여긴 진짜 최악. 우리는 팬티와 양말, 티셔츠 두세개를 세탁했는데 키로에 6유로라더니 무게도 재보지 않고 14유로나 받았음. 2일 걸려서 맡기지 않을랬더니 영어 못하는 척 다시 1일이면 된다고 말을 바꿈. 다음날 가서 빨래감을 찾아 다른 도시로 이동했는데 내 양말 한짝이 분실되었고, 심지어 빨래들은 모두 마르지 않아 냄새가 엄청났음. 근데 그걸 전부 비닐봉지에 꽁꽁 묶어 포장해놔서 더 상태가 심해짐. 티셔츠에 있는 얼룩은 지워지지도 않음. 결국 아그리젠토에 가서 세탁기가 있는 b&b에서 이틀 내내 빨래 다시 함. 섬유유연제도 없이 숙소에 대강 널어만 놨는데 훨씬 깨끗하고 냄새도 안남. 절대 비추함. 이 글을 보는 분들 절대 오지 마세요. 지나가다 구글링 없이 들어간 것을 매우 후회했고 가격도 너무 비쌈. 코인세탁기가 백배는 더 나을 듯.

Two nice old ladies make it very easy to stay clean in palermo, highly recommend. If you have some more time to appreciate that you don't have to wait and fold your clothes, you just give them your bag and be done, the next day you fell fresh again. And yeah you pay some more, it is not just a washing machine and dryer you are paying for ...

Mi hanno rovinato un vestito (€270, 00) e non me lo hanno rimborsato. Anzi sono stata accusata del fatto che le macchie già c erano ma non è così... La signora lo sa bene che le macchie non c erano. Bugiarda e Pessimi. Da denuncia. Non professionali.

Friendly staff, but service is ridiculously expensive and very slow. Will not go back after trying another place for quarter of the price and quarter of the turnaround time. Also some clothes still had marks that I had to wipe off.

47€ for a large load of washing, came back dirty, wet and wrinkled. Worst worst worst place - do not use. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could. Waste of money.

No, it’s not cheap or fast and yes, it’s worth it. Very happy with clean, unwrinkled, professional results.
