This building houses the subregistrars office on 2nd floor as well as the APA office on the 1st floor. I have been to both the offices - for registration of land and for building g plan approval. Infrastructure is ok, premises are clean. There is ample parking spaces in the vicinity. A paid parking facility has also come up now. There are quite a few food outlets like A2B and Nandhana in close vicinity. Sad part is, to get any work done costs extra money collected under the table. Very sorry state of affairs in almost all government offices...

Bad service don't visit they are behind of money i was needed one affidavit for notary and typing they have taken 450 rs and also i brought Bond paper i only taken pooling people's its hearts me when I pay but i am a middle class family i can manage in emergency for poor people's i was thinking the same , for me Hubli is better for this they are taking but its unhealthy atmosphere please change give good service with affordable price

It’s fully crowded, Congested, No proper rest rooms and a mess. I had to simply wait from 11 am till evening without any registration and the reason was —-server down. The whole day was a waste and no intimation to any staff also?? In facts staffs were kind enough to reply to all sweating queries. Huh. Typical govt office...

Here less parking space for the car parking. Almost parking space covered by 2 wheeler's only. Chandapura subrigstration office also working in same building. So, many people visiting this building complex.

We t there for property registration. Went smooth as my lawyer had acquaintance there. Also was near to my house. So my experience was good, can differ for others.

It’s a sub-registration Office where you can do land/ property registration & documentation. You can find brokers who can help to Buy and Sell of property

Poor parking.even though the registrar office is here there is no information outside about it.
