(3:30 PM, 02/04/2023)I would have rated it in negative if possible. A 9 seater being booked 3 days prior to the pickup day was cancelled on that day saying “security risk”. What’s the point of opening a rental service if he is unsecured of his vehicle. My trip from Sydney to Canberra was cancelled because of their irresponsible behavior and attitude. Upon asking his name, he fetched the key back from us and showed his unprofessional behavior which a customer never expects. Despite taking advance payment and deposit along with all my bank details and identity, the short Indian looking old guy with glasses working on that shift cancelled our booking for security reason. All my hotel reservations and restaurant booking had to be cancelled because of not getting the car. I would never prefer this rental service to anyone and at anytime. Again, would rate this in negative if I could.

Manish was the man at desk who helped me with renting 2 tons van quickly. I wasn’t sure exactly about what time should I book to pick and kept going back every 5 minutes to change time for pick up and he told me with very calm and smiling face that don’t worry you come on day of pickup if it will be earlier or late from the pickup time, they will work it out quickly and they did indeed. I popped up an hour early and he gave me van ready in 5 minutes. They offer way better than competitors. I had 200 kms included and also excess was only 550 without paying anything extra. They even gave me moving trolley which helped me a lot to load stuff. Really best place to rent van or any vehicle. Will definitely go back to anish rental Auburn branch again also thank you to Manish.

What an absolutely amazing experience I had renting a 7 seater toyota kluger with this company!!! I've rented through a lot of rental companies in my time but to be honest none as amazing as this company, I was concerned using a smaller less known company to rent through but I was surprised at the quality and service I received, not to mention the deposit was released the same day back into my account on return of the vehicle. I would highly recommend anis in auburn as that's who I rented through and the staff were always friendly and polite. In future if I require a rental I will use this company!!! Great prices and service.

My family and friends regularly hire vehicles from anis, probably spending atleast a good amount of money to be considered a business customer, of recent management and new staff have come in so renters please be advised staff become very aggressive and unprofessional, even when we asked staff to calm down and offer a solution they still proceeded to be aggressive. This is no way to treat and talk to any customer and you should consider training your team on customer service. Due to this experience i will never be renting with Anis again! Service has become just like the name sounds.

Unprofessional place to rent car. I had very bad experience with them. Booked 7 seater Full sized SUV for 9 days but before going for pickup, they sent a message saying can't be able to provide the vehicle and I had to cancel my 10 days trip because of their unprofessional manners to treat customers. They are cheap when compared to other but they are not reliable. Better to close down the store instead of deceiving your customer.

If you want to rent a car always take videos and photos before you pick them up. I rented a ute and dropped off the car the same day evening. I received a text message from Anis Rental car you had an accident and they shocked me after some correspondence they replied that there was a misunderstanding and your rental will be released. I haven't had this issue before with anyone else.

Beware of this place. They take scans of both sides of your credit card along with the CVV code, exposing you to a credit card fraud. They also confirmed that the details are kept on file for 5 years. Which means customers are continually at risk of fraud. Don’t take a huge risk for cheaper rental as a fraud will cost you a fortune!

Rented a mustang GT V8. Wow, the service is top notch. On the day of pickup of the beast, I was served by Rao who treated me very nicely. Then, after drop off, I was served by Muhammad and Su, both extremely pleasant people. The rental process is very easy, fast and friendly. I would recommend Anis Auburn to anyone!!

Very unprofessional and worst experience ever. They have your details yet they will charge extra $400 for security deposit!!!. Also they will try to find excuse to deduct money from your deposit at the end of the day. They will try to rip you off saying it is their policy and you have to pay. Not worth it.

Rented a van for 24 hours, the process was so easy, the guys were friendly. I was 1 hour late to return the vehicle which I had informed them earlier and they didn’t charge me extra. Overall a very good experience.
