Earlier this week I made a self-discovery of a large tax error (not in my favor). After reaching out to the firm via their website contact form, Matt Ward contacted me directly and communicated with me frequently to help resolve this issue with the IRS (I was not a client at this time). With the firm's assistance, although I am still out the amount due to underpayment, I feel confident that the issue is resolved and I will not need to worry about the IRS knocking at my door. I am currently discussing with Matt to see if there is a good fit for my family to make their firm our financial advisor. Up until this point I have had no paid assistance with taxes or related finances, but I think I need one going forward now! Regardless of your situation, these folks are a good group to call for anything related to finance/taxes!

UPDATE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Your response is a blatant lie. You certainly DID provide this service. Maybe you don't now because of what happened. ***************** This firm provided payroll services for our non-profit. They did not protect their IT systems nor follow standard procedures. Their internal emails were hacked and someone sent them a spoofed email pretending to be our non-profit. Subsequently, this firm initiated 2 separate payroll wires to a made up employee IN A DIFFERENT STATE (for amounts much larger than typical payroll). Our non-profit lost over $30K and Andrea Ward did nothing. In fact, she tried to blame us! An employee said we were not the only group to have a problem like this. I'm sure they have insurance to protect these situations, instead they decided to screw the non-profit.

After using the same CPA for many years, we decided to try someone closer to home. I wish we had stayed with our old firm. I realize that during Covid 19 we were given a longer time to file; however, it still should not have taken 6 weeks to complete our taxes. That is a ridiculously long time even during normal tax rush. I won't even go into how that made us miss getting a stimulus check. Now that they finally completed it and we signed the document and sent it back, my husband called to make sure they received it and the person who answered the phone was rude, almost immediately put him on hold, then disconnected the call. Needless to say, we won't be returning. Still not able to speak to someone

Fantastic place and wonderful people!!! I desperately needed help correcting a mistake that I made concerning an EIN number. I went to Andrea Ward's office on the recommendation of an acquaintance. They heard my situation and also that I was on a time crunch and stepped in to help me without any hesitation. Within a week, the EIN situation was corrected and I could use it to help settle my deceased grandfather's estate. During a stressful and trying time, it is so refreshing and soothing to come across warm and caring people such as those who work in Andrea Ward's office. I will definitely be returning for help with my personal taxes!!!

They were substantially more expensive than I expected! We asked at the beginning what the cost would be to complete our personal and corporate tax returns, but they couldn't give us an amount. Said it would depend on the work they had to do. Ended up charging almost 3 times what we paid for our 2017 return preparations ... Even after they found mistakes on their own bill! And, we had to remind them of tasks they hadn't completed! Everyone was nice enough, but seemed pretty unorganized. Guess we just weren't big enough for their time and effort.

So this was our first experience here and it was amazing. The location is nice, clean, prompt service and very polite. Then we order and the food comes out... They didn't tell us that 1 plates was the size of a turkey platter and completely filled with food. You get so much food for the money you spend and it is amazing. It is fresh, hot, and seasoned. Now this place is 35 minutes from my house but most definitely worth the drive and I would recommend anyone to get out there.

Andrea has done our taxes for several years now, and we've expanded to use other services she offers. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to explain the tax law in terms the average person can understand. The one star review below is complete garbage, no way this guy talked to anyone in the office. I've called them in the heart of tax season, when you know they are working on 3 hours sleep, and they are nothing but kind and patient.

This is my first time doing amendment tax at Andrea Ward and I have great experience. Matt Ward and Naomi have helped me my to amend 2018 non resident tax return and helped prepare for 2019 tax return. They are professional and always willing to strive for giving me the best service. I am impressed with their service and ability to guide me through the tax preparation. I definitely recommend using the Andrea M. Ward service.

This CPA office continues to impress me. All the staff are more than courteous and exceedingly prompt with any request. Furthermore, they keep me reminded of any requirements from my business to stay current with any and all financials. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend! I've tried several CPAs and realize they did not set me up for success filing my personal taxes.
