This is a late review as I went to them earlier in the month, but I wanted to take the time to write a review of this establishment. I will start by saying that they provided one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car repair shop. Before coming here, I had an issue with my a/c that no other mechanic could seem to figure out. I had my share of going to various places and spending money without the issue ever being resolved. It became very disheartening as I was looking at possibly getting a new car, as driving around in Atlanta with no air conditioning is at times, highly unsafe. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by Chris at the front desk who was very personable and helped me set an appointment time to bring back my vehicle for a diagnostic and service. When I brought it back for the appointment, I was notified that same day of the repairs I was looking at, and they were ordered in number of priority, so I had the chance to decide which I wanted to do. The mechanic left notes explaining everything and I quickly noticed the difference between this shop and other places I had been to before. Their diagnostic was thorough and they examined EVERYTHING concerning my vehicle. My car was ready next day, and at first I was apprehensive due to my previous experiences with other places, but I immediately felt a difference upon turning on my car and driving off. They went above and beyond with the services I was provided. There aren't a lot of mechanics out here that actually know cars, and it was so refreshing to come to a place where there are QUALITY mechanics who know their stuff.

REVIEW UPDATE: the owner has gone ABOVE & BEYOND to correct my negative experience. I will be giving this business another chance as I can tell that customer satisfaction is important to them. Giving 5 stars because I have never had a business go out of their way like this to amend any errors. I look forward to giving another try. Original Review: CANNOT RECOMMEND. I specifically told them NOT to do an oil change because I have another place where I get this done- and when I looked at my receipt, I was charged for an oil change. Clearly, they do not listen to women. I even told them on the phone before paying that the numbers didn’t add up based on what I asked for, and got brushed off & just figured it must be labor costs. On top of this, I left a note with my key to CONTACT ME before doing any services besides the 90k miles checkup. But when they contacted me, they had done a pressure check. I would have approved this, but they went against my written request. On top of this, after all these checks, they told me my tires were all good. Afterwards I am looking at my car (picked up after hours) and there is a HUGE bubble in one of the tires! I mean my God I don’t know how they charged me so much and didn’t even notice that. At the end of the day I blame myself for trusting them to listen over the phone and not pushing harder when I said the numbers don’t add up. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have gone to this location three times, and I must same every time it is the same: quality service with a smile. When you call to make an appointment, Forry and Tim are excellent. They never make you feel like you are a bother; they take their time to understand the issue you are having and answer any questions you throw their way. It’s always so convenient because Anthem sends you text notifications the day before and the morning of your appointment as a reminder. When you walk into the facility, no matter how early, you are immediately greeted and treated well. Before any services are done on your vehicle, you receive a courteous call to explain the diagnosis, and YOU decide what work you want done. Even when I had an engine problem before, the service was completed in a day and I haven’t experienced any additional issues! At pickup, the welcome and professionalism is still there. It is the easiest process I’ve ever had related to auto work. And let me not forget… after your vehicle is completed, Anthem reaches out to you a day or two later to ensure your vehicle is working smoothly, and they have fulfilled their obligation to a job well done. I have told all my friends about Anthem and will continue to shout their praises.

My experience at Anthem Automotive was great! I took my car here because my AC was blowing warm air. The first thing I observed, they were very pleasant on the phone and spoke with confidence about my car. They assured me that my service warranty was three years and I liked that as well. When I met the staff in person they were polite, professional, and well spoken. My service advisor name was Brett. Anthem provided shuttle for me in order to drop off my car. Within three hours of drop off Brett called, said I needed the AC compressor and drive belt replaced. I also snuck in an oil/filter change. The turn around time for these repairs was 1.5 days which is very good because most places don’t have AC compressors within their immediate inventory, usually have to order it and takes a few days. My AC is fixed now and working well so far. I really liked working with Brett…I received a follow up call from him and it was much appreciated as well. My family members have been going quite out of their way to utilize Anthem Auto for many years. Any time a difficult to diagnose issue has occurred on any of my vehicles -- it was figured out by this shop. After a few years I found out who that master diagnostician was - Mike Berg. He has masterfully diagnosed some very tricky issues. Anyway the reason for my low star review is because for some unknown reason he was let go from Anthem. When I asked if he had quit (maybe to open his own shop?) a few of the techs said no he was fired. I sure hope it was for a good reason! Now I need to find another nester diagnostician and I'm not thrilled about it. I was going to give only one star but I decided to add one because the shop will still be useful to me for maintenance related services. But next time I get that hard to fix issue I'm not sure where I'll end up.

I went online after hours and inquired about scheduling an oil change. I received an almost immediate email response (automated, I think). Got a follow up email the next day to call in and schedule my oil change. Very easy scheduling. Dropped off my car on the morning of my appointment and got a call back within a few hours that it was ready for pick up. Very smooth process, upfront pricing, no pressure to do other additional work. They did recommend a tire rotation with the oil change, but when I declined, no further pressure. I appreciate that. I plan on buying new tires soon, so no need to rotate. I did not even explain my reasoning for declining the tire rotation. I appreciate the professional attitude and the clean lobby. But the upfront pricing and fast drop off-pick up will have me coming back for service in the future. Thanks, Anthem Automotive!

This place is amazing. While I have only been here twice, they were both outstanding visits. They were extremely nice and had great attitudes. I initially contacted them about adding air to my tires because I was panicking when the cold weather hit and my pressures all dropped below 30. They added air to all 4 of my tires and made sure they had enough in them at no charge and in less than 10 minutes. I was so impressed I scheduled an oil change. They were able to get me in very quickly. And even though I overslept that morning, they were still able to get me in on my scheduled date with no attitude or annoyance. They made me feel very comfortable and like my business was valued! They even checked up on my vehicle to ensure everything was going well the next day after service! Top grade, next level service provided! Thanks so much Anthem!

I recently had an amazing 1st time experience with having my car serviced at Anthem Automotive. I noticed that I was hearing a popping sound, which a quick Google search identified as likely being a suspension issue. Anthem is closeby and had stellar reviews, so I gave them a call. Brett was awesome and quickly got me set up with an appointment. Within a few hours of dropping my car off, I had a professional diagnostic and estimate in my email inbox along with a text confirmation. Chris and the team were very transparent with explaining my repair options. I never once felt hustled or like I had to keep shopping around. My car was taken care of wonderfully and on time as promised. I’m so glad that I’m able to ditch the dealership and use Anthem for my car’s maintenance needs going forward!

I had been hearing a noise when braking and brought my car in knowing that I needed new brakes, and wanting to stop screeching when using brakes. They told me they couldn’t hear the noise I was referring to, and ended up finding another issue. I AM THANKFUL they were able to spot an issue and get it fixed!!!! However, I knew there was still something wrong with my brakes..I ended up taking my car to Mavis the day after I got my car back from Anthem. They were able to tell I needed new brakes, just by looking!!! We even then drove around until we heard the noise! I suggested doing that with Anthem, but they assured me they couldn’t hear anything. I appreciate them spotting out the problem, but wish I didn’t have to take it else to find confirmation my brakes were an issue as well!

I lucked up about 6 months ago when my Honda Fit needed motor and transmission mounts.They offered the very best price of all the places I called, so I went to Anthem Must say I was pleasantly surprised. It is such a clean organized place, with the nicest people. This week I called because my air did not function. I took it in at 6pm, placed my key in a lock box, and next day it was ready! Anthem offers expert work at very reasonable prices. The customer service is first class. I am so lucky to have found Anthem Automotives We own 3 cars and this is the only place they will go to. Finding a new mechanic that is not a rip off, that is totally trustworthy, extremely reasonable and doesn't hold your car for days. Is a blessing! Thank you Anthem!

My first visit to Anthem will definitely not be my last. A headlight bulb was out and I wanted brighter replacements to see better at night. Chris gave me the model number for my Honda. I ordered them online for under $70. They were installed in minutes and it was the first time in 30 years that I left a repair shop without paying $100 or more. PLUS I now have headlights that rival those on airplanes. The customer service area was immaculate. While waiting, I overheard customer conversations with the service staff. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and professional. I'll be back in a month for a radiator flush and oil changes. Thank you Anthem Automotive for restoring trust for those of us who can't change a light bulb!

I went to Anthem a few months ago after my car broke down on the highway & I must say they have been my most positive automotive experience to date! This team was super honest, patient and understanding during a time that was very stressful to me. Every time you walk in there’s someone waiting with a smile, they have super convenient services and options for everyone and their positive energy and helpfulness makes them worth every penny you might spend here. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be coming back. Brett is who I spoke too most and he was amazing, but as I mentioned, the front desk staff and the rest of the team were also very delightful. <3

Don't have your brakes done here. They insisted that I change my rotors, saying that the new brakes would squeal if I didn't. I had them save my rotors. They were almost brand new, and had no appreciable wear, and zero lip on the edge. On top of that, they did not seat the brake pads... Meaning that they squeal. They are shameless with regards to their upcharges, and I ended up giving them $800 for the joy of a job poorly done. I even asked if they were going to seat the brake pads, and their response was a confused look. I have been too ashamed of myself to post a negative review, but I don't want anyone else to suffer because of my own vanity.

They were the best! My car broke down suddenly on the highway on a Friday at 5:00 pm. I called them due to their great reviews and they got me an appointment for Monday morning first thing! I towed my car there Friday, and my car was diagnosed, engine parts replaced, and in tip top shape within less than 36 hours! It was so much faster than the dealership (told me 12-14 days before they could look at it!) and the prices were incredibly reasonable. More than that - it was so easy to communicate with them. They gave me timely updates and a direct line to call for me to reach them. Couldn’t recommend them any more highly!

This was my first time going to Anthem and I came in for an oil change for my Audi Q3. Typically I'd just do it myself, or previously I've gone to the Audi dealer. But the dealer's price for an oil change has almost doubled to almost $250! So I went looking for another shop that with good reviews (especially for european vehicles). I was able to make an appointment within the week, drop her off in the morning and then it was ready 3 hours later. For my first experience, I'm happy! Plus the price was great compared to a lot of shops in the area. Will likely come back for another oil change or future service needs.

This place is great, I found them on a Reddit thread for atl mechanics where they were recommended by multiple people so I made an appointment and they repaired everything I needed almost overnight. They texted me with updates along the way which was super convenient (I hate talking on the phone). I also loved the lockbox feature it’s super helpful considering I work evening shift, I just left my car there the night before the appt and they worked on it first thing in the morning. They told me everything that needed to be done and the pricing was reasonable. They’ll definitely be my mechanic from now on!

Anthem Automotive's service and professionalism is unparalleled. My 2004 Chevrolet Silverado was leaking oil like a faucet, and I thought the 20-year-old truck was beyond repair. Thanks to Anthem, my truck drove smoothly across the country from Atlanta to Arizona last month without any issues whatsoever. In fact, my truck drove better across the country in 2023 (after Anthem's service) than it did when I first drove my truck from Arizona to Atlanta back in 2016, despite the additional time and mileage between the two road trips. I cannot recommend Anthem highly enough.

Being on a fixed income a vehicle repair is tough and my repair would have cost me over $3000. twice my monthly check. It was a difficult repair it even confounded the techs. Not only did Chris Ramirez take care to always keep me informed on the repair status, he worked with with me to reduce my bill and when the repairs ran over the time we expected they said they would pay for a rental. My 2010 Jeep Liberty with nearly 200,000 miles runs great again. I highly recommend Anthem Automotive to anyone who is looking for a reputable auto repair shop, this is the place.

My check engine light came on over a weekend. Anthem was recommended by a neighbor and I was able to drop my car off on a Monday afternoon so they could check it first thing Tuesday morning. I got a call early saying that everything was ready to go. They explained what the problem was and what they did to fix it. And it was covered under the cost of the diagnostic. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m happy to have found an automotive place to take my car instead of the dealership. They certainly seem reasonably priced and trustworthy.

Amazing experience. I was able to schedule so easily online and bring my car in the morning of and pick up same day. I walked through my requests with the technician and they only worked on approved items. They then called and emailed the detailed quote with recommended actions, but left it completely up to me what I wanted them to work on. It was so refreshing for the mechanics to be honest and transparent instead of trying to sell me on something. My car is working great and loved the quality and efficiency of Anthems work!

We had issues with the car not accelerating properly. We we're able to have the car towed to the shop after hours and they we're able to diagnose the issue within an hour after opening the next day. Even though it was a little pricy, they we're able to get the work done the same day. I wasn't able to grab the car while they were open but they have a lock box that they were able to put my keys in. I paid over the phone then picked up the car over the weekend via the lock box. Amazing service, I highly recommend Anthem.

Anthem Automotive are several cuts above their competition! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Clear and consistent communication throughout the 2 days that my car was in their service. All requested work was done and I also approved their recommended repairs. My car is like new again! Not the cheapest option, but more than worth it if you care about customer service and still cheaper than the dealership. I have been using Anthem for all of my vehicles for years and they get 5 stars for every service!

My daughter had a breakdown in the area (had traveled from out of town). I trusted the reviews and called. Anthem let us tow the vehicle to them and found a way to work it in give the situation - even though they really didn’t have space in their schedule. Forry, Wes, & Brett were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful, caring, & pleasant. They did a great job on the repair. Pricing was right in line - and they did a phenomenal job of communicating with me along the way. Highly recommend these guys!

I want to give this place 6 out of 5 stars. These folks have 1. Treated me with the utmost respect 2. Were transparent each step of my auto service journey 3. Went above and beyond what was required to service my vehicle. I have never been more impressed with a service at an auto shop; I will venture to say it’s one of the best service experiences I have had in general. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wes and team are absolutely top-notch. I’m looking forward to continued business with Anthem.

When Ford told me it would take 12 days to run a diagnostic test on my car to Figure out why my USB port wasn’t working I Googled other repair options and picked Anthem based on their stellar reviews. I was not disappointed! They got me in 2 days later and only kept my car for one day, diagnosed the problem, bought the part from Ford and repaired my car in only one day . Forty was professional and everyone was so friendly. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them from now on!

I had an intermittent CEL on and sent an email in the middle of the night. First thing, I received an immediate offer to have a morning appointment which worked out. Had a diagnostic completed by noon and all spark plugs and coil packs replaced by the end of the day. Absolutely seamless. And the price was more than fair. All staff was personable and treated me with respect, and as a woman, this is very important to me. In addition, there was a follow up text to make sure all is still good!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with this shop and I highly recommend them. As a female, taking my car for service has always been one of my least favorite tasks. Dealerships and shops always find something wrong. It’s usually a sales goal they need to hit, even if there’s nothing wrong with your car. Anthem has always gone above and beyond with service and communication. Instead of always giving me bad news, I often hear ‘everything looks good’. Not the norm at other shops! I would recommend them to anyone! They had such top notch customer service from the minute I spoke to them on the phone to the time I checked out. I was able to take my car in the next day, unlike the 5 week lead time at the dealership repair ctr. As a female, I never felt like they were going to find everything wrong with my car and take advantage of me. Fory was a nice as he could be, and I felt I was in great hands. And their waiting area is so clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

They were able to fit me in next day for a transmission fluid & brake fluid flush, also let me know it was time to replace my battery. There’s a small waiting room with refreshments but I Ubered around the corner to East Pole Coffee to work. They kept me updated the whole time and were able to finish the services by the end of the day. Prices are fair and comparable to other shops. Service was really excellent and Forry at the front desk was very kind. Would definitely recommend them!

I took my car here for a diagnostic since it was having issues. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to pick up by early afternoon. Chris was super helpful and honest with explaining everything to me in regards to the repairs my car needed and the quote. I appreciated the transparency he had. He recommended what he thought was best for me which was to not shovel out thousands of $ in repairs that cost more than what my car was worth. Overall very helpful and honest

I have used Anthem Automotive since I moved to Atlanta 5 years ago and have never been anything but pleased. Recently, prior to leaving for 6 month trip, I needed an oil change and decided to go to Anthem rather than a quick lube place because I knew they would be honest about whatever they told me. It turned out I needed new tires which a quick lube would never have mentioned and if they had I wouldn’t have believed it. So if you want good work and honesty, go to Anthem!

First time going to these guys. Great service. Extremely easy to get my car in and out. I worked with Forry and he was excellent on the phone and in person. Got an oil change and also did a 90k scheduled check on my 2019 Tahoe. They were extremely honest and did not push anything on me. Their recommendations were great and they told me what needed to be done now and what needed to wait. I will be coming back to this place and making this my new auto repair staple!

The service at Anthem Automotive was excellent! First, they communicated every step of the way about my car issue via call and texts. Second, they delivered on their promise to fix the car asap, which was right before the Thanksgiving Holiday (a very busy time) and did so! Third, I was able to get the car during off-hours through a very convenient system. Finally, and more importantly, my car was fully repaired and is driving great! I’m a VERY happy customer!!

Getting my car serviced feels like the ultimate chore in adulthood, and it is one I rarely tolerate. Anthem not only was tolerable, but was enjoyable! It was more than easy to schedule an appointment, the staff is friendly and personable, and you receive text notifications for vehicle drop off and once it's ready. My tune up only took a few hours and was VERY well priced. I now wonder why I haven't come here in years past. I truly can't say enough good things.

I have been a customer for many years. I highly recommend Anthem because they have a high level of professionalism. They do not pressure you on paying for repairs they find. They take the time to explain what issues they find and genuinely seems that they care about their customers. They follow up about their repairs by text messages to ensure all is good, which I appreciate. Their pricing is also transparent, and they are just nice people.

I have brought my F-150 and my wife’s Jeep Grande Cherokee here and I cannot recommend them enough. Brett, Wes, and all the crew at Anthem have always been informative and upfront with all repairs. Even when my wife’s Grand Cherokee had issues that took longer than expect to fix, they made sure to get everything done correctly and to their standards while still giving us the best customer service. I can’t see myself going to any other shop.

When AAA told me that my battery and alternator had died, I got my car towed to Anthem Automotive for a 2nd opinion and for repairs. They not only found it was just the battery, but got it switched out and ready to be picked up in the same day. They were kind, clear in pricing and expectations and knew what they were doing. I have been to a lot of garages over the years and this one is easily the best.

It's hard to find a good auto shop with integrity. I can say after dealing with Chris, Wes and everyone at Anthem over the years I can truly always believe in their word and their referrals. There have been times when I couldn't afford their price and they've referred me to another business who could and did quality work. They have a forever customer in me, they stand by their work and fair rates.

This is the only place I go in town for my Grand Cherokee. My husband and I have been coming to Anthem for years over multiple vehicles and we’ve always found them to be honest and upfront. They will gladly tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait until later, and their communication all around is great. Their pricing is reasonable considering the level of service and quality of work.

Anthem is excellent. I've been taking my car here for all maintenance and mechanical repairs for several years and have always had a great experience. They've always done a thorough job, had my car ready when promised, and I've never had any issues with the results. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and has never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Highly recommended!

Anthem Automotive provides excellent service at a fair price. I scheduled an inspection and oil change. Upon inspection, I was notified of recommended repairs. With the repairs, my vehicle drives better than it has in a long time. Plus, the prices were broken down by material and labor, while also being more reasonable than the dealership. Anthem Automotive was a positive experience all around.

So honest and helpful. I’ve been going here ever since I moved to the area a couple years ago. They explain everything to you very well. Prices are very reasonable! Dropping the keys off and picking up after hours is convenient and easy to use. I feel like this is a place I can trust with my car repair needs! Super friendly as well! Highly recommend! These guys saved me so much money and time with their amazing 3-warranty covering my front axel repair, which i was unaware of and had gotten a year a half ago. Another shop wanted over $1700 to repair them, and then come to find out they were no were near as worn as they misled me to believe. Anthem Automotive was a blessing honestly. I’m a loyal customer now.

I took my car to Anthem Automotive after another shop ruined my engine. They worked with me every step of the way, called multiple times per day with any updates and were so transparent about the work and pricing. It is the only place I will take my car now for any work to be done. Their whole team is awesome but Forry especially has always made my experience so great!

Great customer service and as matter fact great service overall. My car was repaired in a timely fashion, actually ahead of schedule. I was unable to pick up the vehicle until after they closed, but we were able to arrange an after hours pick up that was extremely safe and secure. I would highly recommend Anthem Automotive to anyone looking for great service.

Brett and Fory(sorry if I spelled that wrong) were fantastic. Brett kept us constantly updated with everything as this problem was a little more rare than normal. They tested the vehicle rigorously. But really loved the communication. Really nice people here! Oh and also thanks so much for the mechanics that constantly worked to find out the issue!

This is the only auto repair shop in the city that I trust to service my car. The guys here are respectful and honest when it comes to repairs. If your car has a recall they will tell you and give you the option to either take it to the dealership or, let them charge you for the work. They’re quick, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was planning to take my car to the dealership to get serviced for hitting 100,000 miles and they didn’t have the best reviews. I’m so thankful I found Anthem Automotive through google near me. They were quick, efficient, polite and very thorough in both their communication and service. I recommend and will be using them in the future!

Wrecked my car in early August and no one could figure out what’s wrong with it. Finally made the smart move to come here and within one hour, they knew the issue. Very polite and they actually explain what’s wrong with your car in ways that are easy to understand. So glad I found them and will use them any time I have a car problem!

Took 2009 Volvo in because of a sound in the back. Brett identified suspension issues, prioritized what needed to be done and got the job done quickly. He also took the time to explain the problems to me. It is difficult to figure out who to go to and trust in a new city. I highly recommend Anthem - they are trustworthy and fair.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Chris at the front provided amazing customer service and explained everything they recommended thoroughly. Pricing was extremely fair and they completed the recommended services way faster than expected. Would 1000% recommend Anthem and will be returning the next time my car needs work!

Took my car there to get a tune up and battery replacement. They were great. They did a full checkup, told me everything that the car needed, and what it didn’t need. They told me what could wait, (which was a very expensive service…which I’ll wait to do.). They didn’t try to gouge me at all and my car is running like a top.

Customer service and attention to the highest level of detail is primary at Anthem Automotive. Forry and the other employees were all very professional. Great attitudes, cleanliness, detail orientation. I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone who demands quality workmanship without returning to the dealer.

My car started shaking with the check-engine light flashing the week before Christmas. Anthem was able to get me in the next day and fixed the issue quickly. Their lockbox system is so convenient for picking your car up after hours, and everyone I spoke to there was very kind and helpful. So happy to have found this place!

This shop was awesome! They communicated super frequently, always called me with updates and answered when needed. I’ve brought my car here a couple times recently and have been happy with each repair. Easy to schedule/drop off/pick up. I think pricing is fair and feel like they’ve been honest with me about recommendations/next steps. They will be the repair shop I use for anything that comes up in the future.

Forry really changed my opinion of Anthem. He cut back my inspection fee after I mentioned that the high fee was a deterrent for me in the past. No maintenance services were performed on the vehicle but they confirmed that my concerns were unwarranted and that my vehicle was safe and operable.

I went to Anthem for the first time today and I couldn’t be more thankful that I did. Chris took the time out to explain how to replace my washer fluid and replaced the tail light for my car! He was so kind, patient, and extremely professional. I will definitely be coming back!

The folks at Anthem are THE BEST! I've been there before for regular maintenance, but this last time was a check engine light issue. Not only did they fit me in last minute but they also fixed everything, plus a weird lingering brake issue. So awesome! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Anthem for about 5 years to service my Nissan Xterra. It has always been fast and easy. I usually use the after hours pick up and drop off. Overall, they have kept my bussiness because of their speed, convenience, and knowledge to fix my vehicle.
