We love working with Fernando and Ambition Plumbing. He and his team are so responsive to all our questions. He is very detailed in explaining each project and what they're working on. He also shows us where items are broken, and he has been 100% honest with us. We have had Ambition Plumbing work on many projects in our older house over the last two years: - They replaced our entire sewer line including digging a trench in the yard. - They also had to tunnel under the house to replace old cast iron pipes that had rusted. The city inspector said everything was perfect. - We also had the water main replaced from the street since it was leaking, they replaced that in a "trenchless" style and it was very quick. - Removed and replaced our water heater - Installed a water softener and a loop for the softener - Replaced our old kitchen sink with a new sink, faucet, and installed a new garbage disposal - Removed and replaced the ball valves for the washing machine since they were old and dripping. They were also like cemented in place Ambition Plumbing has always been so helpful and I haven't felt pressured at all to do more work than necessary. I will always be calling them for my plumbing needs!

Update: I can't say enough good things about these guys. They've done everything from fixing a water heater leak to installing a water softener to replacing our drainage pipes for our tub, and even came to check that the pipes were still in tact when i was having some doubts (free of charge). Pricing is more than fair and they will give a good, better, best option for you to choose for your needs and budget. We continue to trust them with all our plumbing needs and 100% recommend them!! Highly recommend Ambition!! Fernando and the whole team who helped on our issue were professional, informative, and honest about our issue and what they could do. Ended up having to tunnel under our house to fix broken pipes. It was a long process but they kept in communication with us every step of the way. These guys keep the customer in mind and provide the best recommendation for the issue. They have our loyalty for all future issues and upkeep. We are so grateful to have met them!

Response to your comment since I didn’t leave an actual review just a one star. The one star is because of your lack of communication. Not because the insurance didn’t cover. We could have paid out of pocket for the repair. This is a first you even given an exact number of water pressure which is absurd you post on here instead of giving us your potential customer the exact number or reason while on text it was vague . You also proceeded to text me about your customers getting defensive as to insinuate I was. In a text. No foul language I was cordial and even stated why I was taken aback at how there was no communication given. Hence the one star review on your lack of customer service.

Great service and great people. I made a claim with AHS and the first person that came out was from A & M plumbing and they stated that the heating elements on my heater were broken and unit needed to be replaced. AHS did not want to cover the replacement of the water heater saying that it was pre existing issue. I called to fight the claim request and they then sent out Ambition plumbing representative and he did a full system check and the elements were working but the unit is malfunctioning not producing hot water for long periods so the AHS is now going to cover the replacement. I highly suggest folks to use Ambition plumbing for any plumbing need.

So thankful for Ambition Plumbing! I’ve had a clog in my kitchen sink for a couple days now. I reached out to Ambition Plumbing and Jessica was super helpful and set me up with an appt asap. Great customer service! Fernando came out and was on time and very professional. He was able to get my sink working again in no time and did not charge me an outrageous amount to do so. The guys that came out to look at my water heater were awesome. I was given an appointment for Monday 11/20/23 and timeframe of 12p-6pm and even though they didn’t show up within that timeframe due to a prior order they were attending to, they definitely stayed in communication with me regarding their ETA and still showed up after 9pm I would highly recommend this company for plumbing issues. My home insurance had one plumbing group come out to access my water heater and water pressure issues. I was told I would have to pay over $1K out of pocket. What an incredible business! Fernando and Noe came out the same day we called to help with an emergency plumbing issue. They came out late at night and fixed everything in less than half an hour. Fernando and his crew replaced 4 outside faucet bibs (that were from the original build in 1977... like almost welded on with hard mineral deposits), and changed the wax ring on my toilet, as well as repaired the overflow of my guest tub, all in one afternoon. There were so courteous and respectful and the price was more than fair!!

We had a plumbing emergency Saturday night. Fernando came out at 9:00 and stayed until 2:00 in the morning to find the blockage. He came back Sunday afternoon to install a clear out, and we had working plumbing that day! Very knowledgeable, and honest. Will use their services again in the future.

AAA auger quoted me at over 400 to replace a pressure reliefs tank. Seemed pretty expensive so I called Ambition and they were super helpful. Out the door I paid 146.35. Would recommend Ambition. They are honest and get the job done quickly.

Ambition was awesome! Called and they came out the same day, and worked late to make sure I had water. I ended up with a yard leak from the main line. They dug up the spot and replaced it with strong brass. Would recommend them to anyone!
