Our estate was handed to a junior who was learning the ropes still. An estate worth less that 3mil is now two years in with no knowledge of when it will end. As one of the executors I was not treated with respect and given the insight into my decisions. When asked my opinion and to make a decision therein, I was told not to give a “monologue”. I can’t say I felt like my business was valued or that I was a an important client. They the terminate mandates at their leisure without even informing you as a client. I am now having to seek alternate legal assistance to clean up the mess that has been created. Not a happy client.
