It was relaxed me. I had only small 3 items of medication to send a broad to the other country. Service! Perfellente! Young lady very attractive with nice voice was greating me by the door, almost I felt like my sister. Looked and me and my hands with a small box show me a place to seat by her side at the table facing a computer. Short conversation about an option of the service I prefer and time of the delivery and final cost. I was very delightful to looking at her and listen her voice. The procedure went through, quickly. Firstable my lovely lady wrapped a box with a tape several times around and filled up the INVOICE with total price for the service. I passed the Visa, but another an option was a CASH. O.K.! I payed by cash and looking at her, smilling, giving a thanks I was happy with completing a job. Shaking her hand, Saying Goodbye I left that store. Tragiczna obsługa klienta. Rezerwacja na dwie wycieczki zrobiona z dwutygodniowym wyprzedzeniem, zero słowa o zaliczce. Dzień przed pierwszą wycieczką piszę maila, żeby się upewnić, że wycieczka się odbędzie - przychodzi odpowiedź, że wycieczka odwołana. Nauczony doświadczeniem, dzień przed drugą wycieczką ponownie piszę maila, żeby potwierdzić, czy na pewno będziemy mogli pojechać. Przychodzi odpowiedź, że trzeba wcześniej opłacić w agencji i i mieć potwierdzenie. Odpowiedziałem zdziwiony, że dwa tygodnie temu przy robieniu rezerwacji nie było o tym słowa. Pan / Pani (nie mam pojęcia kto, ponieważ maile nie były podpisywane, ktoś je pisał chaotycznie, odpowiadając na 1 z 4 zadanych pytań) odpowiedział jednym zdaniem „można zapłacić przez telefon”. Jasne, możemy zapłacić przez telefon ale komu i jak? I dlaczego dowiaduje się o tym kilka godzin przed wycieczką? Z jednej strony dobrze dać zarobić rodakowi za granicą ale w tym przypadku to totalna strata czasu, niepotrzebne nerwy i lepiej omijać to „biuro podróży”.

This is the worst travel agency. Do not go here! Anna lied, withheld my money for 5 months and refused to give it back or book a trip and then tried to steal my money! She does not care about your trip she just cares about money and will do everything to rip you off! Go somwhere else or better yet book direct with hotel and airline so u can always contact then direct for info or cancelations.

We have used this agency to book a trip to Washington this coming weekend. It was easy to make arrangements over the phone. Payment can be made with credit card as well. This is a great convenience. Upon payment we were emailed a ticket to be presented for the trip. We hope the trip will be a success. Update will follow.

Zwrocilam sie do agencji z prosba o tlumaczenie kilku certyfikatow z angielskiego na polski. Tlumaczenie zawieralo mnostwo bledow a takze literowek w wyrazach polskich. Pani tlumaczaca nie zadala sobie trudu zeby przejrzec dokumenty zanim mi je zwrocila. Nie bylo na szczescie problemu z oddaniem pieniedzy .

Kupilam bilet w tej agencji z czym nie bylo problemu, problem pojawil sie jak potrzebowalam odpowiedzi na pytania przebywajac w Polsce, odpowiedz brzmiala "nie mozemy pomoc", Nie polecam, nie skorzystam juz z tej agencji nigdy!

Pierwszy i ostatni raz kupowałem bilet lotniczy w tej tzw agencji ,przy rozmowie telefonicznej podają inna cena a przy płaceniu kilkaset dolarów więcej nigdy więcej nic z nimi wspólnego!!!!!!!
