I walked in to this place from the street, straight past the cashier's window, nowhere near the petrol pumps, to purchase milk. The cashier asked me three distinct times whether I had 'forgotten' to pay for fuel; the unmistakably clear insinuation being that she believed I was stealing fuel. I answered in the negative three distinct times. I was on foot, having walked over from home, my car was at home in the shed. She begrudgingly processed my purchase of milk. A truly bizarre experience; I have never returned!

I had a wonderful experience at Ampol! From the moment I stepped foot in the store, I was greeted with friendly smiles and exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was the store well-stocked with quality products, but the prices were reasonable too. I left feeling like a valued customer, and I will definitely be returning for my future needs. Thank you, Ampol, for making my shopping experience so positive!

Every time I come here, I get charged more than the ticketed price. Mandarins advertised for 50c, charged at 80c each; coffee pods advertised as $7, scan for $8.60; and so forth. Every time. I now have to use a calculator when I shop to know what the total will be at the end, so that I can inevitably advise them they have charged above the ticketed price. It doesn't really build trust as a local service station.

I am a regular customer at this Ampol. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service from Naresh, Sai ,& Manooj. The Foodairy coffee is far superior to that of 7 Eleven. Some customers always find faults, but these guys are really good !

Charge extra for Amex, done accept e gift catds and can only be accessed from one side of the road. For a cookie cutter chain you would expect at least average quality, but this fails to deliver

I stopped here as I needed fuel and a jar of coffee, which you expect in most servo grocery sections, got the expensive fuel but they had no coffee. I could get a pregnancy test but no coffee!

They're quite popular in the area so they get to be very busy often. So, expect long waits and crowded spaces. Nevertheless they always get the job done so it's not all bad.

Rude lady named anita put the barcode scanner into my eyes repeatedly even when i said what are you doing? No idea about her job and hurt my eyes pathetic idi0t

Didn't buy petrol here. Bought late night dinner and the guy was helpful. He had to bring every cold sandwich to night pay window for me to pick one.

Well priced petrol for the area and payment via the Caltex app is permitted. Please fix the air hose. It's been out of order for weeks. 9-12-22.

Toilets are filthy, but the pies are delicious. Also like the doughnuts. Sadly no slurpees and their oaks drink is terrible
