Being new in Ahmedabad, I am grateful to Mr. Kumar and Mr. Haroon Gupta. In very short span of time, they helped me checkout all possible option at my preferred location and in my budget. Mr. Haroon politely answered all my doubts, with his help the process was expedited as well as hassle-free. He has been a guide like a family member , very professional and punctual towards his role and responsibilities . One of the worst broking services you can get in Ahmedabad. I have taken a place from Kumar and provided 2 month deposit in advance, to be precise 27K. This was in June’22 and I was promised the place in Jul’22, after a month of procrastination by Kumar, I told him to give my Money back if you can’t provide me the place. But he did not send me my money, one day after a lot of hassle he just gave me 5000 bucks, rest of the money I feel is lost. I have done 1000 calls to him now, No response is the best policy for this firm. There are better firms in ahmedabad. angeliance is not trustable.

He is a fraud. Please don't believe in positive reviews posted by others. It's mostly friends and family. He didn't pay the owner his part of the brokerage and asked me to pay, citing lack of money as the reason. I believed him and paid the owner. After that, he has been absconding. No answers to phone calls or messages. He literally ran away with money and blocked me after sometime. I'd not recommend anyone to deal or transact with him. He's a fraud. He borrows money from multiple people and does not pay them back. It's been a year and I have no hopes of getting my money back.

When I first came to ahemdabad I got to know about the situation of batchelor's accommodation in the city, none of the society's were ready to give flats in there society and the brokers also scammed few of my friends on the pretext of giving the flat in a nice society. But kumar bhai not only made us feel secure but also got me a good bungalow in a nice society and in affordable rate. I personally thank him for his help in mot only getting me a good place to live but also help me settle in the new place. I really recommend Angeliance real estate property agent Kumar Vaswani

Angeliance real estate is a fraud. Kumar vaswani is very unethical and unprofessional. He doesn't maintain transparency between the stakeholders involved. Borrows money from multiple people and doesn't give it back. I was almost thrown out by the owner from the property because of him.. He did not send the deposit money to the owner. I had to pay additional amount from my pocket to the owner just to save face and ..I am chasing him for over a year, he has not given my money back.. Not even picking up call for the past few months... Please abstain from this fraudster.

Had a great experience in property search with angeliance real estate. Mr. Kumar was very professional and had many great options in properties. I was looking for property for 2 months but couldn’t find any worth . But when i contacted Mr. Kumar , he showed me the best properties at reasonable rent and i finalized one of them.
