Horrible experience with Melissa ( who works in the sales department ) . I bought set of wedding band few days ago and somehow needs to be returned it. Melissa was rude and keeps repeating telling me she see a scratch on the ring. Can not be returned. I told her is a wedding band and no one ever wears it yet. I bought it like this and I didn’t look at it with a microscope like she does. Anyway, she sounds like I’m the one who bought and try to return it that’s not acceptable. So be careful buy things from here, make sure you use microscope look at it when you buy it, otherwise don’t even try to return it because you really don’t know what you find from the item. Very sad experience, not the item, more Melissa the sale person, she could say it or explain it nicely or professionally instead blame on me, make me looks like a bad person. I never experience a service like that before with a jewellery store. Crazy, I will never walk in the store if Melissa works there.

I just wanted to share my experience with "Kathy" The first time that we went to this store it was because I am trying to find a ring that looks the same woth my husband'a original wedding ring. He lost it during kayak. It was very unfortunate and I am able to find it here in this store. 2nd time is today, I lost my engagement ring during a trip and I wanted a replacement. It was terrible feeling. Makes me sad everyday so I went to meet Kathy again. And in no time she is able to find a perfect ring for me. She is just a gem. She never made me uncomfortable and she has a genuine goal of helping a customer. She is very patient and very transparent about her opinion of my options. I am not a jewelry person so yes bad at choosing. She found me this ring today that matches my wedding ring perfectly. Thank you "Kathy" I will always come back because of you. I cannot speak highly enough of Eileen. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from the store a few years ago and in a number of unfortunate events I had to send my ring in a few times to get things fixed. While it was a frustrating situation (especially as I live a few hours away), Eileen assured me that they would turn the negative experience into a positive one and that's exactly what happened. I've worked in customer service (hospitality) for 18 years and while unfortunate things happen from time to time, you learn the most from how the employee/manager handles the situation. Eileen handled the situation with understanding, grace and positivity. This review could have been a negative one, but I can only say great things and now I will recommend Ann-Louise to friends and family because of her and her team. Thank you for everything, it's so greatly appreciated!

What a terrible experience, we bought a expensive diamond bracelet just over a year ago and sizing was complimentary. But due to covid and such we took to long to come in and now they will only do it for a cost. Jay and the manager were completely unwilling to help, will never buy there again if that is how they work during these days. They never once told us there was a time line for this service, I guess they were too busy pitching us their diamonds. UPDATE: After this experience we went across the street to The Bay, they made the changes to the bracelet for us and we had them create a set of earrings and a pendent with the remaining diamonds. Happy to give them our money instead, so much so that when we picked up our pieces we bought a white gold necklace to hold the diamond pendent they made for us. Goes to show, don't be rude to customers.

I would like to thank Eileen at the Pacific Centre store for her outstanding customer service, her caring and her empathy. I had provided incorrect address information on a purchase being shipped out of town and needed to stop or redirect the FedEx delivery before it was made to a wrong address (the next day). Eileen made numerous calls on my behalf and worked with Jacqueline, who handles the shipments, to figure out how to get my shipment quickly redirected This was an extremely stressful situation for me. Both of these ladies did everything possible to sort our the mess I had created. Their follow-up communication with me through many anxious hours was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I went today to buy a ring for my mother in Pacific Center! 3 (1 young lady 1 young man & 1 looking elderly woman) sales people were there. The elderly looking sales person was talking to a set of customers. I spoke to the guy because he was infront he was so ignorant when I asked for choices. The other young lady was just staring at the entrance. I left the place buying nothing because I thought they didn’t want to sell their accessories because the sales people were ignorant!!!! I kept on talking asking for the ring collection for my budget! he was so slow like a snail not even speaking a word properly! which made me so angry so I went and purchased from another place! I felt so sorry for the owner!

I had an amazing experience. The manager Eileen went above and beyond for me. My girlfriend was out of town and I wanted to get her a very specific watch. There was only one left in the district and it was sold out online. It was very far for me to go get in time for my girlfriends arrival home. Even shipping from one store to another would have taken too long. She went out of her way and found a way to get it in for me within 24 hours! My girlfriend was so happy with the purchase and I was beyond thrilled with the level of customer service. I will look here first for any future jewellery purchases simply in the customer service alone!

I am very happy with the watch I bought, but the service was terribly unpolite. I just asked questions about the price and compared it to the market and the employee was almost offended. I asked to see if there are any scratches on the watch, she got mad at me. I asked if I can find the watch for a better price directly from the brand, and she rolled her eyes and almost talked down to me. I still bought a nice watch and I love it. To me it's just terrible if the salesperson has such a big ego that she has to react rude and disrespectful just because a Client wants to really make sure he gets something nice for his money.

My boyfriend and I travelled to Vancouver from Victoria for a show for my birthday. Before we headed for the ferry he took me to Ann Louise where we were extremely well taken care of by Kimberley!! Went in to the store looking for rings. Eileen was very helpful and genuine in showing us the rings that suite our styles. Since both of fingers are on the smaller end, they needed to be special ordered, which was estimated to take 10 weeks. We also had the stones customized. During those 10 weeks, Eilleen kept us informed on the rings estimate arrival time. The rings arrived early and we are both very happy with the purchase and Eilleen's customer service. We both definitely will be returning for future purchases.

Even though the staff had to deal with a rather stressful situation, they stayed calm and polite the entire time. Customer service was amazing however when i went to pick up my ring after it was sized, the saleswoman held out a little bag and waited for me to hold out my hand so she could drop it in my palm, then said "thank you have a good day" and started helping someone else. I was so shocked I just left. No box?! I didn't want to wear my wedding ring before the big day so just slipped it in my pocket. Maybe offer a small box or bag to customers.
