I had an online order to collect. I received text messages to organise collection. "Pick up from dispatch" was all I was told in the sms. Arrived not knowing where dispatch was. ‍♀️ & no signs pointing where to go or saying where dispatch might b. I enter the store to find a whole bunch of staff standing around a desk area at the front, talking, ignoring any customers or anyone entering. (I had a 4yo under foot so it wasn't a totally quiet entrance) we stood looking for any other signs for dispatch with nothing to b seen. We approached the desk & told the worker what our issue was. I was swiftly told if it hasn't been paid for you need to pay here 1st but if it's been paid "go past beacon lighting follow the road behind beacon lighting, right around to the rear of the store & dispatch can be found there" off I go driving around to b met with a sign that said "no entry wrong way go back" at the end of the road (she never said to ignore that sign but luckily I did) around the back there was a gentleman who saw me pull up & opened the roller door fully. He was swift to jump into action finding my order, clarifying it with me & loaded it into the boot for me. I asked about the road to be told yes it is one way & I did go in the correct way so I just needed to continue the way I was going, out to the main road to the round about where I came in to the shopping strip. The gentleman at the rear was fantastic to deal with & deserves the most stars.

Overall pretty good. Some of the staff that work there are fantastic, others are hopeless. I purchased a 3 seater and dining table set which I'm super happy with, though there was a problem with one of the chairs which needed to be replaced. The whole process for that was frustrating and took way too long. When I purchased the 3 seater I wanted the ottoman to go with it but was told there was none left... Got home and checked their website for stock, turns out there was plenty left. Had to place an order for that separately - pretty annoying. Twice for click and collect purchases I called 20 mins prior to arrival so that the warehouse had time to prepare the order only to get there and wait another 10 mins for them to go and get it. What's the point of calling? At the end of the day I'm stoked with the furniture so that outweighs all the little annoyances I've experienced, but it would be nice for them to iron out the issues.

I bought sofa and dinning set from them.i make sure with barb about stock available she Said item in stock, on delivery day they deliver sofa and just dining table but no chairs.i called to office and staff told it’s not in stock yet so I asked her you need to inform me before deliver half stock.whenever I call staff said our manager will call you back in 20 minutes I waited whole day nobody call me I call back again next day she told me we organise chairs from Frankston store so it will be deliver you tomorrow after 4:30.i have got any delivery or call from staff.really unprofessional and I’m really disappointed with their service.

Bought an outdoor setting from them, although not expensive but i at least expected to receive a new product, what was received is worse than any second hand product and their customer service is even worse. After more than two weeks now their customer service keep asking for the same info over and over again with no reasonable resolution unless it is back to me to assemble and get rid of packaging again and if i ask for an assembled replacement they send me to speak to the store which when i called send me back to them again. Their CS would be less than zero rating

very very very poor service inwasnt going to review but you guys have made me to do it . did an online order on boxing day which said will delivered in one week time and thn have to call myself like 7-8 time to tell you guys its pickup failed and its now 14 jan and i still havent got my order like for real and not even ready to do refund or cancel it making me wait another 1 week for update , so pathetic and poor service by amart and their dlvry company never ordering anything again from you guys thanks for wasting 25 days for one order

Amazing service here, the whole team here has given us amazing service, even when our requests and requirements were a little more on the difficult side, they all found a way to get it done. If you're in the market for good furniture at a good price these guys are well worth a visit! Even if it's not you're local amart store, worth a trip. It wasn't our local, but the service we received here was better than any of the other stores, so we'll definitely be returning.

Bought a brand new couch, got it home and the electrics don't work. Can't return it for a replacement according to some jerk online named Aiden T. Have to wait weeks for a tech to come out and try fix it. Offered to return to store for an exchange and that's not an option. So far it's been a week and havnt heard from their technician. Definitely will never shop with amart ever again. Product is good but customer service is the worst I've seen. Lift your game amart.

On June 30 I ordered a bed frame online for pickup in-store. Told it would be 3 weeks. Ok. Rang at the 3 week mark to see how the order was going. Told it would be a further 2 weeks. No call from them, I had to do the calling. It’s now 6 weeks and still no order or phone call and I find on the website they are closed! OMG talk about customer service...not! Now I seem to be stuck...no order and I am unable to request a refund. NOT HAPPY JAN!

Very poor customer service, placed an order online with stock available for in-store pickup and paid straight away. Got a call from customer service to say the stock won't be available for two weeks. I cancelled my order then was told refund won't happen for 3 to 5 days should go through straight away. Couple hours after cancelling my order and still saying transaction pending, they haven't cancelled my order.

We purchased a couch, tv trolley and coffee table from here and I must admit we were blown away with the highest level of service that was provided to us by Chris and Ash. We got a very good deal and we are so much happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Amart pakenham. Not a very nice experience.....came into your store to find a small dining table and chairs, stock was on the floor and I offered to pay nearly 1000 for the set up, and I was told I would have to wait till May cause the stuff is on the floor to assist online sales......won’t be recommending anyone to shop here....I ended up going to a different store and bought what I needed

What a Joke. How about next time you stock your store and put prices on stuff BEFORE calling yourself open. Open 3 days and still have to ask for prices on half the items and the one I want is SOLD OUT yet online says I can still buy now and collect from store???. We should expect better from a Brand New Store. REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN a KMART...

Amart provides wonderful customer service. I found them to be very trustworthy and responsive to my wants and needs I think if you want a trustworthy organisation that sells at a value for money price I would always have a look at what they offer first Julie the office manager was great with assisting me today as well as all the floor staff

Not a happy customer brought a kitchen setting hoping to get it before xmas .when l got it last week opened it find it was damaged. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get it replaced but now been pushed from person to person and nothing resolved yet so we will be eating from our laps this xmas .Not happy Jan

I recently brought a dining table and bed set during this time the staff were very friendly and helpful! Upon delivery the table was fine however the bed set was damaged, Amart were quick to follow it up and in no time I got the furniture re - delivered! I will definitely be returning in future! Useless if you need the furniture now! Unless its something small furnishings, but any bigger you have to order it and wait up to a 2 weeks to month for the item . Even if it's in their catalogue the still don't carry the stock. This isn't just this store but Dandenong as well we had this issue.

Went to this store after getting not great service from other Amart Store. Sales staff member Jesse was fantastic. His customer service skills left me feeling like an important customer. Also happy with the pick up service and the goods i purchased. Will be back. Thank you Amart Pakenham.

What an easy process beginning with Amart's website, right down to the purchase of our new chairs in store. Efficient sales staff, great products, then extra cash off recommended price. Paid for the items while sitting in the chair I purchased! Thanks Don.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when organising finance. Pick up from the Pakenham store was easy and because I was buying from Bairnsdale, the staff gave me ample time to organise a pick up date. Very happy with the service and items.

We went here to see about buying a dining and buffet set from here, and they unfortunately did not have it on display, however, the layout of the store was comforting to say the least. Would probably go again when I need a new bedroom set.

Great prices and excellent after sale care. We had faults with some products and were offered either half our money back, or free replacement of the item. Very pleased with the delivery service as well.

Bought a couch recommended by sales person. Within weeks it has lost it's support and is causing both of us hip pain. We're ready to look for a replacement $$$$'s down the drain. Really angry!!!

Said item was in stock, after waiting at the loading bay for half an hour was told it wasn’t. No timeframe given, after waiting a few weeks cancelled as they couldn’t say when it was coming

My mom got her furniture from Amart and the furniture was perfect. The staff was a bit busy. But eventually we finished buying all our furniture and got it all delivered.
