19/2/ 2020 , I visit this station at 18:28 and fill the petrol to my car, when I was walking to pay I found I forgot my valet . I live 750 meters away and I’m 70 years old and have a walking difficulties. I told the service man can I live my phone because I was just carrying only my mobile with me and drive bring my valet and pay. He no you have to leave your car or fill up the forms . Ok I try fill the form it is asking the driver license which I don’t have with me. And the worker toad with a unprofessional way angry and pick up the form and with very angry way and swerving put in the bin. I have walk 750 meter with difficulty and pick up my valet go back and pay. I’m local and old . I suggest I can leave my mobile phone and drive came back and pay. In any one live this can be happen unfortunately this person is not very helpful , this station lost 3 customer and my neighbor as well

Booked car in for pinkslip at 1pm today. Arrived on time and mechanic had apparently left for the day. Gormless twit on the cash register in the Caltex shop was no help. Had to repeat myself 3 times while he rifled through non relevant paperwork. I won't bother using this place again.

5/10/21 20:40 i am a driver, normally i visit in this store. but today staff refuse me to use washroom. He told me toilet already cleaned cannot use it.i didn’t argue simply came out.In this pandemic time he refuse me to wash my hand. Try to respect all the costumer.

Recently stopped in to grab some petrol and a Fanta, the server behind the counter is probably the most nicest and funniest I have ever seen at any Caltex. I went their around 5pm on 6.1.2018 and he was there, doing his job with a great personality.

Typical petrol station spend $300 don't even get a hello from person collecting or the female in charge. These days if you don't like it tough there is no other option. SERVICE stations are from the past.

I found the service quite good I was buying a Coke also and cashier helped me by pointing out that they had an offer going which was saving me money

Similar experience to most service stations, top up, pay, and go. The auto pay at my station wasn't operational.

The gas price is in general competitive. However, it does not take 4 cent fuel ticket here.

Cashier was on the phone the whole time and did not say one word. Was actually appalled.

Small service station that sells big cookies! usual petrol prices and stuff inside.

I've been in here a few times and the staff are either on their phone or ignore you
