Absolutely brilliant service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew very highly to anyone. Called him at 7.30 in the morning and he was polite, professional and courteous on the phone. I was locked inside my flat and in a bit of a panic at the time, as several other companies I had tried before were unavailable. Andrew gave me a very accurate ETA and arrived within 30 minutes. He was well presented and wearing his ID on a lanyard. He very quickly identified the problem and had the part required to make the repair on hand in his van. The whole repair was completed within 20 minutes and he even realigned the door to prevent the same problem reoccurring. My front door now opens more smoothly than the day it was installed! So, from the first point of contact, my problem was completely resolved within the hour - just incredible! Andrew did a fantastic job. Came to fix our front door lock. He got it without having to replace anything. He just made adjustments. While he was here also asked him to take a look at our back door which he fixed. Could have easily told us we needed to replace, but had the know how to find the root cause of the issue and make adjustments to fix the problems. One part that did need replacing which was my choice, he sourced and came back to fit, it was a quick job and no extra call out charge just cost of parts. He was really efficient. Great knowledge, does what is best for the customer. I’ll be saving his number for any future work that needs to be done and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Andrew is a honest and genuine trade expert. I called him at 10.30am and he was with me by midday as my key would not turn. Turns out some WD40 fixed it few minutes before he turned up. He arrived regardless and was understanding of what transpired. He was calm, professional and just genuine. He even inspected the French doors and checked them over. Andrew did an excellent job fixing the lock of the main door to our property. I found him through google search and trusted based on the reviews here and can say it was the right choice ! He responded promptly to my enquiry. He was very professional, explained the problem and the solution clearly. HIGHLY recommend Andrew.. I managed to lock myself out of the house today (thanks to self locking front door) whilst my partner was Locked in the car with the car key in the house and could not get out (yes an unbelievable scenario). Andrew turned when he said he would. Did the job quickly. Explained what needed doing. Didn't suggest ordering anything unnecessary that wasn't needed was happy to re-use parts that I had. First rate service in many ways - we called on a Saturday and Andrew attended the property on the Monday; he carefully briefed us about his requirements; he arrived on time, was very professional and completed the job swiftly and effectively. We will need a locksmith again and we will call Andrew.

I called Andrew as a matter of urgency. He arrived 15 minutes later. After 10 minutes he managed to remove the snapped off key from the key barrel and nothing else needed to be done. He was very polite, worked quickly and hard and was very kind. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
