I recently had the opportunity to visit Amoeba - HM Leisure during a team outing organized by my company, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. It was my first time trying bowling, and I had always wanted to give it a shot. I was thrilled when I finally got the chance at Amoeba. Upon entering the venue, the staff promptly instructed us to change into special shoes and wear socks for better grip on the slippery floor. Their attention to safety and ensuring a good experience impressed me right from the start. Once we entered the bowling area, we were asked to enter our names and began playing two rounds of set 10. The excitement and enjoyment were unparalleled, and before we knew it, we were both exhausted and hungry, having had an absolute blast. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Amoeba because not only did I learn the game of bowling, but I also had the opportunity to build stronger relationships with my managers, team members, and other colleagues. Feels like they have neglected the bowling lanes and the people are still flooding in cause there is no other publicly accessible bowling ally. The amount of people is soo high on weekends, easily a 1hr wait and not worth the price they are charging. There was no one to assist us to get the names into the machine or anything. The balls were all damaged or chipped and the shoes were not cleaned at all. All the balls were completely oily from the lanes and seems like they’re never cleaned somehow. Also I don’t like you need to wait for sometime outside and again wait inside the lanes for the people before you to complete the game. 
The music was super loud and playing all old songs on remix mode. But you’re probably still going to go here anyway so yeah none of this matters. They have parking in the basement but I would definitely advice you to park outside or travel via public transport.

I find this place to be just fine and not excellent to visit. Situated on church street it attracts crowd only for playing a game of bowling and nothing else. I hardly found people having drinks or snacks here. Most of the people were enjoying their game only. They have raised the price of the game also after the lockdown. 500 ruppess per person is the cost now which i found expensive compared to the other gaming shops. Washrooms are hygenic. One thing which i observed is that the staff is not supporting at all. When i arrived there was no one on the counter to welcome and we were left unattended for almost 15-20 mins. Overall ok place to go on weekends. Can be visited once.

It's a large bowling alley with around 12 lanes. Which meant that we could get on an alley with very less waiting time. What was appalling was that before we booked the place, we specifically asked via phone whether they are wheelchair accessible. They said they are. But when we reached there, their lift didn't work. They even had a sign outside reiterating that they are wheelchair accessible, but that was of no use. Having only ramps don't count when you cannot reach the first floor easily. The alleys shut down after a few games, repeatedly, and the operators had to fix it from the back end.

The bowling alley is nice with a positive vibe around.... Since I've come from Mysore, I felt the prices were extremely high here as it was 200/- but I go bowling in Mysore at 60/- to 70/- hence I didn't really like the prices... The staff is pretty helpful but only to an extent....the dude who handed me shoes was extremely disinterested in his job or maybe he was just having a bad day. The bowling alley is well built with a few glitches that occured...other than that it was great. There are good seats as well if you visit in a group. Overall, liked it...not loved it.

One of the best place to enjoy the gaming experience in Bengaluru , bowling experience is average not that much good as many bowls are damaged , and cost of bowling is also high compare to the infrastructure. Rest of the game are good , separate zone for kids so they can also enjoy the place. Bar is there where you can enjoy drinks with friends. Located in MG road , so even though you don't have the expected experience you can roam on there . But for gaming experience with budget constraints specially batchlor will recommend go bowling there is very good option

This is one of the older bowling places in Bangalore, located in the heart of the city on Church Street. They have 12 lanes for bowling. They have good music as well and the lanes are in good condition. Suggest that you wear or carry your own socks so that you don't have to buy a new pair there. There are also host of other games in the same venue. It's a perfect place for family hangout with kids and also for teams or large group of friends. You can even order food there and there is free parking available for both 2 & 4 wheelers. The place closes at 10.30pm.

Highly disappointed with the maintenance of the second floor arcade section and the bowling alley ,I have been going to amoeba from years and recently when I visited it a week ago, sad to see the drop in the level of maintainence, more than half the machines in the arcade are not working even after you swipe your card and your credits get cut, staff is unresponsive and unable to help you out. Bowling alley is still okay but not worth the money. Definitely not providing the services for the price they charge.

We had such a horrible experience at this place. It’s supposed to be a kid’s friendly place but a huge slab of glass randomly fell on the ground. The ridges were loose and the staff were totally ignorant about it before. We were extremely close to the glass and could have gotten hurt very badly. The place is old and really needs some changes. The staff are also extremely rude and unfriendly. This is extremely disappointing and I’m really hoping they do something about this.

Cool place to hang out with blokes. You can enjoy a game of bowling with your friends. Approximately 10 lanes available with not much waiting time. It will cost you Rs. 350 per person per game after 1 pm and Rs 200 before. Staff is helpful. You can order for snacks and drinks. Socks are additional charge. They also hold professional tournaments. There is also a separate lane for kids with railings on sides of the alley. Parking is available.

The manager here is worst! They gave a ticket of 3 people asked us to wait for 45 minutes and then the manager Sharath was so arrogant and pathetic he asked to wait for 40 more minutes and when asked to give supervisor number, he escaped by giving his own contact number. This page is also managed by him. Amoeba should take this review very seriously. He even bribed us saying you can play 3-4 more games of air hockey. Spoiled our weekend.

A great place to go for a night of bowling and arcade games. The 12 lanes are well-maintained and have sensors that track your score, so you can keep track of your progress. There is also a live DJ playing music, which adds to the atmosphere. The arcade floor has a wide variety of games for all ages, so you're sure to find something to keep you entertained. I won multiple coupons and prizes while I was there, which was a nice bonus.

This is located besides the Churchstreet and is only 50meters away from metro station and also cabs can be found easily. This facility is a two floor in total housing a cafe, a bowling area and an arcade game area. For adults Bowling is the only game that's available but for kids there is a huge arcade game area. In the same building there is a restaurant too by the name 20ft high which serves drinks too.

Bowling was good here. On first floor they have games mostly for kids and some are for adults. For some games mechines are giving tickets and with that tickets we can purchase one item in their list. But unfortunately their ticket costs are high. Not highly recommended. Just ok with one time. We got doctor set for 400 tickets, which got from games. It's totally worthless. Should improve.

Nice place to play some games like bowling and video games for fun. This is located in church Street near to MG road. You will get good deals on weekdays when the crowd is relatively less. The video game section has many games catering to children of all ages. There are VR games introduced and is very interesting. While playing bowling make sure you have socks else you have to buy one.

Decently maintained bowling place in the heart of the city. Place is very well accessible from the Metro station and they have a dedicated car/bike parking. The setup, interface, tech looks to be old and could be greatly improved. There were lot of hiccups, miscalculation of points etc which was slightly unfortunate. It is one of the oldest and famous bowling alleys in Bangalore. They have multiple lanes for bowling. You can enjoy here with your family as well as team. Just an awesome place to enjoy other games as well. Online booking is also available here. If you are planning to go on weekends then it's recommendable to book your slot atleast 1 week before going.

My second time to this place and I'm glad I came back. You have about 10 bowling alley lanes here and most of them are always taken, although the place is never crowded to the brim. Great place to enjoy with friends and family. You can also order food to be served in your lane or go to any of the restaurants lined up in the same street.

The place needs serious up gradation. Right from entrance to the place to the bowling alley, this place is in tatters. The shoes given for bowling are torn, the ac in bowling area hardly works. The place is poorly lit. Only the Music was good but a bit too loud. I am sure there are newer and better bowling centres across town.

The place was fun as usual. The bowling alleys were great. And surprisingly pre-booking got us in quicker. There defenitely was wait time - but was much lower than expected. Ameoba has lost its charm. The place is very dirty. The bowling games are frequently having technical snags and you are required to stop for them to correct the system. Shoes that they provide usually stinks and extremely dirty.

It wasn't a top-notch experience; the bowling balls didn't come in all sizes, and there were no guides available. The prices were decent, but there's room for improvement. It's still a decent way to pass the time, though.

The place was fun. One de-merit of that space is that the food counters or food partners around are closed. Price is reasonable for the number of attempts of bowling. The staffs are co-operative.
