yells at customers when they say they don’t like their food, owners yell at each other causing a scene, they fire servants for practically nothing, don’t tip the servers and takes the tips for themselves, and the worst part of it all is the only good about this place is baked sweets, everything is absolute garbage. Don’t waste your money or time here, I really hope this place gets shut down (again) yes, they had an original place in Scottsdale Arizona. For anyone who has taken the time to read this lovely little review, be sure watch these couples episode on Hell’s Kitchen. You can watch the full episode on YouTube, searching Amy’s baking company full episode. I’m appalled at their behavior and should NOT be in business for numerous reasons as I have listed above. I sympathize for all of the people that ever had to deal with this couple and how their “restraunt” works & deals with them.

I love Amy's cakes, they are always fresh and have a good price. I don't understand how this business has a 2.0 star rating, because this is a small family business owned and it has nothing to do with the Chef Ramsey show at all. This is an honest bakery and has been open for many years in Chinatown. Some reviews here are fake, and review this business solely on the name of it (Amy's Bakery) that sounds similar to (Amy's bake company) not the same people. They don't even have servers it's not a restaurant it's a small bakery.

Guys, it's NOT "ABC Buffet Restaurant". That was closed years before. I've never been to this place. Matter of fact that, I don't even live in this country. Just giving it 5 stars because people are trying to destroy the reputation of this place because of Gordon Ramsay's Video. Open your eyes guys. I can imagine the trauma that the owner of this place might be going through because of those bad reviews.

Do not believe the people who left a one star. They are basing it off Kitchen Nightmares. This bakery does not have to do anything with the episode. This is family own bakery who puts their heart and soul with every pastry made. I love this place and still buy cakes for birthdays and family events.

I have been coming here since I was 2 with my mom and every birthday she would take me here and let me choose my favorite fruit to be in my cake and other sweets. this place has been here for years and now I will bring my kids here to get their cakes.

I love Amy’s bakery, been buying here for the past 5 years and sometimes even a just because cake. That’s how good these cakes are. So affordable too. The owner might sound rude to some over the phone but she’s the sweetest in person.

My parents would buy me a small round strawberry cream cake from here every weekend when I was a toddler. I've had good memories from Amy's Bakery cakes. I used to take her cakes to my parents' nursing home before they died.

I ordered a pineapple and banana half sheet cake. I received a strawberry and pineapple cake. The cake was not moist and dry. I gave this bakery 3 stars because the lady that worked there was very nice.

When I go to Amy’s they have the best coffee Cakes and Fruit Torts. The service is excellent. The staff is well organized. Excellent customer service, they make my Holiday special....Merry Christmas!!
