I did not catch the owners name, but it was a very positive experience after having my car broken into. Called during my lunch break and was able to get in later that day after work. Then when I got stuck at work last minute they were able to accommodate that as well. Repair was done right out of his garage/home, though they did offer to travel to me. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible due to my work having a secured parking lot that they wouldn’t not be able to enter. The replacement itself was relatively smooth and took about 40 minutes. I especially liked that they were willing explained the process and show me when they ran into some smaller issues. Lastly they cleaned all the broken glass and sent me on my way. Would highly recommend.

To start things off, I want to note that I am visiting downtown Nashville, TN while raining, so this job was required to be under shelter. They had no issue with meeting us in a parking garage lot to keep the vehicle dry. They were very willing to meet our location needs in general! The job had the quickest turnaround I've experienced in a long time. The materials they used were professional grade and they were careful and precise with every step they took. The communication between us were phenomenal! They explained everything including price and options in detail. I highly recommend this company to those who require their services! I am sincerely glad that I've chose American Auto Glass, Nashville.

RUN AWAY, THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Showed up after 7:00 PM for a 5:30 Appt. in an unmarked POS van that the door wouldn't open to access the new windshield. Owner called and said he was sending a guy out with lights so they could do the job in the dark. I told them to come back the next day @ 9:30 AM, they were a no show, owner won't answer the phone, they showed up late with a replacement windshield that was cracked. They left to get another windshield, when they returned they said they couldn't do the job because they got fired over the cracked replacement windshield. I tried repeatedly to contact the owner, no answer, voicemail box is full. If no stars was an option .....

We purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from friends who told us the sliding door windows didn't work, but the dealership wanted too much money to fix them. I purchased a new regulator for each sliding door, and American Auto Glass came to my home to replace them. As it turned out, the regulators were fine. The problem on one side was a broken bracket that was repaired. The other side had braces(?) attached to the window that were broken meaning the glass had to be replaced. They were able to replace it on the spot! The cost was VERY reasonable, especially since they came to my home! I highly recommend their services and will use them again if the need arises.

The technician I had Emerson was so friendly, so clean so fast and efficient. It was such a great experience. I spoke and scheduled with Angel the day before. In my particular case, somebody robbed my car and broke my windshield in it was raining all week. Other companies were saying they couldn’t do it until the end of the week or the beginning of next week. Angel not only came through. He gave me a great price and had awesome customer service. Angel was awesome, fast, great price and professional. My car was broken into Sunday, Angel answered Sunday when none of the other glass places would answer. He got my glass very fast, he even showed me how to do it. I didn’t feel like I was just a number. He took his time and made sure it was done right. He even vacuumed the back seats and under them to make sure my kids wouldn’t get hurt by glass. Last week I noticed that someone broke into my car and busted one of my windows. I contacted several companies but I decided to go with American Auto Glass. I was in need of a new window. I came across American Auto Glass and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day! Before starting, Angel showed me and explained to me what he was replacing. The job took only about 30 minutes and I had a new window.
