I ordered a sandwich at 7:14 pm and now it's 9:30 pm and the sandwich hasn't arrived. I sent a message on WhatsApp to see if I could pick it up and they responded saying they would check to see if my order was still there and they haven't responded yet (it's been 20 minutes)
