After 5 years with American tristar I decided to write a review.born a raised in San Diego I'm 37 never have we had a insurance company like this one in SD.im going to make this short and sweet,I'm going to start and say the owner is a real caring guy that should say it all he knows that we make his business and does everything in his power to get us the best deal TRUST ME I'm not a easy guy to please.so please take my advice and give American tristar your first shot you will never go anywhere else.I myself only deal with Sean best guy ever.IM ONLY WRITING THIS REVIEW TO HELP ALL MY SAN DIEGANS WE ALL WORK HARD FOR ARE MONEY DONT THROW IT AWAY.I could say a lot more but who wants to read a book LOL.

Let me start by saying, if I could give American Tri-Star Insurance more stars, I would! I have had them for a little more than 4 years and have zero complaints, but many compliments. Over the years I've owned 3 vehicles that have all been insured with the help of the BEST agent EVER, Bibiana Lopez. She always goes above and beyond to find the best prices and policies in the market to fulfill each and every single one of my needs. One of the many things that I love about going into their offices, is having her greet me with her wonderful smile and positive attitude. The customer service is exceptional! If you need insurance or the best quotes and prices in town, she's your girl!

Like many others, I had been with my previous insurance company for years without ever comparing prices. Finally, I decided to contact American Tri-Star insurance services to compare prices. The service I received was exceptional. I worked with a service agent, Alex G. He was quick to provide and review with me the different options I had. In addition, I thought it was great for my busy schedule to complete all the forms online and communicate via email. I'm very pleased because I was able to save some money while maintaining the same coverage I had before. Thank you American Tri-Star for the great customer service and experience.

Honestly, first class service. They have helped me with everything, A-Z. First of all they were able to get me a much cheaper price on the insurance from 2015 and to this day help me with all my needs even home insurance. Lately they American TriStar has gone above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim. The claim took too long with an insurance company and after I called they put helped me step by step for days and did not leave my side. He definitely needs some training on handling his people skills and anger issues maybe idk.
