Tonight my 17 year old daughters car broke down she managed to get the car on the road not more than 20 metres from the station, when I arrived it needed water so I used the watering can from the station, the attendant saw red and accused me of stealing the can, he was explained to that a car had broken down and needed water, the can was replaced when finished with. This would have all been on camera. My understanding is that this was a SERVICE station. The attendant should have used his common sense. How rude he was.

This place has progressively got worse over the years. The night counter closes earlier and earlier every time you seem to go there, way too early even at reasonable hours. Go to the On the Run on Main South Road instead, fuel is usually cheaper at OTR too. Been coming here for 15 plus years and won't be any longer.

Absolutely ridiculous making customers stand and wait outside in the pouring rain just to be served! Whether it's day or night we deserve much better than this kind of appalling service. Next time I shall drive the extra couple kilometres to ANY OTHER servo for petrol!

Worst customer service I ever had.. I stopped for a coffee and he commented that you wasted my time with a coffee.. if Ampol is really concerned about customer satisfaction sack this lazy count.. It was empty but he still don't want to work !

Friendly staff and great service There is a major safety problem when entering and exiting the site. Needs another entrance at the back of building. When entering from Sheriff's Rd there is a deep drain running along the road enterance.

A clean & plentiful choice of fuels. Shop is very good. If there is one minus - it is its location. On a very busy intersection & requires "thought" b4 arriving as to how to access. 4c litre off with Woollies Rewards Card.

For a petrol station, the staff that I have dealt with thur far have been very kind, helpful and have a chat. It wasn't just, number, card, payment, bye. I felt like I was having a nice chat with a fellow human being.

I have been a loyal customer to at this service station for 10+ years but will not be returning after being berated in front of customers by the Morning cashier Brett who has a blatant disregard for customer service.

Great instore, including a well maintained hot beverage self serve with cappuccino! So an excellent convenience store with a large forecourt and separate side parking. Very experienced staff.

Faulty tyre pump, when staff were asked about it they said nothing they can do and offered no help, no signage to say pump wasn’t working, staff couldn’t have cared less

Once again I foolishly filled up today @ $2.19 /ltr only to find it was $1.98 everywhere else north of O'halloran Hill. That's the last time..you've made the list!

Neat and clean, just another petrol station really. No soap in the window washers at the bowser which is a really annoying first world problem.

Just a normal Ampol Service Station. Hot foods, sandwiches, meal kits, drink, chips and snacks.

Always super busy. Have had issues with their pies and sandwiches - not very fresh.
