It was my favorite store back in USA… But i was shocked with service here….. girl just meet us in front, but cant explain even where is our fitting slim straight (which wall), cant find sizes, take my jeans and go to storage room and did not come back, same with guy…. Some time in store was like no stuff at all and ppl in changing room stayed big line to wait when somebody open it. Woman Denim laying in mess, difficult find any size. Thanks God it came one professional girl in the end who set visual for men denim, she helped a lot with colors and sizes. Need to improve for rest of stuff.

Très décevant comme magasin sachant que c'est le seul à Montréal maintenant ! Il n'y a pas de section Aerie, n'ont presque jamais rien de disponible en magasin et en plus ils ne prennent pas les retours pour les achats faites en ligne. Ils nous donnent un label et on doit les shipper nous même et même si dans les politiques de retours ça dit qu'on peut les retourner dans n'importe quelle succursale!!

Bought online with visa debit. Stuff didn't fit right. Returned it 2 days later with receipt. Didn't want to give me a refund. Said that they don't deal with visa debit and they didn't give cash. Ended up with a gift card. I mean fine...its something but get it together. Visa debit isn't new. It's literally your banking.

Simply a pure mess! They said they are under stuffed but there were jut few customers so they could easily arranged the store. I picked some clothes over the 60% off section and the cashier refused to give me the discount simply because she said it was miss placed!!!

Showed up 10 minutes before the store closed to return something and the doors were already locked. The employees in the inside saw us and completely ignored us. Horrible service and extremely disrespectful.
