Staff members are nice and welcoming. The problem is that the store hours of operation are different from the mall hours! They close while the mall still open and if coming from far away and depending on the mall hours its likely to be disappointed! I came from a long distance to pick up my order to be surprised the store closed at 6pm while the mall was open until 9pm! AE should communicate hours of operations when sending orders pickup confirmation.

Unlike most of the other high end clothing stores, American Eagle actually fits its price range for the most part. They are extremely comfy and high quality material. They don't just have clothing that say AE or American Eagle like other stores do. They actually have designs which is nice. Granted, the only clothing brand that I choose to support IS American Eagle because I feel it's the only one worth it

Big props to the manager of this store, Pascal. She helped me to exchange jeans that had a manufacturing problem even though they were more then a year old. I’ve worn AE jeans for 20 years and will continue to do so with customer service this good.

The manager was super rude. I arrived to return a item and automatically she gave me a rude look. She refused the return and assumed that the item was used. I just tried at home once. I will never go back to that store again.

Love this place!! Nice choices for confortable underwear. Leggings are amazing and I seriously want them all. The store had a limit of people at a time, purell at the door and lots of space to move around freely.

I used to buy all of my clothing from here. I found the quality to price ratio to be much higher than most other retailers and their styles vary enough that I could always find something I liked.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Was served by Laura and despite the stress of being alone for cash was very accommodating to my needs and helped me find a solution for my issue
