Andys have a great sales team, no question more professional then most used car dealers. But thats where the good stuff ends, I purchased the car, they arranged the MOT and Road Tax and they arranged the insurance for 12 months as agreed. Neither of these were actually done, i was driving for 9 months with no insurance, even though i paid 800 euros for insurance for 12 months. The road tax and MOT concluded end of the year. The car was meant to have a full service before i picked it up, 2 months after driving it got the 'Service Light', i took it back at first was accused of driving too many km, until i proved that 3,000 km is not sufficient enough to warrant a service. They then said 'oh we forgot to reset the cpu' so they just reset it. In the last month i have had to to spend 1000 euros on servicing it, because the last service this car had was a few years ago. There was a major oil leak, the seals and valves had never been replaced. The mechanic who did all this for me, was a good family friend who worked at BMW for years. He didn't even charge me labour, so just add the labour costs. Tried calling Andys several time, no one is actually helpful after they take your money.

Don't ever buy a car here. This dealer is a cheater cheating their customers. The speedometer is manipulated, the mistakes covered up. The car is sold with a guarantee, but when the guarantee comes, suddenly nothing is guaranteed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. PS. Andy Motors writes that he suggested the solutions to me. I accepted a solution but the merchant stopped responding to the messages. It doesn't do anything great either. Because these dealers manipulated the mileage of vehicles and sold a scam. In many European countries it is a criminal offense and punishable by imprisonment. Andy Motors does not have a good reputation. As soon as an appraiser hears that you bought a car there, you will hear a saying: Sincere condolences. Andy Motors is already well known in the scene for speedometer manipulation and problematic vehicles. I wrote more about this in my blog.

Auch die Abgabe des Mietwagens lief problemlos ab. Am selben Tag haben wir unser neues Auto in Empfang genommen. Um die Anmeldung hat sich Andy Motors kostenlos gekümmert. Alles in allem ein Rundum- Sorglos-Paket zu einem unschlagbaren Preis! Danke Minas!

I can fully recommend the services provided by Andys Motors! Actually, I have no words to recommend and describe how amazing Guys are there! I am in Cyprus for a few months, I have used Andys Motors 3 times now, yes they have been good the cars are not the best but it gets you from a to b. However, I was promised that after giving my card details over WhatsApp to pay for the car that they would delete all evidence of my details. This did NOT happen!! I am extremely disappointed and angry that I have been lied to by these people. They saved my bank details and used it when I hired my third car from them. This is not professional at all! Be very very careful who you give your bank details to. I will not recommend them to anyone here as they collect customers bank details.

I can strongly recommend this car saloon, I was looking for a saloon with good reputation and clear policy because I don’t like bazaar model of shopping with trading, tricks etc. This place has clear policy for all of points: you come, ask, get clear explanation on everything and all cars have price list behind the window (majority of saloons avoid lists like this idk why). We were buying here our first car on Cyprus and manager Marios helped us a lot with full information about few models and positive model of assistance, ask for him :)

Andy’s motors were approved by my workplace as a trusted car sales outlet in Cyprus. The staff were available throughout my 2 year stay on the island and always replied quickly if I had any questions or problems with the car. Hi we hired a 7seater for 7 days for my family and in laws and it was perfect - clean, automatic with air on. Halfway through we needed to extend the hire and change the drop off to Paphos - Andy’s team were great and were able to re arrange everything including drop off, all over the phone which made a huge difference to our time in Cyprus. Great communication from the team, vehicle delivered and left for easy collection and return. Really appreciated their access to the RAF base which shows how trusted the company is. Don’t expect a shiny new car, but for a bargain price we got upgraded to a spacious and functional car which coped well with the roads of Cyprus.

Minos is a young lad who works there. He was very helpful and managed to get us a vehicle at very short notice. He kept his words and partially refunded me as we didn't use the car and returned it a few days earlier than expected.
