Should be zero stars. Worst experience with a contractor ever. They refused to do quoted repairs to soffits. Later claim they don't do repairs even though the crew initially showed up with the materials to do them. Did not use primer as quoted. Crew accused us of being cheap until we showed them the quote showing that we paid for it. They sprayed the soffits in windy conditions without adequately masking the house, so there is overspray on the new stucco and drips all over my deck. Their attempts to fix the overspray and drips resulted in even worse appearance of my home. Now my new stucco looks like it is water damaged. Painters that can't match or see colors?? They scraped the paint drips on the deck down to bare wood despite being told to leave those alone. What little of their trash they picked up, they left in their empty paint cans on my deck. I'm still finding soda cans and bottles they just threw into my yard. It is going to cost me more to repair the damage they caused than the original cost of the job. Gave them 6 months to make this 3 day job right before firing them. Regarding Andy's response to my deleted review, if nailing up a few 1 x 2s is outside your expertise, why was it quoted by your estimator?? Why did the crew originally bring wood to our house to do the repairs? It was after the you found out that it took more paint than you thought because you did not provide the quoted primer and tried to spray in windy conditions. That is why they were later told by a supervisor to not do them. Also in your responses you fail to address the fact that your crew caused damage to the house and deck. Your crew left garbage everywhere. The paint you did get in the right places is already peeling. This is my third review, I had to delete my original as Andy's Painting felt the need to retaliate by posting private information in their response. Terrible unprofessional behavior at every possible level. If you feel the need to respond again, leave the number of your insurance company, I need to file a claim.

Note: this review is prior to completion of the job. I will change modify this review if our concerns are addressed adequately. Pros: crew is polite Cons: The crew did not complete a room before moving to another, leaving us unable to move back in to any spaces. The crew did not prime over oil base paint, did not sand old imperfections, did not do two coats of paint, so the old color is showing through. Holes and cracks were not filled. Cut lines were sloppy, we have paint on our woodwork, wall color on the ceiling, ceiling color on the wall, trim color on the wall. We have paint on our upholstered furniture, leather furniture, woodwork and carpet. We have shoe prints in fresh white paint on new concrete. We have brown paint on white vinyl windows. Bottom line: Slow, sloppy, poor communication. Substandard work for a premium price. Would not hire again, would not recommend. Followup: One week later, most of the problems are addressed, but not terribly well. The house is passable, but not perfect. Furthermore, the repairs led to new drips on the carpet, tile and furniture, including upholstery and leather. I don't think I can get the paint off of the carpet, couch or dining room chairs Bottom line is still the same. Slow, sloppy, poor communication and substandard work. Andy's sent the same guys out to fix the mistakes, leading to more mistakes.

Fantastic experience and high quality work! We bought a house and wanted to have the entire interior painted. We made an appointment for an estimate before the previous owners moved out. Bill arrived to provide an estimate right on time. He was very professional, listened to our questions, and was not a pushy salesman. We had scheduled multiple estimates, but commented after Bill left that we hoped the estimate from Andy's was reasonable because we so appreciated how Bill conducted himself during the estimate. Turns out, of all estimates received, Andy's was the lowest (by as much as 20%). They also agreed to paint accent walls in different colors for no additional charge. We simply provided colors from Sherwin Williams and indicated what colors should be applied to which walls. We scheduled the job for the day after the previous owners vacated. The painting crew arrived promptly at 7:00AM. They patched all holes and fixed damaged drywall. They completed the entire job in two days (estimated completion was 3-4 days). The crew was professional and left the house very clean. When they had any questions, they stopped and asked (or called if we weren't present). They worked around us when we brought other contractors to the house .We couldn't be happier with the job. We would recommend Andy's without reservation.

I moved to Albuquerque from Georgia in October of 2020 and purchased a condo in NE Albuquerque. I originally called Mike's Quality Painting to paint all the rooms in the interior of my condo. I do have to say, while the painters did a very good job painting, I can not say the same for the office staff at Mike's Painting. I needed to have the interior repainted as the original colors came out too light. I decided to have the interior repainted and knew that there was no way I was going to call Mike's Painting and deal with their office staff again. I heard Andy's had quite a few 5 star reviews so I called Andy to give me a quote for the job. The painters from Andy's Painting, Sergio and Carlos, are fantastic. They are very detail oriented, very professional, punctual, and dedicated to doing a great job. I highly recommend any one that is seeking a very reliable company and very reasonable prices should definitely call Andy's Painting. You will not be disappointed with either Andy (the owner), or his daughter, Andie, who manages the office or the painters themselves.

The marketing at top is good, rest not so. I was sold the 5-year plan but they didn't even paint the house properly the first time, not sure they will ever come out and redo anything if it doesn't look good in 5 years. They didn't have enough paint when they came out initially and then when I complained they overbought and left me with 1.5 full size buckets of paint. The paint's sitting in buckets while the paint looks thin in so many spots on the walls. They had to come out repeatedly because we kept showing them all the problems and then finally they said we have been out here so many times. If they painted it as it should have been maybe we wouldn't need them to come out so many times. The contrast is that the house two doors down is being painted right now and you can tell the difference between the work this company did on my home and the one that is currently being painted. Not professional with work and couple of their crews that came out where equally unprofessional in how they handled our property and how they communicated. Would not recommend.

I have used Andy's Painting in Dec, 2022 to paint my whole house, including the walls, ceilings, closets, and the base boards. Andy is a nice and professional lady who always is on time for all appointments and responds timely over phone or text. The painting team includes Joe, Jeremiah and Rhett. Joe and Jeremiah involved the whole project from beginning to the end. They are super delicate protecting all the fixtures on the walls and the ceilings and cover them carefully from every corner. The painting itself turns out so nicely. I have chosen the color of Summer White, which contains light creamy hue on white. I really love the outcome of the painting, which makes my house as a new cozy, warm, and happy new home! Totally love it. Under the high inflation economic environment, Andy's Painting offered a very fair price with a high quality job done. And they accept the payment after the project is finished and after my walk through and satisfaction. I highly recommend Andy's Painting and will refer to my friends who needs to do the paintings.

Nevin gave us an estimate which was hands-down the best in Albuquerque. Our great room has no ceiling to paint and very little wall space. I felt this was reflected in the estimate. Being new to Albuquerque, I was thankful Andy’s had been recommended since the estimate was considerably lower than other companies that I might not have considered them. Fermin and Eric arrived promptly at 7:00 each morning. They were polite and courteous. My concerns were heard; the men were professional. There were deep hole repairs from handicap bars being removed. The repairs are flawless. On the last day, they asked me to go through the house to find anything they missed. Most of the spots they knew about already. My home looks brand new with gorgeous accent colors and more! I’m looking forward to moving in to this warm, beautiful space that Andy’s Painting helped create. Thanks to everyone who assisted.

I usually do not write reviews but had to tell about my experience with Andy's paint. From the time I sent in the contact form to paint the entire interior of my 1750 square foot house to the finish of the job there has been nothing but professionalism from all parties involved. Tyler was on time and gave an accurate estimate. Sierra at the Albuquerque office was very professional, helping to schedule the color consultation and then scheduling the actual painting job. Joe and Jeremiah started work last Monday and from the start I could tell they both cared about the quality of the work they were doing. They made sure that everything was done to perfection. I have absolutely no complaints about all the work they did. Their pride in workmanship has earned them a repeat customer for all my painting projects.

Our estimator Nevin, and our crew Fermin, Eric, and Tony were all great to work with. All were on-time, professional, polite, courteous, and thorough. The crew worked hard and cleaned up and picked up at the end of each of three days, which made it very comfortable to be living on the first floor while it was being painted. We're already planning for them to come back and do the second floor. Very pleased with their service and skill. Carefully protected furniture and floors, and no drips. Their cut-lines are sharp and their textured drywall patches are invisible. P.S. Three months later Andy's Painting came back (on schedule) to do Phase 2 of our project, and we're just as happy the second time around. Andy's is a great company to work with! Our house looks like new!!

I used Andy's painting to paint two porch ceilings, repair of a courtyard wall in two places, and painting of the entire wall. Andy's painting did an outstanding job on the two ceilings, I was not satisfied with the initial repair that took place on the courtyard wall. Andy's sent out a person to fix the initial repair on the wall. The repair work and touch up painting of the wall is outstanding, and I am now 100% satisfied with the work which took place on my wall. I felt like a valued customer from start to finish through my interactions with Christian, Mark, Sierra, and Tyler. I will definitely use Andy's painting company for any future painting or repair needs, and pass the company's name to anyone I hear of needing painting or court yard wall repair services.

We were thoroughly delighted with Andy's Painting and the work they did for us! Bill and his crew were professional, courteous and did exceptional work. We had paint on hand that we wanted to use up (it was not that old) and they were happy to use it and only bought what was needed to complete the work. Communication was excellent and clean up was meticulous. I know that Andy's Painting has different crews and that Bill was glad to have feedback on the guys who did the work at our place. I am certain there is a fair amount of turnover in this line of work. If anyone has a bad experience, I would urge them to let Andy know before the job is complete. I have used Andy's painting for many projects however this last project where they completely painted the exterior of my house was the biggest. They did such an amazing job painting and the detail they put in was really nice. They worked very carefully to get all the area prepped and then painted. My patio beams were nicely painted as well as the elastomeric painting they did to my house. All their guys were very nice and detailed and were very attentive to provide me details when I had questions. The price was very fair for the amount of work they did. I highly recommend Andy's Painting for any painting job you need done- Indoors or outdoors. Thank you Andy!

What a great company. Bid was very competitive, arrival of the materials and painters was exactly as stated, and what a superb job they did far exceeding my expectations. Never saw such a fine crew that was that professional, observent, interactive, nit-picking perfect, aware of their surroundings, carefull, and hard working. It was worth double the price I paid fot the quality of work I received! Need a painter? Dont hesitate to use this firm you will not be sorry.... BTW had my complete interior painted including the ceiling, some minor dry wall repairs, old picture hanging holes covered, and all 15' ceilings. I would give them 8 stars if I could!!

This is the third time that I have used Andy's painting and I have been extremely satisfied each time. The team always arrives on time and is very professional in how they work. Mike, I believe, shows leadership and always goes the extra step to do an exceptionally good job. He even touched up my front door, which needed it. One worker on the second day seemed less experienced and did not do as good a job as the other workers. Andy's team has painted my entire townhome on three different days. I always found them professional, dependable, and eager to please the customer. There is no doubt that I will call them again when I need painting done.

The management of this company is a joke. You may get a call back if you want their services (which are unreliable and overpriced), but definitely don't expect a call back if you work there. The employees are sloppy, way too fast and customers, don't look too close, because if you do, you'll probably find missed spots, drips and left over masking. Employees dump their paint, leave cigarette butts and trash on customers property and if they ask you if you want extra services, watch out. They will take jobs from their own employer. I would definitely recommend hiring a company that doesn't screw their customers, let alone their own employees

Highly recommend Andy and his crew if you need any painting done. Our HOA approved the new front door we had been wanting but it had to be painted the color of the original front door we had, which Lowe's didn't offer. We are new to Albuquerque so we did a google search to find a painter with good reviews in our area and decided to give Andy a try. He and his team did an amazing job matching the exact color of the original front door and a flawless job painting our new front door! Plus they were very punctual and did all of the painting for a fair price. Will definitely use he and his team again for future painting jobs. Thanks Andy!

Not a good combany. Company Peoble fighting each other saying too much work and less people company send. They didn't paint one part of my unit and send many crew people over many days. Crew take out compny problem to customer. Paint already peel on wood part areas in 2 months. 5 year worranty is no good they did not fix it in first time around (Most Marketing, no solve now real problem such as wood problems now). Paint look thin and no good, all store people next door tell me that too. 2 buckets of paint they no use and just left it with me. Buy with a combany that own owner do the work not outsourcing.

We contracted with Andy to paint our house, including a large foyer / stairwell with vaulted ceilings while we were still abroad on assignment. Andy did a great job coordinating the work via email with me and we were even able to color match some of my existing paint even though it was a from a different supplier than Andy uses. When we got back home we were thrilled with the quality of the work that had been done. The house had been left clean and the painting was all done as requested. I will definitely use Andy again should i require more painting work.

Hired Andy's to paint exterior of house. Took over two months to get done. Then not done per estimate. Their crew had to use our ladders, put their garbage in our trash can, did not caulk around windows, and did not put as many of layers of paint that we agreed upon. Did not get returned calls, did not get a final walk around, they just want their balance due. Oh yea, it took 2 months to get what was done done. We definitely overpaid for what we received, will never want them to do any work at our home or refer them to anyone. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

We had our exterior trim painted as well as two side doors. Sergio and the rest of the crew did an absolutely fantastic job! My husband, David, was thoroughly impressed! And that's important because he is really picky! Some of his comments were that Andy's team may be the best he has ever worked with! I had a great experience with Andy’s Painting. I needed all of the trim and flashing painted after getting new stucco. I felt like the quote was very reasonable (I got multiple quotes from other companies). Then I was out of town while the work was completed and Pedro provided great communication throughout the job. He let me know when they were on-site each day and when they left. He sent me photos of the job after completion. Payment was easy and the office was responsive to my calls. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professional - on time for every step of the process - estimate, power wash of the house, and exterior stucco repair and painting. Excellent job, the previous 1st owner of the house had never done crack repair or painting in 22 years - Andy made it a new house again! Andy's was always my go to for many many years. Unfortunately, they appear to have become very unreliable. I had them come to my home to do an assessment for a quote. I never heard back from them so I called. I got transferred to several people before being told, with an attitude of very little concern, they would tell the person who came out to contact me. I've never heard from them. Makes me sad because Andy was such a professional and I loved their team. It's sad to see this local business change in a negative way.

Andy's crew is fantastic! All arrived at or before 7a and worked continuously while they were here. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra step to ensure that high quality work was achieved. For example, after painting a built-in cabinet & installing new hinges, it was discovered that the doors no longer closed. After discussing multiple options with me, the crew leader sanded the bottom of the doors & re-painted them so the cabinet not only looked beautiful but worked perfectly.

Andy's Painting did a GREAT job painting our front hallway (two stories high) stairs and upstairs hallway. They arrived on time, quick, thorough, and neat. Three painters did the work and were very polite, considerate and experienced . When the work was complete they did a great job in cleaning up. Awesome experience!!! They actually did what they said they would do! Wow what a concept workers actually showing up. Andy was punctual and professional and the estimate was affordable. The painters he sent were very customer service oriented and wanted to make sure I was liking the paint etc...They were extremely neat and meticulous I think they went above and beyond. My boyfriend and I had almost the entire interior of our home painted, and we were very impressed with Andys crew and their painting skills. The crew of 5 (yes, 5!) was on time, and had everything taped ready to go in what felt like was a matter of minutes. They were very friendly, courteous, and left no mess. We were shocked that they finished everything before noon! I highly recommend them! I only wish I had them paint our master bedroom, which was unfortunately painted poorly by Mikes Quality Painting.

I loved working with this company right out of the gate. Andie showed up for the estimate on time and fully prepared. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the process and Andie was patient with my changes as I figured out which rooms I wanted done, etc. The crew, Sergio and Carlos, was professional and courteous and did a great job. I am beyond five stars, my home looks amazing. Joe and his crew were great, Mike who was filling in cracks did it very detailed not just a glob of filler. The pricing was great and you get your moneys worth in workmanship. My crew as I call them addressed all my questions and after it was finished walked me around for final approval. They even hung my large ristra for me. It was a hot two days so I made sure they had plenty of cold water. So happy. My home looks brand new.

I have used Andy's Painting to paint the inside and outside of my home as well as painting furniture items. His crew is on-time, courteous and very professional. In between dry time for the second coat, they checked on a problem I was having with my tv remote and repaired the bracket of a window blind that was just barely hanging. Chris and Christian did a great job painting all the common interior areas of my home that we were getting ready to sell. They even came back and did touch ups very quickly. Tyler was great at giving estimates and listening to everything I wanted. Sierra works the office side and is great at reaching out and keeping up with updates and changes in schedules. They did such a great job we've hires them to paint our new house!

Andy's Painting did such a great job with the painting in my house. Bill and his crew were so professional and friendly I felt comfortable having them in my house. The painting and touch up were excellent, they cleaned everything up when they were through, and I am really enjoying the new look. They were also very careful with my pets, who are indoors only. We went with Andy’s due to the hard work and excellent customer service from Tyler. He went out of his way to gain our business. The painting came out great. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is that the painting crew did not block off the kitchen when using the paint sprayer. We had paint dust all over the kitchen. I got an apology from the project manager, but i had to clean it all up. Overall though, a good job.

Andy sent out the nicest crew of guys to do our outside trim job. Everything was done as promised. Sergio, Alejandro, and Nate are really nice guys to have around. They do excellent work, don’t make a mess, and just get on with it. I am really glad I went with Andy’s after getting estimates from three compnies. His work is fair priced and really nice. They use top of the line paints and everything looks wonderful.
