I cannot express my gratitude towards this team. Thank you, Andy's Lock & Key team, for helping us in a situation we never thought we would be in. We had a house robbery, and all our keys were stolen. Andy's team changed all the locks and gate remotes to make sure we are safe in our own home again that same night.

Locked myself out of my apartment on a SUNDAY at 1pm,called Andy's to assist and literally 15 minutes later one of the employees came through to assist, took him less than 7 seconds to unlock the door, no damage whatsoever! I phoned after 10pm with a key that had broken in the lock, trapping my wife outside on the balcony. They sent a technician immediately and he arrived within 20mins and he resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly. he is a lier, he lied about the type of the lock he lied about the key (he gave the spare key to someone else and said it was just one key) he smells alcohol alll the time when i asked the local people they had the same experience

Call out fee was reasonable at R550. I had to replace a gate lock and within 15min the lock was removed and a new one was fitted. Except for a small hiccup with my booking the service was flawless. Will defnitely call them again.
