I had the opportunity to work with Tyson Funk, representing me as a buyer. I had heard good things of Tyson from a friend who had worked with him, so I had come in with high expectations and Tyson managed to exceed them. While representing me as a buyer, Tyson had a good eye for the positive aspects of properties, but what I appreciated most was his ability to point out areas that may turn out to be very costly, or areas that were likely to need future investment. If it were just me, I probably would’ve tried to purchase the first property I toured, but Tyson was able to keep me cognizant of both the pros AND the cons of each of the properties we viewed. Tyson’s attention to detail really helped me in finding a great property. When me and Tyson had found a property that I was ready to make an offer on, I was so ready to get the ball rolling I was initially going to offer the seller their asking price. Tyson did some research and had advised me on what he thought the property was worth. He was right, and I submitted a lower offer based on Tyson’s advise, which ended up saving me a significant amount on the purchase. Tyson’s attention to detail and his understanding of value made my work with him a success. On top of his skill as a real estate agent, he also happens to be a great guy – respectful and hardworking.
