The staff are very friendly here and the dry cleaning took a week to complete and there was a small stain that wasn’t removed. I’m not upset about that since I was in no rush and the stain isn’t their fault either. However I am furious that they decided to put a pin through the tag of my hoodie I had them wash. The pin had an order number and they put it directly on the tag significantly lowering the value of my hoodie which I had just purchased for several hundreds of dollars. I am absolutely upset about this.
