If you really love your pet, try to find another veterinarian like we are doing. Our pet arrived injured last night at their clinic. We have called this morning to ask what was wrong, apart from the fact that they have not given us much information. The only thing that they have told us clearly is that we had to pay $10,000 without knowing if they were going to be able to save his life. He has her leg broken. We have felt really annoyed with the person who has attended us. Because we have called her again in the afternoon and she only told us that if she was the cat this morning it was $10,000. This clinic seems inhumane to me and I think they only care about money, not your animal or the feelings of its owner. We are looking at more clinical hospitals against the clock. Thank you for your kind response and your little empathy! I hope you can sleep with a clear conscience… Finally we found an amazing vet: BRISBANE VET SURGERY, they were so amazing, professional and animal lovers!! I had an emergency 2 days ago after waiting 45 minutes for another vet to call me back and they didn't while I was panicking about my 12 year old cat who was lethargic and not breathing well. I decided to call AMS and the lovely lady checked how long it would take me to get there and she told me to take care driving. When I arrived they promptly took her out back and assessed her. They kept coming out and giving me updates. They were very thorough and checked her specialist notes and files. They even checked on me when I was waiting. Once I got meds etc and left, in morning I had to clarify something, she did this promptly and without hesitation. All staff were lovely, their expertise was evident and they are all very hard working and clearly dedicated to their chosen profession. I highly recommend them. I even got contacted today to check how she is doing and even said to give her a big hug. Awesome team. Thank you so much. I am very grateful.

Hi, my name is Connie and I brought my Indian ringneck Iris to the emergency clinic this week. I was so impressed by the professionalism, honesty and they’re willing to try and do anything for your animals that they can possibly do. They refer you if they have to and the staff are just amazing and ultra friendly and the energy is calming warm and inviting when you’re so worried about your pet. Birds don’t come in very often but just because it’s outside the normal they still did everything they could for my Iris. I felt the need to want to stop in and update them on Iris and how he was going once take him to the gatton UQ, small animal vet as they were the ones to refer me on, and because I really took an interest in Care in Iris. When in doubt bring your animals here to be looked after to get the treatment started I can’t highly recommend it any more than the best.

We had to bring our cat into AES twice recently for a serious medical issue, and could not have been more impressed by the care, compassion, and professionalism we received from the entire team from start to finish. Both Carmen and Megan at reception were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and reassuring, putting us at ease during a very stressful time. While the vets, Chloe and Taylor, along with the amazing nursing staff, are absolute credits to their profession. Attentive and thorough, going above and beyond to support us and keep us informed every step of the way, while providing exceptional care to our fur child as if he were their own. He could not have been in better hands, and is now back to his happy, healthy self. So grateful to you all for the incredible work that you do!

Efficient, compassionate and experienced. After a sub par experience at another vet (where they didn't check for other injuries and we're going to charge me $4000 for overtime or get me to bring her in the next day), the Jindalee animal emergency service was such an improvement. Emma at the front desk was so accommodating and put me at ease in my frazzled state, helping me get Keva comfortable in the waiting room and providing updates on her progress after I went home, and the vet was so professional, making sure her spine was alright, finding cuts I hadn't managed to track down and giving me as much information as he could. If you have a pet emergency, I couldn't recommend them more highly. Keva is doing well and I'm so glad I end up taking her to AES

I brought Kelly my puppy in Saturday night after suspecting that she has swallowed a silicone ring. All the staff were very friendly and empathetic of the situation. Dr. Sophie induced vomiting and Kelly hadn’t brought it up. Dr. Sophie was very lovely and explained our options well. We decided to monitor her at home. Kelly has shown no symptoms and has been her boisterous self. It is now Monday and I found her chewing on part of it. I have taken what remains off her, it’s still a mystery of what she has done with it but I am relieved to know she didn’t swallow it whole. Overall, very happy with my service, everyone was so lovely and efficient and Kelly enjoyed the attention from the staff but not so much the induced vomiting.

Dr Jackson and all the staff at the animal emergency service have all gone above and beyond for my little boy Bailey. Dr Jackson took the time to explain all concerns and results and recommendations my husband and I walked out feeling relaxed and comfortable with a Dr we had just met to do back surgery on our boy. Dr Jackson kept contact before he started surgery to when Bailey was in recovery. We 100 % recommend Dr Jackson and his team . And would like this opportunity to thank Dr Jackson for not only taking wonderful care of our blue cattle dog Bailey but also making this stressful situation more comforting for my husband and I with the time Dr Jackson gave us with explaining every detail in terms we understand.

Our kittens ( 3 months old ) had an emergency trip to Jindalee Animal emergency vets last night, having inhaled some of the shampoo we were using to try and fight off the ringworm they arrived to us with. Pampi was a very sick little boy and had to stay overnight to be monitored as he had a rattle in his upper airway. His care was great and the staff and vet we saw were very understanding and helpful. I won’t deny it cost a lot!! But then that’s the deal when you have pets I guess He is home again now with his brother and on antibiotics- but definitely on the mend! Took my cat Leo in as advised by our original vet as our cat was not doing well with his breathing and was almost paralysed from the back half. Dr Sophie was very knowledgeable with everything she was explaining and could narrow down what the possible outcomes were with my cat. She was very understanding with our emotions as well as our budget. She gave us multiple options on what we could do and was willing to work with our budget. She gave Leo a needle of fluid to help keep him hydrate over night for no charge which was extremely generous of her. Leo is now fine and back to his normal self and his back half is working normally.

Thank you so much to the AES team! Last week my little rat junior had an accident at home. He got the best care we could ask for that night, even when it was getting a little busy! The vet was amazing and helped us with a plan and told us the best way to get him all sorted out. With their care he was able to stay comfortable and sleep through the night while waiting for surgery. A week later and while he’s a few inches shorter in his tail, he’s feeling himself again and back to wrestling his brothers. I can’t recommend this place enough, all the staff are incredibly understanding and compassionate and take great care of your loved one. My dog has been here a few times now and knowing he’s getting such a high level of care makes the most stressful visits easier. All the staff are so caring and will let you ask as many questions as you need to and will give you as many updates as you need to hear if your little one has to stay overnight Even once my dog was discharged they made sure to check in to see how he was doing, its very clear they care a lot Big thank you to all the staff, you do an incredible job!

During late emergency hours the staff were swift, concise and professional upon my arrival, my pet was seen within moments. The staff kept me up to date on my pets medical status, which kept my mind at rest. I happy to say my little ray of sunshine is home and is well, and is getting all the treats she wants. Although she can never physically or financially pay me back, if anything, she's going to continue to live with me TAX FREE and get ticks. Although she can never physically pay me back, Id feel bad if she didn't live with me. So I will continue to do so! Yeah good vet

We were extremely happy with the care Abby received on Monday night, from Dr Lachlan and the staff at AES. Abby was seen to and cared for quickly after being hit by a car. Staff were very compassionate and supportive. Luckily we could take her home that night with the all clear, just bruising and some skin off. It was an ordeal for myself puppy and family, and the staff definitely made us feel comfortable and confident putting Abby in there care. Huge thankyou to AES for saving my girls life in the early hours of Thursday morning. Olive had an engorged paralysis tick attached to her chest. They found it as soon as I took her in and had her on serum within 30 minutes. This service of after hours care meant Olive could get the necessary care many hours earlier than if I waited for my regular vet to open. I would also like to add that the team I dealt with were just brilliant. The nursing staff were reassuring and the vet was articulate with what was about to be done to Olive. Our pets are very special to us and we are fortunate to be able to home several. Having to bring in our youngest pet was rough. But the care, consideration and compassion shown by the team were beyond what we could imagine. I, and my girl Abbey, were treated with such care and respect, I can't fault them at all. Unfortunately out little Abbey didn't make it but I was there for her and supported by these people who didn't know us both. An amazing team. I hope you don't need their services, but if you do, know you and your precious pet will be taken care of.

All vets deserve praise for the work they do but AES Jindalee is one of the best clinics I have ever been to. Every time I have been here it has been an emergency but I have felt comforted and well informed about my puppies situation. I live in the Valley and I still choose to drive down the highway to this clinic because I know it’s worth the trip when you are taken in quickly and dealt with positively. Dr Sophie was absolutely amazing with our persian cat. Her examination was thorough and she explained everything clearly to us. She was gentle and caring with our fluffy boy and displayed a genuine love for animals. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The prices for an emergency vet were really reasonable and there weren’t any unpleasant surprises. The staff were all compassionate with both us and other owners in the waiting room. They will be our first choice next time we have an emergency.

I’m a first time pet owner & early this morning my puppy was rushed into the animal emergency. The staff were wonderful, patient, kind & reassuring. Dr Lydia was amazing! She made us feel seen & heard. She gave us plenty of options to help our fur baby & helpful advice. She made the whole process pleasant considering the state we were in. Couldn't recommend the Emergency vet at jindalee more, they were amazing at reassuring me over the phone and when I took my dog in, was very clear on my options for her and helpful with payment options as well. Their top priority is you're baby and that really shows. I even got a follow-up the next day for my pup to see how she was doing, which was so lovely. They were so helpful. Dr Lydia was so caring and soft. Angus was very nervous and she took very good care of him. They followed up the next day,I couldn't have asked for a more understanding team. Thanks for the peace of mind and caring about my little guy as much as we do.

My cat had been attacked by a neighbour hood cat and so I presented on a Sunday afternoon rather upset and with a distressed cat. The Jindalee Veterinary Hospital were excellent. They sedated him, cleaned the wound and brought him back to me with some pain killers and a course of antibiotics. Three days later they followed up with a text message to check on his progress. Now that is caring service. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets.

The team at the clinic were very helpful and ensured us that our cat was in safe hands. Dr Ze took the time to explain to us what the concerns were as well as the approach to help our cat. Such a welcoming space and Megan was also very calming in a stressful situation. We received a follow up text to see how our cat was which made the experience all the more reassuring we would always be in safe hands next time we needed care. Highly recommend

I visited here Friday night with my dog who was non stop vomiting. I was seen within 15 minutes of being there. The vet gave me a few options of treatment which I could choose from - I chose to get her admitted and watched over night with fluids and meds. The team took care of her very well - she was significantly better when I picked her up the next morning. I will def be coming back if I have another issue with her after normal vet hours.

They took Excellent care of my cat Luna when she injured herself suddenly late at night. Super open and upfront about costs and offer Zip pay which was super helpful in paying for treatment we had to get. Also was a lot cheaper then I was expecting providing it was outside of normal hours and she has to get surgery with an overnight stay etc. They also Sent me an sms update after her surgery as well. Glad to know these guys are here ❤️

Our little girl Stitch, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, had to stay overnight after being treated for a brown snake bite. Our local vets recommended AES. Thank you all for saving our girls life. She made a 100% recovery. Dr Chloe was fantastic, as were all the staff who were super busy with other emergencies. Yes, we had to pay $1,000 up front, but it was well worth every cent. I love the honesty and care you guys gave us and our dog.

This emergency clinic worked well for and our cat was scanned the same day. Reception staff were outstanding. It is a very busy emergency, and although it appears to have a lot of vets and animal nurses, be prepared to wait if your emergency is not critical. As expected for after hours services, it was expensive. I got my cat scanned here and had the surgery done the next day at my local vet. Doing well now happily

Always caring and passionate, are the team at AES when my Spencer gets into a spot of bother, usually once a year and always eventful, out of hours and messy to say the least. Glad I can count on the team here to treat him well and ensure unnecessary procedures aren't pushed onto you, rather the more probable cause is explored and time is allowed to monitor recovery. The team here are amazing, super supportive and compassionate to both the animals and their humans. Its a very tough job they all have, but I am incredibly grateful they were there when I needed them. I would highly recommend Jindalee Animal Emergency Service. It's never easy to bring your pet in for an emergency. All the staff are very calm and caring in a tough situation. Lachlan was incredible when I brought George in and I was a bit of a mess especially since I had to leave him overnight. I knew he was in great hands and luckily I was able to bring him home the next morning.

I had to visit late in the evening. The front desk was compassionate, polite and professional. They handled a range of proper emergencies while I waited with speed and expertise. The treatment we received from the vet on call was great and we felt comfortable with the treatment. Loved the message a few days later to check if my Pomeranian was ok! Thanks you AES Jindalee :)

I've taken my pets here for emergencies a few times over the last couple of years. The vets are just the kindest people and the reception staff are really helpful. In an emergency you really need to be about to see a vet quickly and have kind and professional service and these guys are fantastic. They also check in on you the next day too. Excellent service.

A wonderful team who took great care of my kitten and myself. They were understanding of my worries and concerns and treated Tam with all the love and care when she had to stay overnight with them. Animal Emergency staff are promt, professional and always ready to assist. Our pup was suddenly ill and the staff took great care of her. Henry and I have been here far too many times from snake bites to dog attacks and abscess issues, the team is amazing. At times wait times are long but thats because they are busy. The service is great, they are all super lovely and the follow up is really sweet. Highly recommend for any emergency situation

AES recently cared for our dog after she ingested a toxin - they were caring, kind, clearly explained everything and for the amount of expertise/work they did at 1am at night they were quite well priced. It's genuinely so comforting to know that our pets can have access to excellent emergency care 24/7.

Service was so good and professional when our dog suffered an emergency incident. The care was exemplary staff very helpful and empathetic. Practice was very busy but he was taken straight in and monitored, diagnosed quickly and given medication. We thought we may loose him during the drive there.

All the staff at the Jindalee Vet Hospital are wonderful. They are very professional and caring with all the animal patients. I have had two of my previous pets in their care in the last two weeks and I have found the staff to be especially nice and respectful of my pets and my needs❤

Staff were lovely and reassuring when I was worried about my new puppy. Very responsive and quick wait times! They even followed up to check in with my puppy a few days later, very grateful for the after hours vet service. Five stars isn’t enough to show how wonderful they all were!

Excellent work from the nurses and Vets. Extremely caring and devoted to all animals. Can get busy, and a little more sense of urgency would go a long way, but highly recommend for pets that need emergency care. They even sent me a photo of my pup to reassure me she was doing well.
