed agent Especially the one by the name of Selene colunga. She pockets the money over charges the agency fee and doesn't even have a license to be an authorized auto insurance agent nor sell home owners ins. By state you need to be licensed. Half the time they take your "monthly payment " at the office but don't upload your payments and your driving around without car insurance. She's a thief. Go elsewhere !! I'll be reporting her.

We could not be happier. We got an absolutely fantastic rate for 2 vehicles, 1 full coverage one liability. The entire staff is very welcoming professional fast and so courteous. We had our 3 little ones running a muck well we were getting everything situated and the staff made us feel at home. we walked out with the best rates we've had for car insurance ever. They make underwriting "mistakes" and you have to pay for them. To add insult to injury they tell you "what you need to do". I used to recommend them... Cometen errores y tu pagas por ellos. Para colmo de males, te dicen "lo que tienes que hacer". Mucha falta de consideracion. No los vuelvo a recomendar.

Si en algún caso se les cancela la póliza y quieres reactivarlo porfavor háganlo directamente con su aseguradora porque esta agencia solo por ayudarles hacer eso me cobraron 45 dólares, cosa que si hubiera contactado a mi aseguradora directamente no me cobran nada
