the clerk there tried to rip me off, by adding a $6 can of V to my purchase, when I questioned him he quickly refunded me the money, but made it difficult because he said it was part of a meal deal and I already had a discount and that he refunded me more than he tried to rip me off. Check your change and check your receipts.

Great ampol service station. You can buy firewood by the bag here, ice and swap n go gas. Inside there is a toilet, ATM machine and a plethora of yummy snacks from cakes, doughnuts, sandwiches and pies. The staff are super friendly and you can scan your everyday rewards card here and earn points. I recommend

A pretty average service station in Coogee. It’s got the absolute bare minimum in terms of food/shopping (Coles Express it definitely isn’t). There aren’t many petrol pumps either, so best to avoid during peak hour and school drop-offs (otherwise you’ll be stuck in the queue waiting for 15+ minutes).

Coogee is a bueatiful place! However around 11pm Caltex service attendant could be seen through drinks fridge,myself and 3other customers ,knocked trying to get service.We left unable to make purchases, 3others also walk away empty handed Quite FRUSTRATING and Inconvenient, to say the least

Very unfriendly staff. When they clean the toilets they close them so they don't have to clean them again before their shift ends. But apart from this the site is clean in the store and on the forecourt. A well stocked store with a reasonable food offer but expensive.

I realise this is a service station, so you can't expect any sort of customer service as it's so basic what you're getting from it, but I've never seen an employee feel so bothered and it be such an inconvenience for him to serve me chips

Toilets, food options, coffee and other groceries. Customer service is good. Parking is available however nearby residents use it and so at times, you have to park at the bowser if you are just shopping for coffee etc. ATM available.

The guys here are always friendly and the place is Rudy. The air hose works, which is a plus. It's open late, which is handy, and finally offers Woolworths rewards points. There is sometimes a queue as it is a convenient location.

Really disappointed with the way I was spoken to by the service station attendant tonight. I’m a regular customer that grew up with strong customer service values. It was as though Ampol don’t want repeat customers.

I know fuel stations are expensive but this place is always top dollar for not only fuel but items in the store as well. Try to avoid and go to any of the other nearby service stations.

I don't drive, but the shop is open 24/7 every day, and this makes it a great place to get any snacks or just milk and bread when you run out. The staff are always friendly.

Quite appalled to know that the owner decided to not offer e10! Maybe he thinks the coogee ppl can afford it; but I personally avoid it now as it is ecologically selfish.

The night shift person was dump and hadn’t scanned my rewards cards. He was totally sleepy mode I got wasted my fuel voucher. It’s ridiculous (14/07/2023)

24 hours open can get anything in the middle of the night if you can't sleep or simply forgot to buy something earlier during the day
