I visited this place for dinner. Food here is reasonably priced Quality of food is good Parking management was poor. Service: extremely poorly managed. My experience. I visited the place with my wife, 5 year old son and 2 months old baby. We knew that it’s self service; but then seeing the baby one of the attending staff came to us and told that since we are with the baby he will take order at the table. He took the order and came back after 10 min to inform that the billing person refused to take order this way. We had to go back to the billing and place our order. Once the order is placed we were to wait for the token number to be displayed to pick up. The problem is that once the number is displayed, one has to go to each counter to find which dish got ready!!! They would display the number for each dish getting ready. So if you order two sets of Chole-Battura, you wait for the order twice!!!! What a pathetic system!!!

This places serves great chats and North Indian foods. The ambience is also excellent. Sadly, the seating is very limited and the place is generally crowded. Further they don't have service on tables Pay in advance and collect your bill. Then you will be served. Get your plates against a token number display . The cashier's have no understanding of regulating a queue . You can be standing in the queue to order. But people will come from all directions and the cashier will oblige and bill them first. We can remain where we are. This was very annoying. I wish this would improve if I have to revisit. They have an excellent collection of mithai. Beautifully presented. Sugar be damned. One may say please pack a bit of everything.

Consistently best sweets. Staff from North/Bihar is nice and accomodating. They smile too. Local staff not nice is you don't speak local dialect. Owner and son have made this brand as best in Bangalore. Packaging stylish too though dhokla given to me was by definition soggy box. Should be in plastic all wet edibles. Rasmalai or Gulab jamun also not covered with lid but sealed plastic cover, which once removed is useless and spills in fridge. 90/100 marks they get!

After struggling for a month for north Indian food struggle at pther nearby restaurants I one day decided to go at this place...and I relaised why I dint go there earlier...staff especially Mr Raja, Ms Sumitra and Mr Rahul were so kind and generous to assist. POV: this place only looks very expensive but it isnt. also during my visit we daily got complementary sweets from their sweet section under promotion.

June 2023. Excellent place for a quick snack. It's traditional North Indian vegetarian street food, but very tasty. Very clean, airy, excellent service and reasonable prices. Parking for about 6-7 cars available out front. Definitely recommended

Nice place to hv quick bite or get some good quality sweets Had kulcha chaat and sizzling tandoori platter. Kulcha chaat was super.. very tasty and well made. But sizzler was a big disappointment...bland absolutely no taste..even the chutney was bland.. dripping with oil. Will avoid sizzler in future.

So this place is not for middle class ppl basically and when you visit the staff treat you by looking at your standards. The gift hampers and options are very good but very expensive. I purchased worth 4.5k of sweets and gifts with gift hampers packing but initially staff were not at all okay to guide and address my query. No one from Karnataka works there except manager and no one responns if a local guy visit them. Being located in Bangalore should keep atleast one local guy or should ask staff to learn local language. Taste is okay.

The sweet shop is located on the way to airport serving good quality sweets and snacks. Parking is available, card payment accepted. Ambience is good, Rates are on little higher side. Hygiene is maintained. Service needs some improvement.

Chand Kishore I am very impressed to visit this shop. Because there are many verites all exclusive items and the all the staffs are mainly helpfull and all are keeping a spirit to helping customers keeping smiles on face and nautures also good over all its awesome to visit the store and all staffs clean and need and the interior was very very good design display of the items thanks to the managers who has cleanly maintain the store.

I had ordered for sweets 84 number quater kg 38 number half kg and 1 kg 7 nos of my selection sweets , order taken by Nayana, billed by Abhishek , they promised for my choice but during delivery they changed all the sweets , irresponsible behaviour by Abhishek , and he is so quick in forgetting what he talks also , such irresponsible, unethical, service, don't go to such cheap places .

Bought some Diwali sweet boxes from Anand Sweets on the Devanahalli airport road outlet. Every sweet in that package taste of chlorine and unbearably too pungent a taste. Excellent place in North Bangalore (near Airport Toll before McDonalds on the left) for nice North Indian style chaat, chhole bhature, parathas, lassi and local+North Indian+Bengali Sweets etc. They have restaurant style seating area as well with self service. Little on the expensive side but the decor and hygiene make up for it. The packaging of sweets is also excellent for gifting.

Well, a clean, neat, tidy and extremely well kept sweet shop by any standards. The variety of sweets is just amazing here. Prices though are very steep by any standards. Pedas for 880 per kg? Yeah. BUT... The variety, taste, hygiene levels all kind of make up for it. If you are on your way to the airport and have some time to waste, waste it here. Preferably with some hot Samosas!!
