I called ahead and asked if they had a specific wine. They said they did. Took a trip there and told the lady what I wanted and she got it, threw it in the bag and asked for my money. Turns out, she gave me the wrong item. When I complained, she said no refunds. All I wanted was an exchange and I hadn’t left the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

I just left here .. and the Spanish lady with long black hair didn’t get a name but she was VERY rude. Acting like she so tired to do her job. I was trying to ask her questions about the liquor because i was undecided and she was just rushing me giving me attitude!! Please work on yall customer service

They are rude especially the women that work there no good customer service skills whatsoever they can have a line for the liquor and one for lotto with a have full staff and only one person doing the liquor and no one doing lotto and if u don't speak Spanish we have another problem

This place marketed they had a product they clearly didn’t have. I placed an order on Uber eats and received the wrong items, no assistance from Uber or this place. Done with both. 1 star by default, 0 star if I could.

One of the Hispanic women there has a nasty disposition.Shes always on the phone and acts as if you are disturbing her by being a paying customer.Shes very unpleasant and does not say hello or thank you.

There delivery service is inept. They will literally reject your card on-line, cancelling the order, and it then hours later accept it in-store. I live in the area. Too many options for that mess

Alcohol is reasonably priced, the selection is decent if you're a common person wanting to stick to what you know. The only issue is the homeless people prowling the block looking for a handout

I hate going to liquor stores where you can't walk around and they have bulletproof glass.... makes you feel unwelcome ! But ....this location has good selection and good prices for wine .

Great place, the employees are always nice and polite. Only complaint could be the lines, not sure if it's one line or two and some customers would try to take advantage of that.

Just go with any name of Drinks and they have them from sweet to hard liquor and we'll advanced in customer service satisfaction nice place to shop for all your drinks

A whole bunch of a holes work here. Can't speak English and have the audacity to be racist. Never spend money here. Go to the hub. Better prices and service

Ghetto with yuppy. Liquors behind the glass so no browsing. Annoying weed carriers and rude guests frequent the place. Small so gets crowded quick.

It's a liquor store, so there's really not much to say except the prices are a little cheaper than other liquor stores in the area!

Very reasonable prices, friendly, knowledgeable staff. At times it can b really crowded but that's mostly due to lottery customers

The seagram watermelon and pineapple was great! I tried it a first time and was super delicious. Sale price was awesome too
