Let me be completely honest... I don't ever want to go back to these guys! I've been there twice now and each time the quality of work and their service was fantastic! Miguel is an absolute champ and tells things as they are clearly. Dealing with them was pleasant and easy, and all their staff were very respectful, helpful, and accommodating. I'm not a panel beater, and therefore don't have a trained eye, but as far as i could tell, both times I've been in for repairs (each time was a separate incident), the repairs have been like new. I couldn't even tell where they had blended the paint even though I was looking for it. Promised completion times were spot on, and communication was great. They are also very easy to get to. I never intend to go to these guys EVER AGAIN, (I mean who wants to crash?), but if the need does arise,I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go to Andrew's Smash repairs, and would recommend others try them too. If NRMA directs you to go here, don’t even bother. It’s no wonder these industries have such a reputation for skimping out on consumers who clearly don’t know anything about cars, and Andrew’s Smash Repairs contributes to that reputation. Was directed here to inspect my vehicle after the first place said it had structural damage and was clearly a write off (but is unable to make assessment as they only deal with minor accidents). Upon arriving, the man inspected and said that it’ll take ‘at least a month’ to even get it even looked at thus deterring myself or anyone for that matter from waiting as they won’t make any money by doing a quote when they know it’s a write off. Do yourself a favour and find another repairer or ask around for personal recommendations.

Please avoid this place at all cost. I was directed to go here for repairs by NRMA and i wish i had read these reviews before i went. Quality of work was extremely poor, the bumper below the tail light on both sides was not aligned correctly and was sticking out so i had to take my car back to get it properly fixed. They refused to fix it and blamed it on a previous accident which was a complete lie as i was the only owner of the car since purchased new and the car had never been in an accident before. You are also expected to experience the worst customer service and very unprofessional attitude. Please save your TIME, EFFORT and MONEY and find yourself a better place to fix your car.

Delighted with the outstanding service and repair offered by Andrew's Smash Repairs. From the first phone call saying it was ok to bring it in earlier than the agreed time, to a promise they would complete the repair to my ASX in 3 days, to a call saying I could pick it up early, to the quality repair (my 2015 car looks brand new) to a friendly lady at the front desk and a worker who put my air conditioner on (it was a 40 degree day) as I was paying, the service couldn't have been better. All staff dealt with were courteous and friendly, the repair excellent, and for a change these days, all promises were kept! Wouldn't hesitate going back there.

Terry, Nerina and Mo are honest, hardworking and nice people. My wife was involved in a car accident, and I was the one who dealt with them. Whenever they received any information from insurance companies, they informed us immediately. Once they got necessary approval from insurance companies, completed the repair work in just five days. There was quite a bit of damage. Should have taken several weeks with other smash repair places. Can say that based on my past experience with other smash repair outlets. The repair work was top class. Happy to have my car repaired at Andrews anytime. Do not wish to be involved in any accident though.

I do not normally write reviews following service by a service provider, but this company, Andrews Smash Repairs caught my attention. Not only did they repair my vehicle following a nasty crash, but also the timeframe in which they did it. I thought I was running out of time with my vehicle because I had travel oveseas, although they did not give me any guarantee that it would finish within three weeks, they made sure that I received my vehicle much earlier. I've had 2 cars repaired by these guys as they're a fairly local NRMA Recommended Repairer. Both times, I've inspected the car before picking up and both times the car repairs were poor quality. I've had to leave the car with them both times because the repairs were not of reasonable quality or damage completely missed. It's a big nuisance and waste of my time - especially as I have half a day off work to manage all the running around each time (I had to hire a car this time, and last time I had to arrange someone to drop me off three times). Whilst they're not rude, I would recommend NOT to use this repairer.

Amazing. I had my car a little scratch from other car and NRMA recommended this place. Went there at 0830 for car inspect. Terry was amazing. Receptionist told me likely in 2 days but next day she called me saying my car is ready. Had work related issue so couldn't go pick up and they understood and organise next day for pick up. Next day Terry was cleaning my external car. All repair and scratch was gone. I told Terry you are magician. When I went inside they even cleaned my car inside as well (car clean area was next door). I would highly recommend this place

I got rear ended on december 21st and the NRMA told me to take my car to this place, I had to drive the car 4 times, having taken an appointment previously just to be sent home again 3 out of those 4 times, on the forth time the car was kept there for assessment and after a couple of days with no communication i called and was told the care was a write off and was taken to milperra. Today the NRMA has said my car should not have been taken to milperra and it is going to have to be towed back to me?? Never again will i go anywhere near this place!!!!

I took my CX3 to Andrew Smash Repair the other day for repair and i am very happy with the outcome. Their customer service is second to none. Miguel is very helpful and answer all my concerning questions and he even changed the light bulb (at no cost) - when i pulled out he noticed the the tail light is not working properly. The service here is disgraceful. I was recommended to use this smash repairer from an official Renault parts dealer, however when I went there 'Terry' refused to write me a quotation and didn't even bother to consider helping me. I was prepared to pay on the spot to replace my rear bumper. Major attitude problems at this business. I can't understand why this place is recommended by Renault. If you care about your car having genuine OEM parts or care slightly for customer service and respect do not go here!

Stay away very unprofessional when communicating with a potential customer, who was after answers of which way to go about fixing our car and then walked off mid conversation and started laughing. Didn't want to talk unless they know for sure you are going through insurance and you have a claim number. Lastly we had a car fixed by them in the past and was happy with that experience, so to say this took me by surprise is an understatement but will never use them again.

Really professional, very informative receptionist, great suggestion by NRMA..and Terry did an amazing job at having it repaired before EDT. My husband who collected the car, did not notice the minor detail in the door , but I took it back after 2 weeks when I noticed it and they fixed the scratch on the spot. Definitely worth trusting your car with them, as they are a bunch of friendly and professional team

Talk about going above and beyond! After IAGs total stuff up with my repairers, the extremely professional and obviously experienced receptionist called IAG personally to sort the issue. She even had to talk through the process with the operator from IAG and basically tell them how to do their job. Repairs are fantastic and the service is just exceptional! Would whole heartedly recommend.

I had really bad accident but Andrew Smash repair ( Miguel) made the whole experience as seamless as possible, he kept informed every step of the way on the repair. Great, genuine service and kept me informed every step of my repair. Had significant damage to back of car due to rear collision and repair work is excellent with the damage totally repaired and they were keen to get it back to me as soon as they could. Very happy with the workmanship and service.

I put my car in for a normal Insurance Claim during a time that was very busy due to recent hail storms and floods and even though they were flat out, they still treated me like I was the only customer and everything was done in an extremely timely manner! Also very polite and well mannered.

I took my car here had repairs done which were completed a day early which was good. Had some prior issues which were resolved by Terry who seems like a genuine bloke and cares about customers and their brand.
