We reached out to Animal Doctors for their Pet Travel package mid-May. The agent we were assigned did not get back to us with possible flight bookings in two weeks despite us telling her that we had to leave Vietnam by the end of June. We had to take the cats to South Africa via cargo. We emailed and rang her constantly reminding her of our situation and asking for more information but she was always vague and never answered questions directly. By the time we got to Ho Chi Minh City for an appointment to meet her she didn't meet us in person, but we were taken to the vet for a health check and microchip implant. The vet didn't give the cats a rabies vaccination required for South Africa after the implant, which we learned after the fact, and our agent hadn't made sure of the regulations for us. This set us back a couple of weeks and because we had moved to Ho Chi Minh from Nha Trang we were staying in a hotel. I had to stay extra weeks in a hotel during the pandemic because of this. When we finally got a possible flight itinerary (2 days after I complained to her boss) we had lost all hope and decided to use a different agency we had been searching for after the microchip incident. The agency (Global Paws) in South Africa connected us with their exporting agent, Elisa, at Evo Movers Vietnam. Elisa from Evo Movers went above and beyond to help us, and although I remained in Vietnam, she provided me with transport to the clinic and to the airport during Directive 16 in Ho Chi Minh City when no transport was available. We had a very bad experience with Animal Doctors International that cost us a lot of money, time, and stress. Avoid at all costs when relocating and reach out to either Evo Movers via an agency in your home country, or call Danang Pet Clinic, who recommended Mr Chung to a friend and helped her. Mr. Chung was able to give a precise breakdown of the fees and was able to find flights within two days. I'm glad I've finally managed to get my pets safely to South Africa despite all the setbacks that stemmed from Animal Doctors International. EDIT: Animal Doctors have responded to my review, claiming that they have a very very different view of the events. This is an honest review intended to help people in a difficult situation such as I had. I still have all the e-mail correspondence between myself and the agent assigned to me, to prove that these were in fact the events that transpired. Animal Doctors: Please see this review as something to help Animal Doctors and not discredit me, a potential client, for my honest review of what happened. It honestly cost me a lot of stress and heartache, and this response that you see the events differently proves how disinterested and unconcerned Animal Doctors were during the two weeks leading up to me finally "meeting" my agent (after begging the front desk staff to speak with her). If the manager feels that the events are not as they say, I will gladly share the correspondence with her or him.

Totally the worst place we’ve ever had our dog to visit! If you want to bring your pets here, read till the end! We brought our dog MiMi here to do some checkups because she’s been drinking a lot of water lately. The vet said we need to do some tests (blood test, urine test), as well as bladder and some other ultrasound. We acknowledged it costs around 8M VND (~$400) upon agreement. Then the ultrasound result came back right away. But for the blood test, the vet told us we’d receive the result by email the day after and she’d GIVE US A CALL to discuss our dog’s situation. That all makes sense except for the fact that I encountered injection needle right in their front yard where the security stands. I told the receptionist as I left but it was not the main reaso I’m writing this review (just fyi if you happen to visit this place). The day after the checkup, we waited until 3pm and there was nothing. We decided to take a step, give them a call, asking why we haven’t received any call or result. They said they have been dealing with lots of customers and maybe their vet FORGOT to send it out to us. About an hour later, the lady/nurse/assistant called us back to talk briefly about the result, NOT THE VET who called us. She said Mimi had serious liver problem and we’d have to bring our dog back to their place again, for MORE ULTRASOUND. TRYING TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF US and when things gone wrong, they became super ridiculous: I said we already went on vacation and could not be able to bring MiMi back to them anytime soon. Instead, I asked if they could give us Mimi’s blood result by email so we can bring it to the nearest local vet here because we’re out of town. We wanted our dog to get treated asap before we came back to Saigon. And you know what they responded? They said if I want the result by email, WAIT UP TO 3-5 DAYS. They have lots of customers to deal with so it is what I have to expect to receive the email. This is completely insane… They told us to try to bring Mimi to them as soon as possible. WHAT IS THE POINT? My Mom gave them another call, asking why it had to take 3-5 days to send the results that they have already had on their system? It is not how ‘INTERNATIONAL CLINIC’ works. Who’d take fully responsibility if my dog got sick but cannot be able to get help timely? The lady said she’d ASK the vet if it’s ok to send results now. And then she called back, saying that the vet would PRIORITIZE US by sending it within the next 24hours. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY A JOKE! I know foreigners have better budget but this place is not worth it. SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY! There are other goooood vets in town. EDIT: They called my Mom and spoke in English, my Mom doesn’t speak English so she didn’t reay get what they were saying. Perhaps they called to talk about Mimi things and this 1* review. There’ll be ‘responses’ to this review as they did to the rest 1* above. And everything I wrote here was accurate, my bad experience at this place

The reason why I'm giving this clinic 5 stars is because of doctor Nevena. She is by far the best vet I've encountered while in Vietnam. Friendly, puts the owners at ease, loves animals, my dog Kiki responded really well to her (even though she's usually scared of strangers) and most importantly, she is extremely competent and knows what she's doing - she pretty much saved Kiki's life back in June and successfully treated her last week. BUT STAY AWAY FROM DOCTOR CYNTHIA!!! A couple of days ago I brought Kiki to the clinic because she didn't have an appetite, had diarrhea and was vomiting. Doctor Cynthia kinda examined her and immediately suggested I leave her there for more than 24 hours (she didn't stay that long not even after the surgery), so that she could put her on IV in order for her to get properly hydrated. She wanted to do all kinds of tests which would all cost 21 000 000. She basically wanted to order tests my dog definitely didn't need, like myasthenia gravis (?!) and parvo (even though Kiki had her vaccine), X-ray (even though she said her lungs were OK), ultrasound (even though she checked her tummy and said she couldn't feel anything). Not to mention she stressed how important it was for Kiki to get IV, and in the end, she wasn't even able to start an IV. When I left the clinic, she called me to tell me Kiki was fighting her and suggested she put her under general anesthesia (!!!!!!!!), so that she could give her IV fluids. Not a sedative, but general anesthesia! What kind of a vet are you if you can't even do that right? I went back there and took my dog home and the following day we had an appointment to see doctor Nevena. All in all, a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR CYNTHIA who not only seems like she doesn't even like animals, but also seems completely incompetent and interested in money and money only. My dog had hookworms, that's all. And Cynthia painted a grim picture, mentioned all these diseases (Kiki didn't have symptoms for any of those) and basically tried to scare me into paying 21 000 000! Horrible person, horrible vet! She knew Kiki didn't have any of those, but just made me paranoid. And in the end was so incompetent she couldn't even give her the IV she so desperately needed. I really hope the clinic won't hire anyone else like her because that will definitely damage their reputation. We had a great experience back in June and came back hoping we would get the same service, but instead, we got doctor Cynthia. TO ALL PET OWNERS - AVOID DOCTOR CYNTHIA!!!

The worst animal doctor i‘ve seen so far! Me and my girlfried went to Vietnam last year. My girlfriend an I found a little puppy beside the street in a small cage and you were able to buy him from an old vietnamese woman. After some local stranger told as that this puppy is going to get eaten we decided to buy him. Even it was a stupid idea because we didn‘t have any plan what to do with him we wanted to save his life! I seached in the internet if there is any kind of organisation which is able to send the dog to germany. So we found this one called „animal doctors international“. After we arrived at their office they seemed to be very friendly and they told as that they could arrange it to bring him to germany. The only Problem is that the puppy was sick and he needed a lof of vaccinations and some kind of rabies check. So they told us that they have to keep the dog in Vietnam for around 3 months and after that they could send him to us to Germany. We only had 3 Weeks in Vietnam so we had to find someone who takes care of the puppy as long as he stays in Vietnam. „Luckily“ we found a guy called Tang who actually works as a receptionist there (animal doctors international) and we were very happy about it because we really thought that everything will work out and that the small puppy will come to us to Germany. After we left Vietnam they suddently wanted to charge us much more for the transport than before (before they sad not more than 1000€ and after we left they said around 10000$). And Tang (the guy who took care about our puppy sent us pictures for a few weeks but after that he ignored our messages and didn‘t answer. Moreover he blocked me and my girlfried on facebook and wharsapp after we wrote him again. The doctors we spoke to did‘t reply as well or if they did they just wanted to get money. We wanted to save a small puppys life and animal doctors international they don‘t care about animals at all! They just wanted our money! And their receptionist Tang should be fired! I just wanted to know if our puppy is in good hands and he blocked me just because i was asking him if the puppy is doing well!! What kind of animal doctor is that place They say that they do professional animal shipping but what they did was just... i don‘t even have words for that! They still owe me more than 200€. If i could rate them with less than 1 star i would do that directly.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. We found a puppy on the streets who seemed healthy. He was only 2 months old and we has intentions of bringing him back to Canada. After bringing him to multiple different vets, we ultimately decided to have him treated by Dr.Anna at this Clinic. Within a span of two visits, she has prescribed and sold to us 7 different types of medication for him (which totaled to about $600 CAD). She has also administered the puppy vaccine + deworming on the first visit. And on the second visit, she administered another vaccine for his diarrhea. The puppy was brought into the back room where we couldnt see him when administered the vaccines which is VERY sketchy business. For any future puppy owners, please always be present and double check ANY medication being given to your puppy by your vet. Unfortunately, This is a lesson that I have learnt the hard way. We were told that he was healthy and that any odd behavior was normal. Later the same day, he passed away from what seems to have been complications from all of the medications. He was a completely normal puppy before all of the medication and vaccines. I feel as if we were pushed into purchasing uneccesary medication at a rate 10x higher as this was an 'international clinic'. They told us to feed him what we were giving him at home and to not change his diet, however, managed to sell a pack of their dog food. I knew this place over charged and I didnt mind as Long as it meant my puppy would be healthy and I would be able to take him back into Canada. I've even arranged to stay here 4 months longer. I've changed my flight and everything according to the travel specialists advice from this Clinic. This place is definitely out here for your money and nothing else. They will sell you a ton of medication that YOU DO NOT NEED and will VACCINATE your dog when its not able to handle it JUST SO THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY. If you truly love your pet, please do your research and find a reputable veternarian. Do not fall for this sketchy clinic and put your trust and your pets life in the hands of an amateur vet like I did.

Didn’t expect less. Vietnam will always be a country of pure greed and money. After consultation through email which turned out negative — we simply didn’t need them to pre register our dog costing us over $500 usd to import into Vietnam (which is completely free). We contacted them with a simple question as to where in the airport to pick up our dog after arriving, their reply... “sad to say I can not help you because you have denied my service and no longer my customer, so I cannot tell you”! Seriously? This place wants money to tell me a simple thing. It took more time for them to type out the response than to answer the question. Definitely don’t recommend this vet (from a foreigner)! No wonder Vietnam is at the level that they are compared to first world countries. Sad Update: Going back to the point as this being Vietnam I wouldn’t expect much in terms of service without money. But you advertising yourself as an international business really says something. Imagine Austrailia, Canada, USA, UK or any first world country, you think coming in for a simple question, weighing of your animal or even a quick check would cost money? Heck no. Anything that can be done out of love and compassion will be done for FREE Your reply, instead of understanding and accepting the fault — for having your staff send such a nasty email response to us, you have decided to deflect the problem on to the customer is horrid. And you asking why we should have responded back Strip the “international” part of your company name because there is nothing different than those money hungry Vietnamese shops around here. I’m not the only customer feeling the same way according to some of the reviews below! Good luck

Nous sommes venus avec mon chat Jupiter un jeudi soir, car mon chat ne mangeait plus et était mal depuis 3 jours. Nous avons vu la Dr. Malki, qui l'a examiné et nous a dit qi'il fallait l'opérer en toute urgence. Avec notre accord, elle l'a opéré de 20h a 01h, en dehors de ses heures de travail (c'est admirable !). Précisons qu'à 1h du matin elle nous a appelé pour nous dire que l'opération s'était bien passée. Merci à vous !!! ELLE LUI A SAUVE LA VIE Il avait une occlusion intestinale. Merci à vous Dr. Malki ainsi qu'à Dr. Ngan, qui a fait aussi un travail admirable ! Si mon chat est encore en vie, c'est grâce à vous ! Ensuite, la Dr. Cassandra a pu le suivre de façon très pertinente, et elle l'a beaucoup aidé aussi. Tout cela demande beaucoup d'argent. Mais le service est à la hauteur de la dépense engagée. Mon épouse et moi remercions ces 3 docteures, ainsi que tout le personnel de cette clinique, absolument adorable ! Pour conclure, nous sommes très reconnaissants à toute l'équipe de cette clinique d'avoir pris si bon soin de notre chat. MERCI ! Cette clinique est moderne et très propre. Bravo ! Animal Doctor International is modern, beautiful, comfortable and clean clinic. We spayed our cat Dana here, the operation was successful, Dr. Miguel is a very experienced surgeon. The only thing is that the doctor could not put a collar on the cat and we could not do it ourselves at home, because our cat isn't simple:-) , so it was not easy for the first three days to protect her seam from licking. On the third day we visited the clinic for a scheduled checkup and Dr. Martyna (this is our savior-angel) gave us a special medicine, we were able to put our Dana in special clothes, the seam was almost invisible and everything healed well. Finally no incision is visible at all, Dr. Martyna consulted us several times by email, since we live in another city. This is a manifestation of care and sincere kindness towards animals. The clinic is very decent and popular, we have seen many clients who obviously visited this clinic not for the first time. Living 12 years in Vietnam. This is by far most the best Veterinarian service here. Because there is love. There is care and there is professionalism and responsible people and doctors here. We sent 2 of our kids here for dental and medical check and were never ever worried one second and the kids health got so much better after their visit. We strongly recommend. If you love your kids. This is the place to go. Kudos to Doctor Martina and Doctor Tara. Update at September 2021 during the pandemic in HCMC: kudos to Doctor Nicolas to Ms Trang and all the team for the amazing support by calling us. By sending us medicine and by caring for our kids. We still strongly recommend. Update at September 2022: new place and better place. Best place ever for our kids. The spa is amazing and the Doctors are the best. A BIG THANK YOU to Doctor Martyna and Doctor Cassandra for treating Ruby. We strongly recommend The staffs are all nice and love and care for our kids like babies. I have been taking my pets (and many many rescues) to ADI for over the past 5 years. I have always appreciated the professionalism of the veterinarians and staff. They also are the only place I will board my cats when I travel away from HCMC. The staff is friendly and kind to the cats (they know their names and ask about them when I come in to buy food), they keep the cats in good spirits, and they let me know how the cats are doing each day while I’m away. In short, I trust the team at ADI, and I’m sure you can trust them for your pets, too. Added 30 May 2023. After many years in HCMC, I moved to Cambodia, and Team ADI helped manage tue move for my fur kids. It was easy on my part because the team handling relocations is incredible. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to get things done correctly. I was already happy with ADI’s services in terms of taking care of the cats for extended stays and health check-ups. Now I’m able to say from first hand experience, ADI are experts in pet relocations, too!

I called them for an urgent surgery of giving a birth at midnight for my dog on 22nd, they asked 3-5 millions and required to bring my dog to 01 Tran Ngic Dien. They gave an inject of oxytoxin to push the birth quicker and a dig dropped out then ask me bring my dig back home for nornal giving a birth without do anything to my new puppy. My dog couldnt give a normal birth any more and her puppu was sticked inside for a hour when i tried to called them for urgent surgery again. They asked me pay 3-5 mill for enter and 15 mill for surgery. I asked why i pay more for this? They answer that they will call me later after talk yo their doctor. However, they did not do anything and i called them again to ask them surgery for my dog bcoz she was weak and could be died. They straightly said that 20 mill for surgery and that is their rule, if i agreed, just bring my dog them and pay money. This is not humanity action. I am sure that i will send my request to the consumer right organisation for this issue. Ta.

The definition of unprofessionalism and uselessness. My friend organized a trip from Greece to Vietnam in December for the end of January. Everything was scheduled and confirmed when they stopped answering. They kept ignoring her requests for details, only sending automated replies that they will get back to her with an answer tomorrow. After over two weeks and only days before she was supposed to hand over her dog for the trip, they informed her that they are closed in January and will not be able to for fill the scheduled pet transport. This left her in a very bad position, as she now has to leave her dog behind and find an alternative solution due to their incredible incompetence. I most definitely would not trust these ppl with my pet or give them any money at all, as they will probably just keep the cash and ghost you. Every other company is more reliable. These guys just seem untrustworthy and sketchy. 0/10 would not recommend, I'd rather carry my pet to my destination myself.

I became a foster Fail Thanks to Animal Doctors International.. When I realised that their WAS a professional high high class international Vet that I was able to get hold of 24/4 available It became a no brainier that my Foster Kitten became my Furry baby. The clinic had amazing English speaking staff whom were able to provide translations to me when needed, The clinic itself was far superior to many "human" hospitals I have had to visit in over 12 years living in SEA. The vets took the time to explain everything to me and probably had to take slightly more care of me than my cat. Every decision was based on what was best for my cat and I could not fault the service. Animal Doctors also helped me with relocating me and my Cat from Laos to Vietnam. They made it so easy I wish they could have actually moved me and my luggage and not just my cat! They clearly know their business and I wouldn't trust anyone else with taking care of my cat (and me) Thanks Animal Doctors for everything

Mình phải trả 350k cho một tuýp Silver Sulfadiazine dùng để trị bỏng thông thường (~18k). Khi mình nhận được là một tuýp thuốc được bọc một lớp giấy rất kín đáo nhằm che bao bì sản phẩm được dán tag của ADI với dòng cảnh báo “chỉ dùng điều trị cho thú cưng”. Sau đó mình gỡ hết phần giấy ra thì mới biết. Mình tôn trọng mức giá mà ADI đưa ra, nhưng mình thất vọng cách mà ADI đã đánh lừa khách hàng để chi trả cho thú cưng của mình. Mọi người cân nhắc về thông tin thuốc của bé khi được kê toa ở đây. I had to pay 350k for a tube of Silver Sulfadiazine used to treat common burns (~18k). When I received it was a tube of medicine wrapped in layers of plain stickers to cover the product packaging, which was tagged with ADI with the warning line "for pet treatment only". Then I removed all the paper to know. I respect the price that ADI offers, but I am disappointed how ADI has misled customers into paying for their pets. People consider pet medication information when prescribed here.

Bé mèo cái nhà mình bị triệt sản sót nên bụng dưới sưng mủ nhiễm trùng, mình điều trị sai cách dài ngày nên tình trạng nghiêm trọng hơn. Mình đến ADI trong tình trạng bé mèo mình bị ngộ độc do dùng thuốc kháng sinh quá liều lúc đêm khuya, không thú y nào nhận cả, mình cứ nghĩ bé không qua khỏi rồi, nhưng ADI vẫn nhận bệnh và bảo sẽ cố gắng hết sức để cứu bé. Sau khi cứu bé qua lần ngộ độc, là chuỗi ngày vừa phẩu thuật xử lý hậu quả của lần triệt sản trước, vừa chống dịch (đợt giãn cách nghiêm nhất T08-09-10/2021). Mình và ADI đều gặp rất nhiều khó khăn (vật tư chữa trị, đi lại, chi phí...) nhưng đều cùng tìm cách để chữa cho bé mèo khỏi bệnh. Sau n lần đại phẩu, tiểu phẩu, thay băng, khâu chỉ, vv mây mây, thì bé mèo mình hiện tại đã liền da phần bụng, không còn triệu chứng sưng mủ hay nhiễm trùng nữa. ADI và nhà mình đã căng thẳng rất nhiều trong 3 tháng qua để chữa lành vết thương cho Lèo. Nhà mình cảm ơn ADI rất nhiều. Love <3

My partner and I recently had to organize moving our two dogs across the world from Vietnam to Mexico. Obviously, we were very overwhelmed and worried about their safety and making sure they had everything the needed. Animal Doctors International helped us every step of the way from getting their shots, to selecting the right crates, to giving us advice about the flight. They were extremely courteous and responded promptly to all the questions we had (and there were many). I'm happy to say we're all safely in Mexico now thanks in large part to the staff at Animal Doctors. I wholeheartedly recommend using them for any pet services you may need and especially for moving a pet abroad. It's a stressful process but they made sure we all got through it.

We took our senior rescue dog in for his first visit this week. The staff were very kind and patient with Lucky. I was especially concerned about this since he's a recent adoptee and still a little shy. The facility is very clean. I really appreciate that there's an area for dogs to do their business :) The vet was absolutely lovely! Dr. Matryna didn't try to pull on him or push him too much because she saw he was nervous. It is a bit pricey than other non-ADI clinics, but if you want top quality care for your pets I think it's worth every penny. Plus, I really appreciate how I was sent an itemized estimate for a dental procedure to be done in the future. We feel very confident about having Lucky's dental done here. highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Animal Doctors International from start to finish. They helped me to relocate my cat to Russia. Animal Doctors were outstanding. Our pet travel expert was superb arranging everything and answering a thousand questions as it was my first time traveling with a cat abroad. All my queries were answered in a timely and professional manner. I didn’t have any troubles with the documents, everything went as we planned. My cat is rescue and very nervous but she is now happy and healthy in her new home! Thank you for your help - we couldn’t have done it without you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Animal Doctors to anyone traveling with their beloved animals abroad.

The staff was very courteous. The doctor was very patient with my (or at least my perception) of ignorant questions. -The best thing that I would say about the clinic was that even though the doc knew I would pay anything for the well being of my pet, she asked me if I was alright with what I was being charged (for meds etc) before hand. I think this is the sign of really great customer service. I was extremely delighted with this. The doc and her assistant were really great. Front office staff were very courteous as well. I had a good experience all round. The pricing was on the higher side but fair for the nature of service I had chosen. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't think they have much experiences in treating serious tropical diseases like babesiosis... With this disease they should care much about the status of lever and kidney from the beginning instead of waiting until my dog almost died! I have 2 dogs getting babesia one by one, the second was survived in another hospital in district 2 (Witness both dogs suffering we somehow learn more knowledge about this dangerous disease). I have been regretting about taking my dog here, still miss him so much... :(. One more point you should notice, the price is very expensive, $1500 for blood transfusion. It took us $4000 for 5 days treatment but my little dog cannot get through...

Em chó của mình ở đây tầm 10 ngày rồi nhưng phải chuyển em nó qua chỗ khác cũng khiến mình suy nghĩ rất nhiều. Mọi thứ đều rất tốt nhưng mình không đủ tiền để chi trả viện phí cho bé. Tuy nhiên mình vẫn luôn ấn tượng về cách chăm sóc bệnh nhân ở đây. Nếu có cơ hội mình vẫn chọn và an tâm hơn khi gửi bé ở đây♥️. Cảm ơn các anh chị đã chăm sóc cho bé Jin của em những ngày qua. Similar situations with Christina Nguyen reviewer below and the same doctor. Called and asked about the dental cleaning for our little guy, asked how much it would cost and was told first time visit for cleaning was free. Got there, just consultation and prescribes overpriced meds and shampoo you can find 2/3 the cost elsewhere locally or online because of a minor skin condition and asked us to comeback for the dental later, which estimated at almost 7mil vnd. Anyhow, quite dissatisfied and disappointed, but lesson learned.

We went a few times to ADI and they were always very professional and a lovely place, so we went to them to help with traveling to Korea. They did a great job taking care of everything, and when we landed in Korea everything was correct with the paperwork and we had a very smooth experience at the airport. Special mention to Holden, who supported the process from the initial enquiry through to after arrival - he is fantastic and worth talking to if you're moving countries with your pet. We worked with different vets at ADI, for my cat yearly check, as well as the TNR of a stray family in our neighborhood, and we had good experiences with all. Very available vets and very clear and open to tell you what's going on. I always felt the vets think about the wellbeing of the animal first (they are not sales people). The clinic atmosphere is very calm and good for stressed pets who'd rather be at home, and in general all staff are very helpful. We didn't feel the fees were exaggerated for the service.

These guys are wonderful and I highly recommend them. My cat, Bob, became unwell a few weeks ago and they were amazing. I cannot praise them highly enough for how they have looked after her (and me in my emotional state). After in- patient care, home treatments and caring follow ups, she is finally on the road to recovery and its thanks to their expertise and care. Yes, it might be more expensive than other vets in the area but as a pet owner, you want the best for your pet and that's what they are.

Really poor consultations by staff in terms of providing clear information. Price here is very expensive. Reply: This is a real review. The email used to register at the Vet is different. There is nothing that can be done but to improve your receptionist training to better consult clients so their time is not wasted coming to the clinic and not get anything resolved. With proper consultation in advance it avoids wasting time and money.

We brought our cat to some vets before and this vet is one the best we have been. The staffs and doctors are really friendly and always want my cat to be comfortable. The progress is longer (because they take few minutes to get to know your pet first), taking appointment beforehand is a must and the fee is kinda higher than other places but you can feel they're taking care of your pet. :) I would highly recommend this place.

I've heard mixed reviews about ADI, mostly about the price, but when I took my cat there to test, I could understand why they put it that way. The doctor is very dedicated and highly professional. They are very calm and gentle with my cat. The receptionist was very nice (although one of the 2 of them had a rather bad attitude) But basically everything was perfect. I will still come back for the services and doctors there.

It's got to be one of, if not, The best animal clinics in the city :) Not a lot of emphasis is usually placed on pets or the care thereof in hcmc so it's good to have somewhere like ADI to rely on . Simply everyone at the Thao Dien branch :) They all deserve commendation Clean facilities, well trained and friendly staff as well as genuine passion for the work.

Cacao is been a customer there for almost 6 months and we are very happy with the service they provide us. All staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are maybe a bit more elevated but you pay for the caring they put in your pet..did the chip. Vaccinations, rabees, for a democratic price compared to europe. We stay loyal clients..thanks animal doctors.

I took a very sick, small parrot to a "supposed" avian specialist in D7. No blood tests done, misdiagnosed a psitacosis infection, promised to call back later on in the day, didn't, then the clinic tried to charge me 5 million vnd to put the bird on a ventilator... Total waste of time. Dr. Trinh in D2 clinic saved my bird's life at a fraction of the price.

ADI arranged the flight for our dog from Vietnam to Malawi. Unfortunately there was some major disruption due to COVID, and Vietnam shutting down flights, but Pauline from ADI kept persisting and we were successfully reunited with our beloved dog! Pauline was great and I was totally re-assured about flying our slightly anxious dog after talking to her.

My cat was dying yet they showed no sympathy, only tried to exploit to make more money from us. Very much over-priced without any value adds except English speaking staffs (who act like they care just to make money from you by convincing you to do more tests, but actually have no love for animals). You can find better local places.

Animal Doctors International was the only company that was able to find an airline to ship our 2 dogs from USA to Vietnam.Jenny was our agent and help with all required paperwork need in English and quickly answered and questions we had.They are located in Ho Chi Minh city,Vietnam.Our pets are there now.And we are very happy❤️❤️❤️

The worst in Thao Dien. Especially the lady who seems to be a supervisor changes her words a lot and doesn't care about how uncomfortable a customer might feel if she doesn't keep her words. Vietnamese staffs and the vet seem to be ok and friendly. But the girl who makes decision is horrible. And of course, so expensive...

The care that my cats have received is world class to say the least. Nevena, Tara and Dr. Will are outstanding vets, who truly care about the animals. During our dogs' boarding, they regularly sent us updates and did check-ups (he is on longterm medication) which really put our minds at ease. The staff was so nice! Highly recommended! The price was a bit high, but the service really lived up to our expectations.

Fantastic staff, not expensive by western standards, they took amazing care of our street rescue cat. We got her fully vaccinated for about $150 USD. They also didn't make us feel like idiots for falling in love with our cat.

Absolutely amazing vet. My cat needed emergency care in the middle of the night and the vets did an amazing job. They are patient, knowledgeable, professional and very caring. Highly recommend this clinic!
