This is my opinion on the experience dealing with the Anmol company in year 2022. The video link of my architraves is at the bottom of this review. According to my builder Anmol Painters were contracted to do the painting in my home. My builder advised to speak to them and when we ended up speaking to Anmol company and their boss, rectifying job was first accepted and later on refused. Another painter had to eventually come to fix it (sanding and re-painting was needed again on the majority of doors and architraves). All we wanted is for mistakes to be corrected which could be found on lots of architraves and doors that were painted in the house where correct and then incorrect, completely different type of paint was used (there was some mat strange paint that didn’t belong there). When we spoke to their worker, we were advised of the sun-color-change which had nothing to do with our problems of having incorrect paint that was randomly applied on architraves. By the way, there wasn’t a focus on painting the bottom, top, left or right of the window or the door frame. It was confirmed to us that this is simply a way to do things. For us, fixing errors was required and this process with the mentioned company brought us stress and the inconvenience. Mistakes were dispersed throughout most of the windows and door frame areas. Please note that this was a painting for a brand new house and we expected reasonable quality. Communication on English was quite a struggle. We did let our builder know how displeased we were with this matter as the issue still remained to be fixed, they were great about it and were also sorry about how this was handled and as I said; they eventually called in another painter to rectify it.
