"Detrimental to the customer service industry that someone has to purchase something in order to exchange cash"

"Where your hunger and caffeine cravings meet their match"
"Busy but fast turnover of pumps"
Nice petrol station serving the Glenbrook area for the locals and visitors alike. The pricing is actually quite competitive which makes this station being quite busy but as others have mentioned in the reviews that the high turn over you are not wait for very long for a pump. The service from the staff is great.
Detrimental to the customer service industry that someone has to purchase something in order to exchange cash. Can’t just swap a $50 note for $20,$10s etc - “the manager doesn’t approve the till being opened without a good reason.” What a scam!
On the way to Blue Mountains on 11 Nov 2022 when my rental car stalled after pumping petrol. Toni at the counter was simply terrific. Suggested I walk around Glenbrook while waiting for the car service people and that she would call me once
Where your hunger and caffeine cravings meet their match. It's like a mini oasis for road trip refueling. Grab some snacks, maybe debate the eternal dilemma of chips and chocolate and give your taste buds a pit stop they won't forget.
Busy but fast turnover of pumps. Not a gigantic ship but has all the bases covered. Easier to get back on the highway now that the intersection has been fixed (if you go out the "wrong" exit).
Plenty of parking and pumps available. Staff was busy cleaning away when I visited which is always a good sign. Service was quick and the place looks a lot cleaner than other petrol stations.
Purchased 2 mini pizzas, they were that dry I was worried about breaking a tooth, unfortunately I was late for a meeting so couldn't return them but won't visit there again for any food.
Whole shop filthy. The mat, the floor, the counter. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Guy behind counter to busy giggling on his phone to care about anything
What I'm annoyed about is that it's first service station up the mountains and they charge a PREMIUM for fuel but go a little further prices are between 10 tonnes cents cheaper
Training is required to improve customer service. The toilet was not good at all. The only thing the place had going for it was the location. Hopefully this can change.
I payed for $41 for smokes and that night this guys Charges me $41 again on the same card he got me not happy never use your card there only pay with Apple Pay
The staff really seemed to struggle to work the cash machines after some kind of screw up with other customers ahead. I think additional training is required.
More expensive than most service stations, blonde headed 50-60year old staff member can be extremely rude, its just lucky if you catch her on a good day.
I pulled in for the second time to fill up and the NRMA discount couldn’t be used as the machine was down. I’m not sure if this was true or a stitch-up.
Yeah was ok, fair priced fuel good stock in shop clean new pumps and easy drive in out access. Fuel was amongst the cheapest on a recent Mudgee trip
Went here to fill up petrol in our dirt bikes for some fun on our Bathurst 1000 weekend friendly staff so different to Sydney servos
Goes to a night window very early. The 7/11 at Blaxland is usually cheaper, has better coffee and its toilet is availavle 24/7
It's a petrol station, I only went there because they had the 6c off a litre promo. Their fuel is always way too expensive.
Average service and out of order toilets. If you're stopping here go to the Glennbrook information centre toilets.
Good first place to stop on the way up the mountains for totally acceptable $1 coffee! Toilets too :-)
Good stop to fuel and top up on snacks and drinks for the trip up to the Blue Mountains.
Great variety of food on offer when your travelling. Friendly customer service
Amazing service by attendant and no wait good petrol station to have a break.
Quick stop, easy exit and return. Friendly staff and clean toilets.
Easy place for a rest or fuel on a long drive
Convenient just off highway quick service
Good service and fair petrol prices
An oasis before I ran out of fuel.
Friendly and helpful staff
Very good service!
