One star I feel is to much for the postman who is in my area and signs with the letters "SM" . Even if I am home he never rings the bell just leaves the note and then every single time I have to go to the Delivery Unit which is very far from my house. I'm really unhappy with the service and I find him very unprofessional and lazy.

It is ridiculous to always walk 45 mins just to get my package! The only good thing is the officer is nice thats why I give 3 stars just for him. I don't understand why they are close all the weekend! That's crazy, how people that work during the week are expected to collects there packages? They deliver items during weekdays where the most of the people is working, and they close the delivery unit on weekends where this same people is not working. Not sense at all!

Anpost simply does not care! All other delivery services at least make a phone call or ask the neighbours. They simply leave a note and go away. Usually they are late in delivering parcels, hence they must make an effort. I wonder if they ever bother to read these reviews!

convience to reach the entrance. near the bus stop only 1-2 mins. nice service and got my stuff very quickly. do not forget to bring ur ID that is for verify. a comfortable experience.

They have the sheer audacity to slip notices without ever contacting you. You can see people going in and out with their packages as if they are post people themselves.

I've had a few not the best of experiences where I had arrived 2 hours after they had sent it back to sender! Two years on I never found out who had sent me a parcel.

The postman in Stoneybatter never knocks and i can't go up to the depot on a work day. Very stressful and not helpful at all.
